Hallo zusammen, ich habe im Oktober 2023 mein Adobe Creative Cloud Foto-Abo (Lightroom Classic/ Photoshop) um ein Jahr verlängert. Gestern habe ich am Black Friday eine weitere Lizenz erhalten und wollte das Abo um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert. Der Code wurde angenommen, aber im Prepaid-Tarif steht jetzt: Prepaid-TarifNeuen Code bis zum 21. Nov. 2024 einlösen Es wurde also nicht um ein Jahr verlängert, aber der Code wurde angenommen. Wie kann das sein? Vielen Dank schon mal im voraus!

Whenever I try to install Adobe Creative Cloud, it gets to about 5% before it suddenly goes to 100%, crashes all of a sudden, unmounts the image, and deletes itself, requiring me to redownload the installer. I can't seem to get logs for this, could someone reproduce this?

Hello, I work in school and I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 for our students from retail shop. It is legal source, because this is big seller which supplies schools. I got product key via email, but when our administrator was trying to register and install Adobe Premiere there showed up message that key is in use. Access to this key had only seller and me, I pass it to administrator when we were installing Premiere on PC. I have contacted with seller to make a complaint, but I got answer to contact directly Adobe in order to deactivate old key and get new one. I have invoice for this product, everything was legal transaction. I was searching for solution in help desk, but bot didn't find any good answer, neither I.

How can we increase the number of devices? Currently, it is restricted to 2 devices. Can we take another plan to extend the number of devices?

Hello, I've been trying to find the solution to this problem for weeks and no one can seem to help me. When I try to open Photoshop or any of my adobe apps, I receive the following error: Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager. But when I paste the link anywhere, it just takes me to a blank page.  I've looked for the AAM patch on the adobe help website, and found a link for mac: http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774but again, just a blank page.  I tried using the creative cloud cleaner tool as someone suggested, but the AAM isn't even available to select to clean.  Someone provided this link: https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=447&fileID=4437but there was a privacy error.  I even used the chat feature on the adobe website and spoke to someo

Hi!I can't solve the problem many are having solved by the CC Cleaner.This is what i do every time:- Uninstall everything from Adobe- Reboot- CC Cleaner (Where "Fix Host File" and "Adobe Id Credentials" are listed. Won't get rid "Fix Host File", it just says "'0' entries were fixed." when i clean it. Ich arbeite schon einige Jahre mit der Adobe CC und hatte zuvor eine Lizenz einer Bildungseinrichtung. Diese wurde mir nach meinem Abschluss natürlich wieder entzogen. Jetzt arbeite ich mit der Adobe Lizenz/ ID von dem Unternehmen, in dem ich nun beschäftigt bin und nun kann ich die zahlungspflichtigen Apps (wie z.B. Photoshop) nicht mehr auf diesem Gerät nutzen (Auf meinem Firmen-PC funktioniert alles ganz normal und einwandfrei) Da ich mein Privat-PC auch für Firmenzwecke nutze, hab ich hier auch die CC installiert und mich anschließend mit meiner Firmen-ID angemeldet.Die Lizenz meiner Bildungseinrichtung hat zwar noch einige Zeit nach meinem Abschluss weiterhin funktioniert, aber seit einer Woche wurde sie für meine ID/ mein Privat-PC deaktiviert.Seit März diesen Jahres habe ich aber schon die ID meiner Agentur in Verwendung und alles hat bisher einwandfrei funktioniert, bis mir eben die alte Bildungseinrichtungs-Lizenz/ ID entzogen wurde (mit der ich schon die längste Zeit nic

Here's exactly what happened: 1. I see an exclamation point in the creative cloud desktop app tray icon. 2. I click it, the popup leads me to the Apps section, then freezes and crashes. 3. I relaunch the app and get an error telling me to reinstall the app. 4. I proceed with reinstalling the app. 5. Now, all of my Adobe CC app configurations (workspaces, recent files, etc) seem to be gone and the CC desktop app seems to not recognise the already existing and installed apps on my PC.   Here are the CC apps, all installed and on my start menu, all starting up correctly despite having lost all my workspaces and configs...   ...and here is the CC app, showing that only Acrobat is installed:   Any ideas on the easiest way to fix this and also a way to restore my workspaces without having to redo them all over again? I also thought CC was supposed to sync workspaces anyway?   Thanks in advance, Stefan

I've been using CS6 for many years and have it loaded on 2 machines. But one of my pcs has crashed  and the engineers have changed the motherboard. This PC now says I need to activate the trial 30 day software. So I put in my 24 digit code and it says I'm already activated on the max no. of PCs. So I think the new motherboard makes Adobe think it's a new PC. And I can't deactivate it from the old board as it's been replaced after it crashed. Please can someone help me as I'd like to get it working on both PCs.  Thank you.

Just purchased Adobe Cloud All Apps Student version from Amazon.  It seems activation requires an email verification which the school is blocking.  Tried sending it to a different non school email but then the emails don't match and activation fails.  How to get around this?  I don't see another way to activate this version from Amazon??

Yesterday I bought the entire Creative Cloud pack as I need those applications for studying. I had no problem downloading and installing the CC manager app, and I was planning to install Ps, Ai and Id today. I unfortunately had to update my drivers for another reason, but had some problems with my laptop so I loaded a recent save on my laptop to uninstall my updated drivers, and since the save was made before I installed Creative Cloud, it uninstalled that as well. Now that I'm trying to install and open my CC apps again, nothing works : It installs the setup file, I open it, the installation starts, then nothing. The installer closes and the setup file disappears, and I can't see any trace of the installed apps on my laptop. I've looked everywhere in my files and on my control panel. I'd really like some help here if possible.

When I try and change the email address on my Adobe ID I get this message:  "Your account changes couldn't be saved."   No explanation of why they can't be saved or what action I need to take.    Could you let me know why I can't change my main email address and how to fix this?  Thank you.

I decided to get a contract with Adobe for $43.99 a month on the Black Friday sales last year, all of a sudden the payments have now jumped up to $80 (I'd assume the original contract ran out) and the fact that it will cost me $430 to cancel my account in ridiculous and surely can't be legal (considering there was no prompt or anything for a renewal of any contract and it just automatically started up again)

Hello Guys & Gals,First let me say hope you all have a great Holiday Season (Christmas).That said here is my questions.I own quite a few programs from adobe and have many from other companies.Now I am concerned about my adobe software and here is why.I use a vpn, lots more then i did before and with other companies I guess the software reports to them and it saw my license in different countries multiple time a day. So they were auto-deactivated as it looks like other people in different countries are using my software keys.I connect using my vpn many times a day to different countries so I can view stuff I cant get where I live currently.I've had vpn for two years buy just recently started using it lots.So right now i am in multiple fights  trying to get my other software from other companies re-activated.That leaves me a bit worried about my Adobe software as it is a bigger expense then all my others put together.Am I going to have the same issue with my adobe software when
