Through a previous post, it appeared that Creative Cloud was offered under Azure platform, and subsequently a notice that Spark was offered under Creative Cloud.  Can someone clarify whether Spark is offered as feature on Azure?

Dear Adobe Community,We have an annual subscription to the full Creative Cloud products package, we originally had CC 2015 installed when we first bought it, which worked perfectly fine for every app and we had no problems at all.However now we have built a new Build File for the CC 2018 versions of the apps (including Photoshop and In-Design), they ask for a subscribed account to log in with. I have logged in with the account we use to manage our Teams and Packages, but it says that we don't have a subscription tied to it. This has happened with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator CC 2018 so far, yet Adobe Acrobat Pro DC works perfectly fine.Can anyone offer any advice here? Or is it best that we attempt contacting whatever Adobe use for direct tech support? (Is there a direct email yet? When in the console I noticed a device license that was mistakenly deactivated. How do I activate it again?

I need to package the Photoshop CC 18.1.4 update in Creative Cloud Packager so I can push it to the computers in response to the Adobe Photoshop CC APSB18-17 security bulletin. But I don't see it in CC Packager. Is there some other way I'm supposed to get the patch? Thanks in advance.

Hello,remote update manager won't update the creative cloud app for windows. Is it intended, that we need a separate tool to update the CC-App? Are there any manuals describing how to automatically update it?Since users in out company don't have admin privileges, i'd like to do it with a tool such as the remote update manager - but RUM will update all other adobe applications, just not the creative cloud app...Thanks and regards,Tobias

HiI´m account administrator and I have many accounts to keep logged in to each computers and for internal security I do not send the password for the users .I´m do login into each computer and I  need with this login keep loged  for undetermined time, because after a time I do need makes a log in in to each computer with lost login again.Why does the adobe creative cloud client not keep the adobe cloud login for an undetermined time?Is there a setting to do this?ThanksCarlos Sao Paulo - Brazil

HYA,Our Company works on a Windows-Server-Terminalfarm (3 Servers an one Broker)I've installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on all three Servers.I'm wondering, if it's possible to use the installed Version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC also as a Reader Version for the Users who don't have a Teamlicense.Or do I have to install the Reader too? Am trying to install Adobe inDesign for a new person, they have been added as a member of the adobe team and license given to them. However when they download the software from the Adobe download page and try to install they get an error saying that the software is couterfit. have tried both the CC installation and the standalone InDesign but both give the same error. It is working fine for everyone else in the team.Any ideas?ThanksMatt

Good Day,I am trying to find out how to download DW 18.1 and save the download package to a system.  We have a couple of systems that I need to air gap the install to, but I am not able to download a standalone copy.  Also the CC we are using is on a MAC and we need the Windows version to air gap. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am currently testing populating the tHostPerms with the iURLPerms set to 0(Custom).  From my testing when you add a website e.g version:2|www.mysite.com:2 everything works as expected. The problem I am running in to is when I remove the website from the tHostPerms it does not fall back to previous expected results of blocking the links from the PDFs on site removed.Under default behavior for websites that are not in the above list: it is set to Block Access as the iUnknownURLPerms is set to 3 in the HKLM policies keyHas anyone else tried to remove links from the tHostPerms and experienced the same results?  I have tried clearing all IE cache and Adobe Acro settings from Appdata with no luck.Any insights are greatly appreciated

Hello, My name is Chris, and 'm working at a school that currently has a Device License contract for Adobe Creative Cloud for the Art classes & Business Development sections. I'm trying to create new Adobe Creative Cloud installers for the new fleet of Mac equipment.I go through the steps of using Adobe CCP, making sure that I pick "Device License" and pick our "Creative Cloud All Apps" Device Pool.We previously had trouble with this, and Adobe support that I worked with before told me that with Device-based licensing, that we should not install the desktop app as that will prompt for user account info. Hi there,I am a frustrated new customer and just got out of a bad chat experience with a technician so hoping the community can be a bit more helpful.I have created several different creative cloud packages. One with ALL Adobe products and another one with just Adobe Acrobat. I have tried 32 bit and 64 bit and tested over 3 Windows 10 machines which includes a machine that was just reformatted and contained no history of Any Adobe products. Unfortunately, Adobe Acrobat is never installed on any of these packages; regardless of the configuration I select.I should say it works perfectly fine for MAC packages. In addition, if I manually go to a computer and run the .exe package to install Adobe Acrobat it will work. However, who wants to do that on a several hundred computer network?I could use some help on how to get a .msi package to correctly start to deploy Adobe Acrobat as part of my bundled package or a standalone.

Hello adobe:My company Seabridge, LLC has a cc membership for 4 team members.  2 members are full cc, and 2 are just Acrobat only.  I reset the acrobat only and my one colleague said that when he logged in he got a message that the license was for PC only, and we need the mac version.Please guide me on how to fix this problem.Thanks,William Kengla[contact info removed by moderator]

I want to create a single MSI installer which includes the current base MSI (Reader DC 2018.011.20035 English for Windows 10) AND the MSP that comes with it.I downloaded the current exe installer from the distribution portal and extracted the files shown below from it:Is there anyway that I can update the MSI with the contents of the MSP file into a new MSI? I tried the msiexec /a acroread.msi /p acrordrdc1801120035.msp target=c:\newloc but it just created a new AIP. I don't know why but I was hoping it would have given me a patched MSI.Perhaps there's a way I create a new MSI file from the contents of c:\newloc?Am I barking up the wrong tree trying to do this? The reason I need a single MSI is to deploy via Intune which only supports MSI.
