I HAVE A NEW LAPTOP AFTER OLD ONE CRASHED I PURCSED THIS PRORAL IN GOOD FSITH BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL. i WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ADOBE AGAIN. THE PROGRAM APPEARS TO BE A SCAM OR A RIPOFF.  LOOKS LIKE I HAVE LOST MY MONEY

Hello,I have an Adobe Web Premium CS5 license that I registered to my company in 2012. Although I uninstalled the program from my old computer, the license deactivation process did not work properly due to the outdated Windows version, and the product registration is still linked to that machine.When I try to install it on my new computer, it says that the license is already in use. I tried to remove the license via my Adobe account, but no registered computer appears there.As a result, how can I deactivate this license and install it on my new computer?

Ever since a recent update all of my programs started acting funky. Over all I've gotten everything back to normal except for illustrator. No matter what I do to attempt to fix the issue, ACC refuses to download illustrator.- This happens regardless of which version I choose- I've tried using the control panel to repair the ACC program- I've done a full uninstall/reinstall of ACC and everything else- I've tried AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool in a different uninstall/reinstall attempt- I've tried manually deleting all adobe related files (after uninstalling all programs) to see if anything lingering was causing the issue - I've tried lowering fire wall settings just to see if itll let illustrator through- I've tried allowing more control in permisions for the C:\adobeTemp folderOther than the litany of different and sketchy looking solutions people have posted about over the years, I have 0 additional ideas on how to solve this issue and I haven't been able to find any dif

I am hoping someone can help me.  I have CS6 which is basically all I need for my what I do with my photos.  I had it installed on my old computer and am unable to transfer it to my new one since it states that it is already in use on two computers.  I deactivated it on my old but still getting the error message.   There is any work around to activate it on my new computer.  I have never had this issue before when upgrading computers.  I even tried to go back and open it on my old computer to make sure it was deactivated and it is now stating that  the license on it is no good and already in use by two computers.

Hi, My photoshop doesnt open on my Imac (Not responding and force quit) , I installed older versions, added photoshop to the accessibility and then restart the Imac, nothing works, Im using both photoshop 2024 and beta version. its a M3 chip, 16 GB, 250 Gb free space. Is there anyone who can help me ? I really appreciate your help in advance. 

I've hit the "limit reached" message for the number of devices I can use my Lightroom service on. Problem - I can't sign out of one of the old devices because the machine is dead. Repeat, there is no option to deactivate my service from the old device. Is there any way to deactivate a dead or lost device?

I ve been subscribe to adobe creative cloud for more than 3 yearsBut suddenly y got a payment error and everytime I open an adobe aplication it ask to choose a plan. I already solved the payment issue (weird because ive been using the same credit card all these years) but the problem still persist, every time y open an aplication a pop up window comes up to choose a subscription plan help please, it is realy annoying. The Creative Cloud app only shows the latest versions, and I urgently need 23.6 for project compatibility. Heyya ... this issue started over last weekend. Spent an hour with tech support on Monday who reinstalled Creative Cloud and all my apps (wiping out my settings in the process), killing all the old apps and for the last two days, no error message even though I've been using the creative suite. Well, now it's back and it's a royal pain! Even with Creative Cloud disabled, it still takes up a large piece or real estate. You can close it, make it go away. Anyone found an anwer other then reinstalling everything (which has already failed).  Thanks Moose [Edited by moderator]

I am trying to get LR6 validated on an older mac running MacOS Mojave.  I installed from a CD and used the serial number on the package.  Upon launching it wants me to validate my Adobe ID on a browser which works fine, returning to the Adobe Application Manager it wants to validate but on selecting Validate it reports "please connect to the internet to validate your serial number."I have researched this on this forum and can confirm all the advice in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html has been followed:I can connect to the application servers (I get a pong)I have reset my hosts file (it didn't have any adobe entries anyway)I've verified that I can connect to secure sitesI've verified that my GlobalSign Root CA certificat is active and valid...all to no avail.  Any further help would be appreciated.

Hi all!I have a subscription to the whole CC suite which is running fine on my Mac. Now I'm trying to install the apps on Windows via Parallels, as well. (Why do I need to? There's an app that exists only for Win and it can interact with Illustrator and After Effects if it's installed locally.) However, after installing CC on my Windows, only Photoshop and Lightroom show up amongst the available apps. (I'm attaching screen grabs to illustrate the problem.)I already tried  the Adobe CC Cleaner tool, it didn't help.Any other ideas? Would be much appreciated.Best,IkumiCC on macOS:CC on Win 11: 

Hi, I need to download the 2023 version of Photoshop (or the 2022 version as an alternative), but Creative Cloud only shows the 2021 and 2025 versions as available. Could you provide me with a link to download one of these versions? I specifically need one of these versions because they include the Guides Composition tool (with color change options for the guides) but do not have the advanced AI tools, which heavily impact my system's performance. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

When i try to install Adobe premier elements 2019 (Offline installer or standard). All i get is a blank screen at install options and cannot progress any further. I have tried this on a couple of machines now and get same error. (see screenshot)

My processor is not compatible with thew new version of after effects, it can only work with versions upto 2023, I wanted to install version 23 but I can't find it.

Hey thereI have installed Creative Suite 5.5 Standard on a new(ish) iMac in case my trusty 2012 Mac Pro fails. I enter the serial number and get the green tick and the install goes ahead fine.I did have a hiccup with the "Error 129:17 | Launch Creative Suite 5.5 in New Zealand" but found Error 129:17 launching Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 in New Zealand to fix it. All OK.However, after about 10 days I get an "Activation Required" popup box which tells me to connect to the internet, activate and continue.I know it's antique software, but am I stil able to activate CS5.5 as there are differing opinions everywhere.Any help is greatly appreciated. 

I am one of the few remaining CS6 users.  Adobe has finally had enough of us CS6 users Don't re-install, deactivate (with the attempts to reinstall) Master Collection CS6.  I was having an issue with exporting to H.264 after years of being able to do so without issue.  After searching the Forums, it was suggested to re-install.  I pulled out the CD's (remember those?), ran the installation, entered the serial number and off it went.  When launching one of the programs, I was presented with a dialog box that stated that I have exceeded the maximum computers for my license.  I selected the close button and was able to use the application.  I then did a Master Collection Update thinking that it might pick up that the machine it was installed (Mac address) would be recognised - nope.  After the update, I was now presented with a 27-day application stop due to the multiple computer installations. Again, search these Forums.  The suggest

I previously had adobe through having a package created through the Adobe Admin Console. Recently I started getting that error message Photoshop License expired contact IT administrator. I ended up getting my own personal license and I'm still having the same issue. I made sure to uninstall any adobe product and log out of that account. I'm able to install the apps no problem and they are shown as avaliable under my personal account. I did try some of the troubleshooting issues (Removing host files, Credential Manager) I found and they all haven't worked.  I'm assuming the issue has to do with the previously download applications via admin console but for some reason it's registering the new account/license. I'm just out of ideas for what to do.

Hello, I have deactivated CS6 on my old computer. When I tried to install it on a new device there was an error message that said 'Your licence has been revoked'. I contacted Customer Support. Someone accessed my computer remotely and installed the Suite on the new device. I even asked them to double check if every app works as it should - they said it did. Everything seemed to be working fine for 15 minutes, after which the software showed the error again, that the licence has been revoked, and that I'm in the trial period. I need CS6 for work. Please help!

Hello everyone,I have troubles uninstalling Indesign. I did it through the general software uninstall panel that opened Creative Clound to uninstall Indesign. But despite doing this several times, Indesign is still installed ! If this can help : In creative cloud, i can't fin Indesign in installed app.What should I do ?Thank you
