Download & Install

I need space on my HD on Macbook Air and i install all my app on an external SSD disk. It doesnt work for LR and PS, even if i choose the destination disk in CC Account / Preference / Application ... ! 

I have Adobe CS5 installed on my old iMac (late 2009), which has OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks. I recently bought a MacMini M2 Pro, which has macos 13.5. Ventura.I transferred all data including applications from the old Mac to the new one using Time Machine drive. Now, CS5 applications don't run on new Mac. I kind of knew that, but I also thought that removing the whole suite would be quite easy. I have purchased a new computer and don't know how to get my photoshop to my new computer.  This was a CD purchase and i no long have the case with the serial number.  How can I do this?Thanks for your help.  I have tried the vitural assisant and it was no help at all.

Hi,I have subscribed to Indesign in 2021 and I need to reinstall it, but the only version I can download is Indesign 2022 that is not compatible with my device. Where could I download Indesign 2021 ?Thank you 

Adobe just canceled my valid serial number for the education version of Master Collection CS6 because I couldn't produce an invoice from them. I have the Product Code, p/n number, bar code, Date purchased, email address used to register, serial number, and Eligibility verification from Adobe. When I called they passed me around to different people like a ping pong ball.  Said they would call back in 24-48 hrs. They called back around 89 hours. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was put on hold and then the call disconnected. No callback. They said they would be more than happy to sign me up for a subscription. Terrible customer service. I always have had good customer service before. 

So, I managed to complely divorce OneDrive and Creative Cloud by only pointing to files on my local drive and never ever allowing myself to even TOUCH a file in the cloud from an application in Bridge.  This was working until today when I was prompted to do updates.  I was wondering why it was taking forever until I realized it is triggering the entire FRIGGIN avalanche on my machine. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO MAKE THIS STOP!!!  I knew I should have never listened to them in the microsoft store when they talked me out of getting a much more expensive computer with MORE local storage, but tihs is the hell I am stuck with.  Why does this keep happening? AND WHY ARE THERE SO MANY UPGRADES????  I suppose if I remember to disconnect one drive every time, this might not happen., but I should not have to.  There are no files that Photoshop or LIghtrooom can see that are in the cloud unless this update is reinstallig software there. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE

Und muss sagen es ist ein Trauerspiel.Schriften synchron erst nach ewigkeiten, programme voller bugs und langsam. Zum Kotzen, so kann man nicht arbeiten. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel an euren frühen CS Versionen, mit denen war man noch arbeitsfähig. Alle neuen Funktionen sind irgendwie Kindergarten und bremsen das arbeiten

Due to a client using adobe (unfortunately) I had to reinstall XD but every time I do, the installer kills the internet connecting of my MBP. The router is fine since my phone can access the internet. It's only the MBP that loses it's connection. Since the internet connection is lost the installer gets stuck at 1%. Guessing there is a bug with the adobe installer and OSX.Not sure about windows users but for mac, go to: ~/Library/Application Support~/Library/Preferences/Library/LaunchAgents/Library/LaunchDaemons/Library/PrivilegedHelperToolsand delete any file that has the word adobe or creative cloud. Reboot and the installer should finish installing.Reinstalling adobe on my system feels like I have just poured toxic waste on me. It sure has left a bad taste in my mouth. Adobe is like a lingering bad fart that doesn't go away. Eat a fat one Shantanu.

my creative cloud software says my free trial has expired, but I have a paid subscription and money was taken out of my account so I know it is paid. help!

I download the installer and run it.  It goes through the installation and says it's starting up Creative Cloud.  After spinning a bit, it dissappears.  All traces are gone.  The installer gets removed with no traces of anything.    No error messages are ever seen.Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I am aware that revel is no longer valid.  Is there a way that I can transfer/retrieve my photos from there?  Thank you.Photos are irreplaceable.

Hello, I have a new laptop, and I want to take the Creative Cloud software off my old laptop. Do I need to update my account somehow, or will I be able to download everything on my new laptop without any problems? thanks!  

HalloIch hatte einen PC-Absturz. Vor dem Absturz war ein Ligthroom 6 auf dem PC installiert, welches problemlos lief. Nach dem Absturz installierte ich das Programm mit der CD-Rom neu. Es lief ebenfalls einwandfrei. Nach einer Woche wurde das Programm immer wie langsamer bis es fast nicht mehr zu gebrauchen war. Immer wieder kam die Meldung "keine Rückmeldung". Als fast nichts mehr funktionierte, deinstallierte ich das Programm und setzte es neu auf. Kein Erfolg. Am Arbeitsspeicher kann es nicht liegen, weil nur 15-16 % der Ressourcen verwendet werden. Woran liegt es aber? Wie kann das Programm wieder zum einwandfreien Arbeiten gebracht werden?Besten Dank im Voraus - Kudu

I used to buy Adobe Creative Cloud through my high school which was affiliated with Adobe, so I automatically had in the same Adobe account both a personal profile and an institutional one. Now I have finished high school and have bought a 1 year plan for creative cloud, which correctly shows up on my personal profile, but not on my institutional profile, which is to be expected. My problem is that when I log into the Creative Cloud Windows app it automatically selects my institutional profile without letting me choose and therefore it does not let me download the full version of any program, as it registers as me not having any kind of Creative Cloud plan. It doesn't let me switch profile even on the Adobe website, it just seems to randomly choose one of my programs. I have absolutely no idea of how to fix this as both profiles are on the same account with the same password and email so it seems like what profile I'm on is completely up to Adobe's decision. Help me please &#

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 program through eBay from a Japanese shop with two installations allowed on PC.I thought I wouldn't have any problems but the serial number doesn't activate the program.Do you think it could depend on the fact that I am located in Europe?Thank you in advance for any help if possibleMarco

Necesito ayuda para poder instalar una versión de Premiere compatible en mi ordenador, mi macbook pro es viejo y la última versión que permite es la de Catalina, he adquirido el Plan de Premiere Pro y no me deja descargar en mi ordenador.He intentado hablar con soporte de Apple y me dicen que la última versión que mi ordenador permite es Catalina, he hablado con soporte de Adobe y me dicen que las versiones de Premiere no son compatibles con mi ordenador y que intentase mediante la comunidad hablar con un ingeniero que me ayudase a instalar una versión más antigua compatible. Gracias!

I can't access any of my 'apps and services' - I repeatedly get "Error 500: Internal Server Error". I've looked through help articles, tried the virtual assistant and Adobe Care on X / Twitter, but getting nowhere (I don't have the option to contact support). Can anyone help?

Me compre Animate justo ayer, pero no me dejaba entrar, decidi desinstalarme Creative Cloud e instalarmelo de nuevo, pero ahora cada vez que entro, me sale un mensaje diciendo que Creative Cloud esta dañado y me dan la opción de "Reparar" da igual cuantas veces ponga reparar, despues de que se "repara" me sigue poniendo ese mensaje.Me causa mucho disgusto ya que para poder entrar a Animate necesito entrar a Creative Cloud, por favor ayudenme 😞

hi there, yestoday i tried to install ligthtroom 13.0 on my macbook, but can't make it successful. i tried:1.adobe creative cloud cleaner tool to remove lightroom,2.install it on safe mode,3.uninstall creative cloud then install lightroombut none of them work, anyone can help? or any one can tell me where to find the installation temp files to clear them? thanks!
