I'm unable to generate the Override XML'sCMD is being run as Admin, I have access to create files/Folder in the root space. I ran the Fresh Sync a few days ago and that worked fine. Hi,I recently renewed my student CC plan with SURFspot in the Netherlands. But instead of a license key to continue my old plan (Create Cloud All Apps - Creative Cloud Membership), they changed how it works and I now have a new plan added: Adobe for Enterprise - SURFspot Operational Console.  The instructions from SURFspot says:"If you get the message to add a payment method, this is related to your previous membership. You can use the Adobe chat to cancel your previous (Creative Cloud All Apps) membership. Please make sure they don’t cancel the SURFspot Operational Console membership!" However, when I try to use the Adobe chat, I get this message: "Please contact your administrator for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." So basically they are referring to each other and I cannot find any way with either organisation to contact a human bein

Hi there, I'm trying to cancel the Adobe for Enterprise plan that I've been subscribed to. I signed up using my college information but now the product is not useful for me. I've been trying to cancel the plan because Adobe is still charging me, but the button "Manage Plan" is nonexistent for me. The button to cancel this is literally not there. Do I get in touch with someone at my school or support at Adobe? Could I get a link to directly talk with a real person instead of articles and forums?

Has anyone here encountered the problem of getting Adobe to stop charging for extra licenses that you have removed from your account?I am the owner of my law firm—and the plan administrator. For some three months now, my office manager and I have tried to remove an extra Acrobat license we no longer need. On the last occasion (Sept. 28), I personally logged onto the Adobe website (while my office manager watched) and removed the Acrobat license.Now I just got another bill for the month to come ... and the extra license is back up there. Before I consult with the attorney general's division for consumer fraud or take some other dramatic step, can I ask who else might have dealt with this ... or who could tell me what subtle cancellation nuance I'm missing?We're getting pretty angry over here. Tom

My Adobe product subscription expired, but I saved all my files in the cloud. now I want to download all files local from the cloud while downloading it's showing some error, cant able download it. kindly help me with this. thanks in advance. 

Hi, I am currently a game art student in Belgium and I made the mistake of requesting an Adobe Substance student license on an Adobe account provided by the school which does not include the Photoshop license which is on another student account.I would have liked to group all my Adobe licenses on the same account because Creative Cloud does not allow me to connect two accounts at the same time.As a result, when I switch from Photoshop to Substance and vice versa, I have to log out of one account to log back in to another.I tried to ask for another Adobe Substance student license with my second account but I received a refusal. I guess there are protections to not have more than one student license per person, then I can't solve this problem alone. Thanks

I recently upgraded to the lastest version of CC and have had non stop problems with being logged out of my account. If I log into Creative Cloud dektop I seem to be able to open one piece of the Adobe suite without issue. If I then try to open another piece of software, I am logged out of my account. I am then unable to log back in without immediately being logged out. If I restart my computer the cycle resets itself. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? For reference I work in an office of four people. All of the licenses were upgraded at the same time and no one else has this issue.

Hi All, is there a list of all the possible error message that could result after trying to migrated Adobe ID Users to Federated ID users? I got for example the Results for two users that it failed with the follow error "DMA_USER_MIGRATION_FAILURE" but I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base regarding this topic. Kind Regards

Hello,we have a valid teams account with Adobe but our editors work with version 14.1. of PREMIER PRO & MEDIA ENCODER because they cannot update from OSX MOJAVE.Adobe says they cannot help in sending us the installer because it is too old.Can anyone help please ?Thank youAntonio

Hello, I have a user who has Adobe Acrobat Reader. I was using Adobe RUM to update it. However, RUM fails to start each time. Hello,We recently purchased about 170 Adobe Acrobat Standard licences through the VIP program.  Does being a part of the VIP program automaticly entitle us to use the enterprise SAML authentication features?  The reason I ask is when we sign into our account it is still labeled as a personal account and we cannot find any options to manage idenities.  We have tried going through the normal support channles, but keep getting bounced around between consumer and buissness ques.  Our Dell purchasing rep had made the purchase, but our account still says that payment is required so I am not sure if this is part of the problem.

I am a Microsoft 365 User and we use Sharepoint to store and access files. When opening PDFs from Sharepoint in the Brave Browser I would get this error:I finally was able to resolve by reviewing the history when opening the pdf (which opens a new tab in Adobe Document Cloud)I had to remove Brave "Shields" on: https://dcsi.adobe.io/ This is the url that first opens before redirecting to:https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/index.html?r=1&locale=en-usbut after turning off the "Shields" the PDFs open correctly.Hope this helps others avoid months of frustration.

Afin de pouvoir collaborer avec mon équipe, j'ai créé des bibliothèques Adobe (avec les chartes graphiques de nos clients) ainsi que des dossiers partagés dans lesquels je glisse nos fichiers de travail afin de pouvoir travailler à plusieurs dessus. Mon équipe a bien accès aux bibliothèques partagées, mais pas aux dossiers/fichiers de travail enregistrés sur le Cloud. J'ai vu que je pouvais partager manuellement mes fichiers de travail en envoyant une invitation, mais j'aimerais que toute l'équipe puisse accéder également aux dossiers dans lesquels sont rangés ces fichiers de travail tout en ne devant pas à chaque fois partager manuellement chaque fichier. L'idée c'est que si mon alternante travaille sur un projet pour un client et qu'elle part à l'école, le reste de l'équipe doit pouvoir accéder aux fichiers pour prendre la suite du projet. Comment faire ? Merci pour votre aide !

Hi,I was working for a company last year that had me install CC and many apps on my home computer during the pandemic.  I no longer work for that company and there fore do not have access to that company email address.  Now I want to uninstall all the apps but it requires that I log into my work account and I cannot do that.  Not only can I not log in with that email, but the old pohone number that was associated with the account is also no longer available.  I'd love ot talk to a actual support person but of course, I need to log into the old account to get access to that feature and as I stated previously, that's not an option. Any suggestions on the next course of action? ThanksTroy

We are developing a desktop application which intended to be used in our company. We can't catch the scope of ttps://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe-Developer-Additional-Terms_en-US_20220721.pdf 6.2.I mean:- In (A), we are prohibited to remove Adobe "About" or "Info" screen. This means, we must set a hyperlink of these pages in our application?- I construe (B) that we must not create a application that falsifies (by cracking, in most cases) Adobe Services and Adobe Software. Is it correct?- In last sentence in this clause, we are prohibited to modify a "default language" of services. What is default language? And "modify" means "cracking", like I explained in the above? Please someone let us know the scope of this clause?

 I can't believe Adobe makes it so hard to canel a plan - or get through to anyone - or start a chat. Quite disgusting, really.
