I bought a second-hand version of After Effects CS6, without documentationthe case and DVD ROM looks genuine, it has a small serial number on it (not the 20 digit number for installation)there is a notice on the back of the CD case, that writes:This trade copy is licensed for business usage...This product is pre-activated for trade purposes on a pre-registered and pre-paid license. Phone activation and registration is not available nor required.Elsewhere on the back of the case it writes: This software will only operate with activation.  (sounds strange to me)The readme text file on the disc writes that in order to use this program, one must copy all the folders to the hard disk and install from there.IS THIS AUTHENTIC? Did Adobe make such discs?I see on the forums that someone had Photoshop CS6 that was pre-activatedPlease enlighten me as to what type of disc this is.

I moved my creative cloud to disk E since it has over 300 gigs... but CC keeps downloading or at least trying to download onto disk C (it has less than 5 gigs left) which makes it impossible to download the program i want (adobe animate). sorry but im new to cc so it may just be a skill issue on my part

Please help! I've bought Premiere Elements 13 in 2014 on the Adobe website. Saturday I tried to move all my programs to the G-drive on my PC, something went wrong and now the program must be un-installed and re-installed. I don't have a backup and the email address used buying the program does not exist anymore. I do have proof of purchase and it is still on the same PC

I recently bought a new IMac with the M4 chip and used the migration assistant to install a previous saved time machine file. Now I get error 42 on the adobe creative cloud app. I tried to delete the cloud file but it says I need to delete photoshop and other adobe apps before it can be deleted but when I try to delete photoshop and bridge I get error 42 and will not delete the files. It's a vicious circle. I see no solution. Any help would be applecies. By the way I tried deleting the ACC file but that did not helo.

Why these company install on my computer Creative Cloud app(with all of Adobe files like tracker and for sync) because I only do acces on Adobe Reader app.This is illegal  I NEVER accept to install this app on my computer and now I need an half to uninstall all of files that I don't want

I need advice on how to log out of an Adobe product on other computers that I no longer have access to. What happened is that I reinstalled my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and it seems I should have logged out of the Adobe product on Windows 10 first. Now I can’t install the Adobe key on Windows 11 because it says I need to log out from another device first. But I don’t have access to that device. Could you advise me on what to do? Thanks.

Just got new high spec PC, should I install apps Photoshop ,Lightroom and Premiere Pro  on C drive ( 1TB SSD M2 NVMe ) with OS or another drive ?  If so is there an option somewhere ?  Thanks

Every single app I have downloaded through creative cloud won't work. Error code 205. Premiere, Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop. The list goes on. What do I need to use in order to use the applications I pay money for?

I purchased a license for Acrobat 10 Standard from a reseller, but did not purchase a media kit.  I would expect in this day/age to be able to download it directly from Adobe - rather than pay for media to be shipped, gas wasted, etc.Does Adobe offer a download link for this?I tried installing the Pro Trial, but it doesn't accept the license to downgrade various components (which Sales said should occur)...PS: Does any actually monitor these forums, as most messages appear to be unanswered.  Please let me know - or I'll tweet about it...

Acrobat was not functioning correctly, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. Unfortunately, I used the Windows uninstaller. Now, Creative Cloud thinks it's still installed, and won't reinstall it. How can I get Acrobat reinstalled?

Hi, every time i tryt to launch an app to install it never shows me the installer.I tried clearing caches, using cc cleaner, doing a clean install, win 8 comp mode, admin mode, nothing works and i seriously need to use this apps.

Hola quisiera descargar versiones anteriores por primera vez que seran compatibles con Sierra, pero ceative cloud no me permite ver otras versiones de los programas, mi computadora es un poco vieja y al actualizar el software se me hace muy lenta por lo que esto no es una opcion. he vito tutoriales pero no me aparece el menu mas chico donde al final sale buscar versiones anteriores, sola mente me premite el fuul screen y de este modo no logro encontrar lo que necesito.  

My C Disk always fill up when I do complex projects with a lot of objects, this is natural, some times filled up with +60gb (My main program is photoshop), but when I closed the project It returned to normality. 2 months ago I was with +/-110gb of free space, but then I'm like with just 82gb of free space, I don't know if this seems to do with any adobe program, but it seems too, I use only Illustrator and Photoshop, and got Premiere installed coz I want to learn it for a near future, but some times Adobe downloaded some programs to my PC automatically through CC. And I don't know if this has something to do with temporary archives too, or if new photoshop or new illustrator or premiere got much more GB's than their previous versions.  So about that, Is there anyway where I can get rid of archives I don't use? I can't figure out why photoshop won't download. I have up to date OS and drivers. These are my Windows specifications: Edition - Windows 11 ProVersion - 24H2Installed on - ‎03/‎11/‎2024OS build - 26100.2161Experience - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.32.0  Is there any other potential issues?
