We use the entire Adobe Suite of products throughout our campus on shared computers. Our problem is students are not signing out of their Adobe accounts after class ends allowing other students to plagiarize work from other students. I have searched on the web for a way to force sign out students from Creative Cloud. Nothing works including deleting the opm.db files, clearing the OOBE folder, and other like suggestions. Does anyone have idea on how I can sign a student out of Creative Cloud when the computer reboots?Thank you for any assistance.

Hello All, We have recently migrated to Shared Device Licensing and pushed out various CC programs via JAMF MDM successfully. The problem we're running into is students logging and out. Our current procedure for MacOS is as follows:  Beginning of class instruction:Student login to lab device, Open Creative Cloud Application, login to CC Application using Federated ID Credentials, Open desired Adobe CC service. End of class instruction: Save work instance, Sign out of all Adobe CC services (including the CC Application), Log out of lab device.---First class session to do this had no issues. The second class session in the lab had issues with logging in. This manifested in CC Application automatically logging students in to previously logged in students who deviated from the previously stated process.For example, 2nd session student tries to open Illustrator before opening CC Application, login window auto login to 1st session student. As adminstrator I have signed up members of my company to an Adobe Corporate Account. Now that I have done so how do they log-in and start using? I thought they would get an automate invite email or something but dosent appear that this is the case.  

I have bank transfers to adobe for a subcription, but i cannot find any plan in my adobe acocunt

But there is no 'Other versions' option in my CC desktop, all apps have such problem. Background is I used a Adobe InDesign license only account before, at that time I found there was no 'Other versions' option for CC desktop app. I thought that's ok because my account may have some permission limitation.  Now our company starts to use Enterprise License , thus I change to current account. I still can't see 'Other versions' option.....  But my colleagues don't have such issue.  Looks there is cache in CC desktop that still use my old account's user setting. Please help. My CC desktop version is 6.7.0.278. I just re-installed it yesterday, but can't solve my problem.

Hello,I have an issue with the Creative Cloud Desktop login. It asks for my username and password, which I put in, then just spins and will not login. This is preventing us from using any Adobe software. We believe something is specific is being blocked.We did found out our corporation is blocking all endpoints with a "*" in the address. They want to know what the specific addresses are so they can put in an exception. Here is a list of the endpoints with an "*" that are being blocked. Would any of these prevent us from logging into Creative Cloud Desktop? Hi!If I create a portfolio website using Adobe portfolio (I’ve already purchased a domain), will the site still remain accessible if I cancel my subscription? And if I want to make edits later, how would that work?Thanks for your help!

I am unable setup Azure Idp because the Create Directory button is greyed out There looks to be a directory listed as Business ID but I cann select it the check box is also greyed out  We have 120 licenses for Adobe Pro

Hi, is there an Adobe API that can be used to automatically assign Adobe licenses to users? Because the licenses frequently need to be transferred to different users, and the manual transfer process is very time-consuming.

I'm having problems with the Adobe console. The day the previous license administrator left, my email account as the new administrator was blocked, and so was the console. Now I can't assign licenses to users using the company domain, but only using the domain of their personal email account. 

Concerns Console -> Storage -> Individual users folders -> Inactive usersCan the option to search for an user in the option Inactive users be added as is already possible in the option Active users?

Hi, I´m working monitoring the Adobe licenses of my company, when someone have to leave the job, I take back the license of Adobe of the computer. Usually the computers are MacOs and Adobe Licensing Toolkit works very well on take back the license (using the command "-t" or "--deactivate"), but when I use the procedure of the official page (https://helpx.adobe.com/es/enterprise/kb/sdl-toolkit.html ) on Windows 10 64-bits, the command line marks "Adobe Licensing Toolkit (1.1.0.100) ERROR: Access denied. Operation Failed", I tried it in the administrator account, do it on the PowerShell, writing the direction by myself, probe it on different computers and nothing works. Pd: I also read the article https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/adobe-licensing-toolkit-doesn-t-seem-to-deactivate-anything/m-p/10546577 before. I really need a solution for this.

Requesting Adobe to allow usage audits for applications and last logins for users from Adobe Admin Console.  There are multiple posts throughout the Community Forum over the past few years regarding this same request, this is one more.  It would be a useful tool for Admins amoung orginizations to have this capability.   Perhaps if Adobe doesn't want to create the feature, generate connections to allow 3rd party monitoring.

When our users log in they are presented with a choice to select Personal or Company or school account. Also when users choose log in with Google, which is usually where we direct our students for most products, it automatically takes them to a personal account which doesn't have the purchased license and causes a lot of confusion.It would be extremely helpful if there wass a setting in the admin console to turn off the personal account and automatically take all accounts into the company/school account for our whole organization.
