Download & Install

I am having this new issue where i am trying to install illustrator and it is not working.  The weird thing is, it says it is installing and but i don't see proof anywhere it did and I can't find the app.  My creative cloud update has stalled at updating at 33% and i am not sure what to do as I keep going in circles.  any help would be much appreciated!!

I just got the Creative Cloud plan All applications 100 GB and when I download the CREATIVE CLOUD it doesn't let me download the premiere and I get to buy it and when I want to buy it with the same plan that I have it doesn't let me

I want to install trial version of Photoshop BUT when I do open the setup folder , Creative Cloud starts to be updating and it gives the same error message every time. error code 72, what does mean? I made all the things to solve the problem but  it didn't work. What else can I do?

Last week I tried to launch my Premier Elements 2020 after not using it for a couple of years and it threw up an error message and wouldn't launch.  I thought the only thing to do was to uninstall it, re-download the program and license and re-install.  However although it starts to load it gets to about third of the way through and then an Adobe error shows up 'Customhook_HD_EO.exe'.  The application appears to continue loading in the background if I don't hit 'OK' on the error message, but then when it gets to about 80% the installer freezes and then I get 'Sorry installation failed - error 183'. Not very helpful!!I've run this successfully on the PC many times in the past but right now my paid for program will not work.  Any ideas?I am running Windows 10 

Hi community! I've tried everythig but when starting to douwload any of the cc suite Apps error 1 keep showing up. I run migration asisistant to transfer everything form my old Air (Intel) to this one, the apps (Indesign/ Photodhop/premiere) were already disinstalled except for adobe pro and crative cloud desktop app, that were copied to new mac, which I uninstalled as first thing.This is what I  have already tried to solve the error:- created new local admin user account to dowload it for there https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html- controlled and fixed connetivity issues https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html- run Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. There are several other threads about this issue over the past few years, all completely unresolved. I've had the full Adobe Creative Cloud from the beginning and have never had an issue with it until two weeks ago with this endless login loop. Nothing had changed on my system (on an iMac) and I've tried all the self-help troubleshooting steps including deleting the following folders:~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE   (in user Library folder)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache  (in main Library folder)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore... and finally contacting support, both chat and phone. 4 support agents over 4 days, 2 to 4 hours each day giving them remote access to my computer, and they were unable to resolve the issue. No suggestions, nothing. I told them (being that I use to do tech support for other companies) that it looks to me that it's an issue with their backend server not properly creating the credentials... a couple of days late

Is there a way to set the save panes within all Creative Cloud applications to work with dark mode?It's currently very jarring on the eye when everything else is dark and the old light grey save panes pop up. It seems as though it's a bug or something they haven't got around to yet

I lost my logic board and had to reinstall everything on my Macbook Pro. I created one user account which allows me to successfully login to Creative Cloud and use all Adobe apps perfectly. But that user account has some glitches with other software. So I created a 2nd user account on the Mac and am trying to use my Creative Cloud app there. It just keeps asking me to login over and over and won't let me use any apps. My account is current. I've tried connecting my Facebook and Apple accounts for login, but while all of them login successfully, I always end up at the same place: with the attached notice. I've tried removing entries in the hosts file (there weren't any). I've also tried editing keychain access. (couldn't find either of the files referenced in my keychain) I just tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, but it gave this error: Please don't suggest to uninstall and reinstall all my CC apps. Hallo Adobe Photoshop , Ich habe einen Problem mein (altes) Photoshop CS5 extended funktioniert nicht mehr ( hatte es schon länger nicht mehr benützt !), es kam die Aufforderung Codenummer eingeben , alte CD ist noch vorhanden mit 22 . Buchstaben - Zahlen ! erster Block : 5 Buchstaben und eine Zahl, dann jeweils Blöcke mit je 4 Zahlen. Wann wir das CS5 das erstemal Installiert hatten , weiß Ich nicht mehr . Bitte um ihre Hilfe.

I don't know where else to turn to with this issue. It's not an Adobe issue, per se, but I'm hoping someone on this site can give me a clue.I started getting this crazy pop-up screen a couple of months ago. All my efforts to get rid of it have failed.It doesn't do anything. It doesn't seem to be linked to anything. Has anyone figured out yet if Adobe lets you delete your own credit card out of their system or do they keep hostage forever and convince you it's a dummy account (yet it charges your card) and that it's perfectly safe with them (even though they got hacked on Oct 2019)?

I purchased a Adobe Creative Cloud student plan on my student account, but when I try to access it on my primary desktop, it acts as if I didn't bought it. I checked my Adobe Account and it has not been updated with the purchase I made. Oddly enough though, when I attempted to install the program and login to Adobe in general on my laptop, my account had my updated information and the bought access to the plan. It seems as if there is two variations of my account are accessbile, one on my desktop that does not have the updated info with the bought access and vice versa on my laptop. Another thing to note when I login from Adobe Community, I am on the updated version of my account even while I am on my primary device. I don't understand how this is happening considering both accounts are using the same exact email address.

I just bought a new computer and was trying to load my elements and it says error

Adobe Set-up exe file won't open and I am unable to install the desktop app. I've tried re-downloading the file multiple times and restarting my computer. The help pages run me in circles, "Go here to get help installing, go here to download installer, open the installer, unable to open? go to the help page and repeat"

I am attempting to install PSE 24 on Windows 11. I have gone through all the support for Windows 10 as to changing permissions on the Adobe PCD folder and the SLStore folder as detailed on the "Resolve Configuration Errors" page successfully.  I have uninstalled any previous installation attempts. I was able to successfully install the Creative Cloud application. The only thing I have NOT been able to do is change the status of the SLStore folder in read only - in the check box, there are 3 options for Windows 11 that I do not see on other versions - empty box, blue check or blue minus. No matter what I attempt, the blue minus persists so I do not know if that is part of the issue or not. Any help would be appreciated.
