Download & Install

I've had the Creative Cloud and Illustrator for years but got rid of my subscription for a couple of months. Now I have the subscription again (same one as before), but I can't login anymore on either app. On illustrator it says "we can't verify your subscription status'' and on Creative Cloud it says ''you aren't signed in'' and I go through this endless sign in loop.  I've tried unistalling and reinstalling. Sometimes it doesn't even unistall properly. I've tried restarting my computer already. I've tried downloading the latest version. Nothing seems to work.  Wifi is fine. Storage is fine. Everything is fine. I don't know why this is happening or what to do about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a Professer on campus who swears by Pagemaker for Windows and has used it since the early 2000's. He is moving to a newer windows 10 computer (which has been running PM 7 with no issue) and we have managed to lose his install disks. We still have a copy of the original order through Adobe with the license key. I opened a support ticket with Adobe for assistance and was told basically to go fish.I know the program has been out of support for years. I've been able to download a trial version of Pagemaker so I then asked support about how to enter my license key to activate it and was told to go to the Community forum for help as they no longer support PM.I don't see an obvious way to enter the license key. Anybody have any suggestions? I am not looking forward to being the one to tell the Prof that his only option is to go to InDesign especially since my boss (who is no longer here) was the one that would not let the Prof hold onto the install disks!

When trying to update Adobe Creative Cloud, the process freezes, usually around 51%.  Then I get an "Update failed" message with Error Code 184.  Adobe suggests restarting computer and retrying, but there is no change.  I have tried going into task manager and closing all the processes I can, but I still get the same error.  I have tried to uninstall/reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud but it won't let me without uninstalling my apps, in may case Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.  Are there any other suggestions short of uninstalling all my Adobe apps and reinstalling?Nat

I successfully download and install the app, but then the app doesn't show up anywhere. It does not give any error. The only suspicious thing is that the installation takes a very short time. You can see my steps in the video.https://streamable.com/i3q7q3

I upgraded to Catalina from Mojave and encountered a problem. I have a Adobe account through my school as a teacher, and use Photoshop, etc. I currently have Photoshop 2021, and wanted to download  Illustrator. all of my choices are not compatable, so I decided to search for Illustrator 2021, and could not find it? Could someone help me find the link for download Illustrator 2021?

i cannot install creative cloud on windows 11. brand new pc. Want to install craetive cloud so i can then install other apps. when i run setup it says that another installer is already running. i go to task manager and nothing is running.I have read many discussions, but i have no apps to run cleaner on, or any apps installed to delete opm.db file.I have downloaded the zip file extracted and run setup as admin.I do not know what to do at this point.Thanks for any helpjose.Avila

Hello, I work for an organization that does not allow "Cloud-based" software. Is there in option within Photoshop CC in which you can choose not to install the cloud features, or to disable them once installed? We can only have localized software on the machine.Thanks!

I recently bought a new HP laptop with Windows 11.  I've downloaded Photoshop Elements 10.  After the computer restarts it is stuck on HP screen and gives Bios errors.  I wiped out all the apps and started over.  Downloaded again with the same problem.  I'm currently looking for answers.  At this point I'd have to wipe the pc clean again and go without Photoshop 10 on my new computer.  Any help is appreciated.

So I have a paid version of Adobe Elements 14 on WIndows that i've had for years. I've installed and re-installed a few times over the last few years no issues My hard drive got replaced recently, new disk cloned from previous When I launch PS14 now it closes down straight away. Uninstalled PS14 Downloaded PS14 as usual from Adobe, when I try and enter my license key I get the error that serial number in use by max allowed computers and to deactivate. If I look at active devices in my Adobe account online there are zero listed. Unable to contact support because the stupid chatbot only lets you speak to a human if you're on some paid subscription. Utterly not impressed. Bought this years ago, do not want to have to pay for any fancy new upgrade and Adobe are restraining me from using it on my computer legitimately. ANy clues?

I have a strange problem with my Adobe ID password after the re-installation of CS6. The password  works fine for logging in via any web browser, I use Google Chrome. But as soon as I try to re-register old CS6 software (version 2012) that I had to re-install after a Windows crash, I get a message thar that my password doesn't match. It only happens, when I try to register the old CS6 (which is already registered at Adobe since the first installation). However, the re-installation procedure forces me to connect to my adobe ID and then does not accept my (otherwise working) password. I tried clearing cache, changing passwords, but nothing helped. It always works fine for general sign from the browser into my account, but strangely not for connecting with the account during registration.  Does anyone know what to do?

Unfortunately I need Illustrator 2020 (24.3) because of an old Plugin, which won't work with any other Version.Is there any possibility to download this Version?Even Adobe Support has only 26.0 and newer.

l have an original purchased Lighroom v6.0 disc which l have installed onto my new windows 11 laptop, l am now unable to view my raw files within the catalouges that have been copied over from my windows 10 laptop.I have tried to ugrade version 6.0 to version 6.12 which l was able to do on my previoes laptop which was running on windows 10, l am denied access to the adobe site to do this.Has anyone got any ideas how l can upgrade my version to be able to use my raw files

Hi I think this might be silly but it's really late and I'm tired I just bought all the apps in the CC plan BUT I don't want to install them all - it's highly unlikely I'll be using Premiere Pro for example... But they seem to install one by one automatically in the Creative Cloud app - at least that's what happened with Photoshop.. anybody knows how to select those that you want installed and those that you don't want to be installed on your computer? Thanks in advance...

 Greeting I have a problem with payment. I want to purchase the Illustrator program.When I enter the visa information and agree to the terms to complete the payment, I see this message: “A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank." But I didn't understand what the problem was? What is the solution?Thank you all

He intentado actualizar Adobe Creative Cloud y me salta error 713.Tengo activado UAC y soy el admin. del ordenador y aún así no me deja... He desinstalado adobe y lo he vuelto a instalar y tampoco me deja... Ayuda porfavor!!!

I've been trying to install Acrobat on my Macbook and I get an error 136.  I followed a couple of solutions found on here yesterday (including using a tool to fully remove Cloud, and then resinstall) but I still get the error. I keep hitting retry and it gets to about 92% but no further.

I bought creative cloud 1 month today to try it out but when I download any (photoshop, creative, primier pro) setup and try to install it, it doesn't react? Can you help me solve the problem?
