Download & Install

Hi All,I'm having nothing but problems using and installing Adobe products.Having had many issues with Elements (Editor Crashing, Organizer constantly loosing thumbnails) I decided to try and install Lightroom.  Successfully downloaded the .dmg file, double click on it and nothing happens. Downloaded again and same results. Rebooted mac and same result. Google around and saw  a comment that creative cloud app is required for instalation to work. So went to my Adobe account found a link to download CC app double clicked on .dmg file, installation starts, then stalls at 45.5% (waited about an hour), quit install and reload, same result with instalation stalling at 45.5%.  Before giving up entirly, any suggestions?? Running on: iMac, macOS 14.3 (23D56) Maureen

Hello, There seems to be a current problem with a Creative Cloud updated which I received yesterday on 6 February 2024. Since I found the solution, I wanted to share it here. Problem description: Every time I select (select, not open) a file or folder in Explorer.exe using the mouse or by pressing a key, I get a 2-3 seconds delay and a wait-cursor. When I want to search a folder that starts with “Test”, I usually fast-type “Test”. Since there is a 2-3 seconds delay for each key press, entering the folder name “Test” takes 10 seconds, and the mouse cursor switches between "normal" and "hour glass" like crazy. I killed all Creative Cloud tasks and services using Process Explorer, and disabled Creative Cloud File Sync in the settings. Nothing helped. I analyzed the issue using Process Monitor, and found out that every time a folder is selected in Explorer.exe , the file C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC\ACC.log gets updated and the following t

Hallo, ich hoffe ich poste das hier richtig. Ich habe ein Problem mit der CS6 Suite von Adobe.Früher hat alles gut funktioniert mit der Seriennummer. Ich bin aber dann leider oft zwischen Windows 8.110 und 11 herumgewechselt. Und aufeinmal eines Tages stand dann bei der installation(unter Windows 11) als ich die CS6 Suite installieren wollte ''die eingegebene Seriennummer wurde gesperrt''. Als ich heute aber neugierigerweise die CS6 Suite auf einem alten Laptop installieren wollte da hat es dann funktioniert aber auf meinem PC ist die Seriennummer immernoch gesperrt. Weiß jemand vielleicht was ich falsch gemacht habe oder wie man das beheben kann? Ich würde mich über hilfe freuenLG

Hello, While trying to install CS6 Production Premium on a Mac I receive the following error message:"We are unable to validate this serial number for CS6 Production Premium. Please contact customer support."However, it's a volume license and I was able to install the same software on a different mac (same os) using the same serial. On the mac I am receiving this error with I have uninstalled the previous creative suite versions and have run the cleaner but I am still unable to install the software on this machine.Thanks.

I started the free trial but then cancelled however I did not uninstall the apps before cancelling so i cant uninstall anything because i need access to the creative cloud app however i dont have that anywhere on my macbook? Please help.

I am currently running Audtion CS6 on my 2012 Mac Book Pro running Mojave 10.14.6 OS.  I need to install the Audition CS6 application on an external SSD so that I can continue to use the 32 bit Audition app after I update my macbook hard drive to the newest OS (which only has 64 bit compatibility) in order to update other software programs. I installed the same OS, Mojave 10.14.6 OS on the external SSD to run Audition on.  I have tried migrating Audition to the external SSD three different ways, but the program with neither install nor launch on the external SSD.1. I downloaded the installer dmg file from my account on Adobe.com and tried to install it on the external SSD running Mojave, but get an error message stating that the installer won't initiate.2. I copied the original installer dmg file from my macbook HD over to the external SSD and tried using it to install Audition on the SSD, but after I input the activation code and press activate I get a message stat

I bought a CC membership and even though I opened the application, I could not download anything. It was removed, then I downloaded it again, this time the application did not open, I tried to download it from alternative links. This didn't help either. When I try to download from the normal link, it progresses a little and then gives the error "There was a problem downloading Creative Cloud. Exit the installer and restart to try again. (Error code: 201)" and there is only a "Finish installation" button in the error message. I turned off the firewall, changed internet, updated my operating system, turned off my antivirus, deleted CC and reinstalled. I tried the solutions on the Adobe site and they didn't work. PLEASE HELP ME.

I have just purchased new laptop and need to download my Adobe software into it.  My Illustrator CS 5 won't download unless original Illustrator 8.0 is in computer, but 8.0 is not loading on the Windows 64 bit operating system.  How can I get the original program loaded in order to load all of the purchased upgrades?

Hi, How long should download of 5GB zip file of Adobe CS5.5 take? It is taking 15-20 minutes for me? I thought it should only take a few minutes. Also the installation is taking longer than I thought it is been about 5-6 minutes that it is preparing file (36% only). The reason I am asking is because I bought my computer recently and I want to know whether my machine is having issue or this is notmal? My interent speed is good. 82 Mbps download speed and about 10 Mbps upload. Other machines in our home work just fine. Is the speed normal with downloading/installing Adobe Suite?Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble downloading fonts to my Adobe programs whilst in Creative Cloud. The font I want is already in my "Added Fonts" section, I'm just trying to download it to my programs and it just keeps asking me to retry. There is not an internet issue as I've downloaded multiple GBs of footage this morning. Has anyone ever come across this issue? 

I have standalone Lightroom 6.14 on old Windows7 desktop and then on Windows10 laptop. Trying to deactivate the laptop  but deactivate option doesn't appear in the software "Help" menu as the website suggests. Deactivation necessary so I can install on the new Windows 11 desktop computer. Installed successfully but gives max install serial number warning that I must deactivate one of the other systems before I can use this new computer's installation.  My online account doesn't show the software at all so that makes it difficult to deactivate it. Both installations were registered at the time of installation. Can anyone explain this and how I can deactivate the laptop license to free up the serial number for my new system?  Aggravated!

Hard drives failed on 2 computers and need to reinstall cs6 but adobe thinks it's still installed. How do I get the license released?

Maintnenant quand j'essaie de les rouvrir, j'ai toujours ce message :  J'ai essayé de mettre mon mac a la dernière mis à jour (j'ai un macbook pro M1 max 32go). Desinstallé puis reinstallé créative cloud mais malheureusement j'ai toujours ce message d'erreur. Je précise que ma wifi fonctionne très bien et que l'horloge de mon mac est reglée correctement Si quelqu'un peux résoudre ce problème, ce serait génial ! Merci d'avance

Hey all, I've recently downloaded Creative Cloud from the Adobe website and wanted to check out some of the software by trial.  Creative Cloud installed fine, but the update fails and the error code 505 pops up. This error code also appears when I attempt installing XD (the progress would get to somewhere around 60-70% before the error code pops up and installation stops).  I am running Windows 10 64bit (up to date)I am running CC as Admin I was able to install Animate and Acrobat DC trials without a hitch. I do not have Beyondtrust Powerbroker installed This is from my error log:FATAL: Error (Code = 505) executing in command 'AddUWPAppxCommand' for package: 'KANC-mul', version:1.0.1.22FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: KANC-mul Version: 1.0.1.22). As of 1/22/2024, I have experienced extruciatingly long, and worse, resource hogging of Adobe Creative Cloud updates.  The same dilemma occurs on both my Lenovo Legion 5 desktop Window 10, as well as my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop Windows 11. I have 32 gigs of RAM on both computers, a super-fast ethernet connection, top level Intel 5 CPUs, and an Nvidia GTX 1660 Super in the desktop, and an Nvidia RTX 3050 ti in the laptop.  All if my drivers are up to date, as well as the current Windows Updates. I have become really reluctant to use the updates because when I do, I often have to stop the updates, many times using the task manager because other methods fail.I would appreciate any help on this.Thanks

I have licenses to activate and I can't. Can someone help me? 

Every time I try to Update my PhotoShop CS6, and InDesign CS6 I keep getting the Error Messages when I'm doing the update one for Extension Manager 6.0.8 Update Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7, and one for Photoshop Camera Raw 8.7(CS6). Error Code: U44M1I200. How can i avoid this in the future. I have two InDesign Registration Numbers for InDesign The one is <Removed by Moderator>, also I have Form The Box, <Removed by Moderator>, and my Photoshop is <Removed by Moderator>
