I got an email from the IT Department from where I work saying that we had to relog to our CC account. Yesterday I opened an Illustrator online-saved editable document (AIC) and I was working on it, then the message to relog appeared and I put my email and password, but then all my online editable files disappeared. I can't find them neither in assets.adobe.com, nor in the programs or even in the trash bin (Neither my mac's or the web one). My exported files on the Creative Cloud Files folder disappeared too, but they were hidden in my mac, so I saved them again in other folder, but I'm unable to find and access my online-editable Photoshop, Illustrator and XD files. What can I do??
I'm part of an academic research group. Our administrtive assistant set up a Creative Cloud license for about ten of us and we believe she is the system administrator. She is now on indefinite leave and we are not allowed to contact her. Is there anyway we can edit or cancel the group license? We want to add a new post-doc to the group license. In the longterm, it is not clear our system admin will return. Is there anyway we can change the admin to one of the current licence holders? Thanks.
How can i get trained for Admin Console?

During the COVID pandemia our labs and our campuses are closed, but our students are taking their classes online. Shared Device Licensing is what we use for our labs and because of COVID our students don't have access to those computers. Is it possible (legally) for our students to connect to our lab's computers remotely from home using VPN in order to have access to our Shared Device Licensing? Students would still need to log into those computers and after that they'll have to log into their own Adobe id account. Each lab computer only allow one user to be connected at a time so basically we would have a similar lab access behavior as if the students were going physically to the labs.Any information on this topic will be appreciated.

Hi, so I'm the assigned team member for Adobe CC for Teams in my office. I was assigned by Octora (octora@chemco.co.id) , but unfortunately Mr. Octora is already resign, and the email is allocated to other user, hence the email that registered to Adobe as Primary User and Contract Owner become unavailable. So my question is how to change the unavailable Primary Administrator Email to existing one? Because i can't access the Admin Console. Thank you
Bonjour,Je dispose d'un compte pro par le biais de mon entreprise.Si je quitte l'entreprise, est ce possible de garder les fichiers stockés dans mon espace et les rapatrier vers un compte privé?MerciPatrick
If you have purchased the Teams membership through Adobe.com, and you are the current contract owner, you can view and download your invoices from Admin Console > Account > Billing History.Due to a technical glitch, some administrators are unable to view the invoices. We are working to fix this issue on high priority and will let you know as soon as it is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
suddenly this morning i started getting Adobe DC Cloud Doc errors when trying to upload a small pdf i made. i tried to delete but found no files in the cloud.i signed out and tried to sign back in but now i get a error message saying i do not have access and i need access ....this is from my iPad and Adobe CC. suddenly my Personal College EDU Adobe account that is Personal i repeat Personal...not the Enterprise which will allow log in. But no apps on that enterprise account. I bought through a college website and got approval working about a month ago.everything works until suddenly Adobe stops logging in? CC is broken and will no longer allow access? please help because without access the iPad adobe apps are useless and will not sync with anything.what good is Creative Cloud unless it actually works in the cloud? also i was not able to access help as it claims i must call y IT Admin at the school. This is false, as last time i had to log in as a personal old account , adobe
I work at a school and so have access to Adobe through an Enterprise account. These seem to be renewed yearly, and recently we had our first renewal. I have the same user name and email and password...but it doesn't seem to be the same account. All items saved in the cloud (mostly from Fresco) are gone. Most of my other projects are saved to specific devices, so not huge issues, but I would like to have access to my old Fresco files again. I can't sign into my "old" account because, as stated, the "new" account has the same username and email. Is there any way to get my "old" content back?
If you create an uninstaller package for CC products, it does not uninstall the desktop app, and adobe advises that you don't uninstall it. However, what if it is installed as a device license and now you need to install named license products? Do you uninstall it, or just uninstall the products, leave the app, and deploy your named license package, installing a newer desktop app over the old? Does that work? If not, I'd like to know how best to handle this transition.
Hello,I have installed latest Adobe Reader DC in my test-Environment running on Windows Server 2016 and Citrix XenApp 7.13.The graphic-quality is bad in Reader. Especially the Icons in the main toolbar look shabby. Have a look at the screenshot:I tried some settings like "bAntialiasGraphics", "bAntialiasImages" and so on, but there was no improvement.I did also open up a few PDFs and noticed, that the Image quality is also bad.Does anybody have an idea on how to improve this?Additional I noticed, that Adobe Reader DC uses ist own mouse-cursor-set. (black-cursor, hand, ...)Is it possible to prevent the Reader to change the cursors?Thank you!
I have an account that requests a code activation everytime I or one of my team need to get into Creative Cloud. Is there a way to stop this and manage?
I only recently converted my Adobe ID to a Teams ID so I could start adding subscriptions and multiple users. Until now I was purchasing Acrobat outright trying to avoid the subscription framework. I have several serial numbers for both Acrobat 2017 and Acrobat DC. Both of those applications require them to be signed in while using them, at least initially. They are registered with the Adobe ID I recently converted to Teams. I would still like to use those applications for users in my company, as many of them don't require up to date versions of Acrobat, and only just need the full editing capabilities of Acrobat occasionally. My questions is about sign-ins and my Adobe ID. Can the Adobe ID only be signed in twice, or is it each serial numbered product that can be signed in twice? If my Adobe ID can only be signed in twice, how do I go about letting users use the older versions without my ID. Can they use a different Adobe ID?
We have had conversations with multiple chat support agents with inconsistent results or promises and lengthy chains of conversation without a clear resolution about adjusting the seat count of our subscription. No two agents have given us a clear answer and have in-fact conflicted with each other's statements. I need a single source of truth that can help us with our issue. We are continually ending up in loops with chat support agents and wasting large amounts of time. We simply need a seat count adjustment. Who can we contact to bypass these chat support agents?
Hello, we are writing from Colombia, Universidad de La Sabana. This month we have had several failures with the suite, therefore we ask you please inform us if you are generating updates or what happens with the platform? this is causing us trouble with our work! Thank you!
Is there any way to get offline installers for all the adobe applications?
I have a personal Adobe Cloud account and started a new job that provides an enterprise creative cloud account. IT signed me up with my new work address, but my personal account uses a different email. I don't want to maintain my personal CC subscription since I have the enterprise subscription. Is there a way to control my personal account with the enterprise account so I don't lose all I've done in the past?
we have licenses for CC but when i install the package it keeps putting me into trial modes. i used to have full CS6 installed. i ran the cleaner tool. made sure everything deleted and still does it. i log into my admin console which im one of 3 admins for my company but it shows me in CC free version. how do i get the license to make my installation a correct working one?
Hi there I am working with a group of people and using the cloud as our server. When other delete files, they end up in my trash can? We are all very communicative and have a process to make sure no one works on the same file. Sometimes at the start of the day, my trash can is full of files that I have not worked on. It's very concerning as we don't want to lose or overwrite anything. Any suggestions about how to fix this? Thank you
I use a Mac alone. I haven't had access to the Creative Cloud for a while. I then get a message that the approval of the IT administrator is necessary. But I don't have such an administrator. What do I have to do?
