I have purchased Acrobat X Standard as installed software on a Dell laptop, but it has stopped working. Hence I wish to reinstall. Where do I download from (I have a software key)?Thanks

I need help.In about 2013, while working at a university, I bought an education version of CS5.  I never opened it, as I switched jobs and ended up not needing it.  Now I work at another University (so I am still in education, obviously). I am getting a new Mac for my home and now would like to upload the software on the new Mac (I am purchasing an external CD ROM).In the packaging, which I never opened until last night, there is a product code.  I went to the assorted web sites and tried to enter my product code.  YES I WENT TO IDENTIT-E. It said "Identit-e does not recognize this product code" YES, I WENT TO EVERY OTHER SITE I COULD FIND listed in the many help forums, etc..  I chatted, twice, with Adobe's help.  There was no help.  I chatted with Identit-e help and he/she said that code did not exist. How do I get a serial number for a product I legitimately bought.  I CAN prove I work at an educational institution--I've got a "pay stub" scann

J'ai suivi vos posts à la lettre :     - désinstaller/reinstaller     - supprimer le fichier "OBBE" pour redémaragemais rien y fait je n'ai toujours pas accès à l'onglet.Je constate aussi qu'il n'y a pas de dossier "config" dans le dossier "OBBE"  Pouvez vous m'éclairer ? On my Mac, Whenever i save a file from Ai or PSD or Adobe Acrobat the file name saves as (._(filename) and when I click on it, it says that "We're sorry, We can't open ._letterhead because we found a problem with his contents" When i click Details it says " the file is curropt and cannot be opened. The files have never saved like this before.

how to fix it? this happens when installing any Adobe product from Creative Cloud

I try to open the Creative Cloud Installer to install it but jumps a screen that says "Creative Cloud Installer want to make changes. Enter your password to allow this operation." The application automatically writes me a username (my personal name) but none of the passwords that I write is correct.

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe damals das ganze Paket CS5.5 gekauft Design Standard. Nachdem mein Rechner Jahre später abgestürzt ist war das Programm weg. Auf dem Neuen Rechner kann ich es nicht mehr installieren.Ich habe einen IMAC mit Sonoma 14.0Er sagt das der Entwickler diese aktualisieren muss.Wie kann ich das Programm dennoch installieren? Hi, When I visit this page: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/updatesit says: "Couldn’t load updates - Updates aren’t loading on the web right now. Try again later or open the desktop app and go to Updates there." What's it supposed to say on this page? Is this because my Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't work or is this an Adobe website error? When I view the page with my Photoshop and Lightroom, it says "Download", but these are already installed on my computer and have been for years. My Creative Cloud on Desktop doesn't work, doesn't open when clicked on.My Photoshop and Lightroom don't open now and crash immediately.I have work deadlines.Adobe tech support screenshared and uninstalled completely and reinstalled Creative Cloud and it didn't fix it. Still same problem. What's going on? I need to get back to work! Bad enough the pandemic limits my income, now this is doing me in! I'm on Windows 10. thx

I am upgrading one of our school PC's from CS3 to CS6.Everything is downloaded and the installer has begun.It asks me now to provide a proxy server username and password.?We do use a proxy at school for internet access and this uses NTLM authentication to track the staff and students sites visited by their active directory credentials.There is no other proxy server username or password...What should I enter as it won't let me carry on without entering something...

I have tried to update my creative cloud desktop app with no success. So after that, I uninstalled the app (and all other adobe apps) and redownloaded it. When I try to install the app, the install fails at around 37%. The creative cloud desktop app says "The installer encountered an error most likely because there is no space on the disk to complete the installation or one of the downloaded files has been corrupted (Error code: 202)" I have about 85GB free space on my C: Drive and 156GB on my 😧 Drive. This must surely be enough space as I previously had CC installed as well as several other Adobe apps such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. Please help? Thanks

I just downloaded and tried to log in to use adobe illustrator and got this pop up: Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator from my understanding, this has to do with you trying to access the application outside school/company? I have seen other discussions on this. But. My laptop is for personal use, and my account and plan too. What should I do to make this work? There is no IT admin to contact since this is just for me. Thanks in advance

Hey,   I bought CS6 the Master Collection about 2.5 years ago. Today, it randomly stopped working. I contacted support, and they said my license had expired, and unless I could provide the original receipt they wouldn't show me my licensing agreement. So I have no software, and they won't prove that it was legal to cancel it.   I bought the full version, they claim it was a student version - which is just inaccurate. I should know. Has this happened to anyone else? I am potentially out of a job as a result, and to me, this is just plain theft.   I plan on escalating this to the ends of the earth. If there are enough of us, perhaps a class-action lawsuit is in order.   Thanks, Sarah Ryan

Hello, I payed 1 months price. Now I can't open it. The application wants me password I have not got a password

Hi,  I am a new user and have been trying to download software from the site to get start working. Each time i want to download let say photoshop i get ofc redirected to Creative cloud download page. Each time i see the browser prosessing multiple pages (logging in etc.) and eventualy i get the error page. This page is currently unavailable. Come back to this page later.- Tried this on chrome, Edge and Firefox.- Up to date browsers- Clean catch - Ate all the cookies- I have no old adobe programs on my system- Tried this on two computersQ: Is this a account rights issue?Thank you for your time!  

Hi dear I hope you are fine and everything goes well with you. For more than a month, I have been trying to install Illustrator in my Adobe Applications Manager on my new laptop instead of the old one, which was old, heavy, and so bad for graphic design. Be informed, please, that I installed the applications I needed, but when I installed the Illustrator application as a 7-day trial, it didn't work. It only requires a serial number and sometimes says, {Your country doesn't support this purchase. Best wishes Huda Hashim  

I'm trying to make a Multi-language site English & French. I have a site created with a Gallery and multiple pages. I've created a Splash page which visitors have the choice of langauge button. The problem is once I duplicate the site, especially the Gallery and turn off which site I need to be visible "Appears in 2 Galleries". The individual page within the gallery disapear.   I simply want to duplicate a Gallery, change text and link to a button on splash page.   Any help or advice would be apprecaited!  

I've recently purchased the Photography Plan and after downloading Creative Cloud I tried downloading Lightroom. Unfortunately the Apps tab says I don't have access to app management (even though I am an individual plan owner). Yes, I've tried everything like the system configuration (it doesn't show up in Library), firewall settings, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out and back in, using terminal (I'm a macbook user), and others. I have noticed that most of the solutions that are posted on here are comments well over a year old. I've tried contact Adobe only to have the rep hang up on me and no one respond to the virtual chat option for hours at this point. Any help?

I recently purchased a subscription to PS and LR CC which provided 20 Gb of cloud photo storage.  I soon reached that limit and the red message at the top of the screen says, "Your cloud storage is full.  Upgrade now to continue syncing your photos".  All fine in theory, but Adobe customer support informs me that I cannot upgrade.  Instead, I have to purchase a different plan,  The agent's specific words were "The website will tell you to upgrade it but practically, it cannot be done because the subscription code has limited cloud storage of 20 gb and for a new code, you need to purchase it again, otherwise sign up for the 1 tb photography plan.This is all very confusing, especially to a 'newbie'.  I don't understand the difference between a 'subscription code' and a 'photography plan'.  I certainly don't want to have to pay twice for different plans.  Can anyone advise what I should do?  I would like 1 Tb of space.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on a CD but didn't realize that my new computer doesn't have a CD drive. Is there a way to download via the web using the serial number on my CD?

I need space on my HD on Macbook Air and i install all my app on an external SSD disk. It doesnt work for LR and PS, even if i choose the destination disk in CC Account / Preference / Application ... ! 

I have Adobe CS5 installed on my old iMac (late 2009), which has OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks. I recently bought a MacMini M2 Pro, which has macos 13.5. Ventura.I transferred all data including applications from the old Mac to the new one using Time Machine drive. Now, CS5 applications don't run on new Mac. I kind of knew that, but I also thought that removing the whole suite would be quite easy. I have purchased a new computer and don't know how to get my photoshop to my new computer.  This was a CD purchase and i no long have the case with the serial number.  How can I do this?Thanks for your help.  I have tried the vitural assisant and it was no help at all.
