I deactivated 20 devices for reimaging. (All have CC - All Apps licenses)These show up in the deactivated list under "Manage Teams."I built the package, following the directions, and deployed to the computers; however, upon launch, I receive a warning that there is no license for the device. I assume that is because the name of the computer is associated with the deactivated devices (...even though they were wiped??).My question is: What is the easiest way to get them off the deactivated list and working again? Right now, I have to go to EACH computer, download the CCP and create/deploy a license file. That would be fine if Adobe's online manager didn't hang for 5-10 minutes at some point during the process. I am getting quite frustrated.Easier way? Please?
Hello,I have made an Acrobat CC package using Adobe Package Creator. The package includes Creative Cloud Desktop application and Acrobat CC. I have imported this to SCCM. When I am installing using program "per-system attented" (or any other) only Creative Cloud Desktop installs. When I manually install using setup.exe, everything installs fine. If I make a program to SCCM that uses setup.exe both programs installs fine. But that setup.exe does not give any return code to SCCM so Software Center says "failed" even everything works fine. Anyone knows solution ?
Sehr geehrter Supporter! Acrobat XI (AcrobatUpd11012.msp ~ 236 MB) vorhanden.Brauchen wir die beiden mit zu installieren? Kann ich sie von package löschen?3. HiWe have made Acrobat DC installation packages with Adobe CCP and ACW and they are working fine as long as the users don't have other CC 2017 apps installed on the same PC. The problem then is when starting Acrobat DC, it asks for login to Creative Cloud which shouldn't accour. In some cases the other CC 2017 apps also get license errors that says it's a trial version. We are an Enterprise Customer and use the same serial number to all applications retreived from LWS.Somewhere it says that Acrobat DC must be installed Before other CC apps. Why is that and how can we get around it?
hie,I have setup the adobe update server. But somehow only a few apps are getting updated from the update server the rest are not getting updated and they get connected to the internet. Can anyone help me with it?Please note all the apps were downloaded using - fresh option and in one go. which was then transferred to the web server and the client overrides were created for the client pointing to the web server.
Je souhaite utiliser la version Pro DC dans plusieurs écoles et collèges de mon département géographique: chaque école est-elle un 'siege' ? ou seulement notre service départemental qui coiffe ces établissements scolaires ?
Is there a way to disable the default "Add to my current Library" for all CC apps from a single place/panel/preference?Request: Would it be possible to please, PLEASE, not enable any form of uploading of assets ( other than Preferences) to the cloud as a default. Some CC users work with really large files and not all of use have unlimited broadband or fibre. Many thanksLong-time and very happy Adobe user
We have enterprise licenses for Adobe Pro DC 2015, but not the creative cloud. How do I manage licenses?
I need to create an enterprise package for Mac OSX systems but I only have access to a PC. Is there a way to package a .pkg on the Creative Cloud Packager for Windows?
Hello,We are a non-profit and we purchased Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium (MAC) through Tech Soup - I need to re-installthe program and it is giving the following message: We've encountered the following issuesInstaller failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download AdobeSupport Advisor to detect the problem.I looked for support advisor to detect the problem and it said to download creative cloud - I did, butI still can get the software to download. Can you please give us some suggestions?Thank you!!
I have an Enterprise license for Adobe Creative Cloud. I have a vendor that requires use to use InDesign 2015.2, as their plugins only work well with that version. I've been searching for updates to install manually, as the Creative Cloud Packager offers version 2015.0 or 2015.4, only. I found Adobe's Product updates page, but it only goes up to InDesign CC 2014. Does anyone know where on the Adobe site I would find updates to manually install?
Hi Enterprise/deployment team,ISSUE: We have so trouble here on the updates using Adobe AUSST for a deployment of CC 2017 CCT for 60 machines. We did package CC 2017 (bases versions around December 2016) and updated or AUSST 3.0 to AUSST 4.x. But the apps don't update (they did before with AUSST 3.0 and CC 2015.x)At the moment LR does update but the other CC 2017 app's don't (CC 2017, for example Premiere, Photoshop)After a pull of the updates to our internal update server we also don't see the CC 2017 folders (for example PR 11.x) is this normal?Example: PR CC 2017 still @ 11.0.0I am aware of the KB: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application lists uninstalled Adobe apps as up to date This was tested but could not resolve the issue. How does the update check work? Does it check what is on the machine and check what is on the internal server to determine what is missing / can be updated? What can I check to find the root cause? Are there any log I can check? Thanks for the help, Daniel
Has anyone else encountered an issue when non-admin users try to open the apps tab in the cc desktop to update their apps?Users have no-local admin rights but the packages were created with elevated privileges which should allow them to update.Mac users have no issue with the same setup and they are not local admins either. The error on windows machines occurs regardless if I create the package using CCP or download one of the pre-created packages from Adobe and simply enable elevated privileges before building and downloading. Have a case open with Adobe already, escalated to level 2 but was wondering if others had similar issue. Logging in with an admin user solves the problem but am in a position where local admin privileges can't be granted to our users. Thanks in advance.
trying to install cc via CCP launcher, error message: We've encountered the following issues:Sorry the program is not responding correctly (Error Code: A12E3). For troubleshooting tips, pleas blah, blah
Hi, I normally work in the Windows side of Adobe deployment, so I'm having trouble figuring out how to use the Customization Wizard for Mac.I need a way to generate a plist for Acrobat that indicates the customizations listed below. I've expressed them the way Windows ACW handles it, so maybe they're not all necessary. These are all of the things that I need which are not handled in the Mac ACW:Remove previous version of AcrobatRun Installation: Unattended (with no user interaction, only a progress bar)Suppress rebootDisable UpsellDisable SignOutDisable all servicesI can see the existing plist for the Acrobat DC installation on the workstation, but it doesn't have all of those customizations. Even if it did, I would have a hard time adapting them to the correct syntax and sequence. Is there a tool that I should be using to generate a plist with the customizations I need? Thanks for your help!-GB@
When I try to install, I get the error message "the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".So does Adobe provide this assistance?

I was able to follow the tutorial and setup an API key and successfully obtain access token to create user or query user list. However, there's no documentation on how to query a list of user with pending invitations. I like to generate with API to synchronize with our company's asset database, does anyone know?Thanks,-Henry
Everytime I try to install CC which contains Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and many more I get this error.I have Built CC's from the 2012, 2014, 2015 and the latest 2017. All now give me this error. I have MACOS Sierra 10.12.3.Going through the message boards, I have renamed the AAMupdater, AAMupdaterInventory and OOBE folders as instructed without any success. I have also deleted the Adobe folders with the Application Folders (Included the hidden one) as last resort.I have also created a root user to dig deeper into my serious problem, but I don't see a fix.I don't know if what have included in bold is my problem. I removed the folder when I logged in as root user and even pulled out the folders. It just recreates the folder and I still get the error... just a lot quicker when CC begins the install.I have successfully installed these CC's on other MACs in my department including my own. This is the first I have not been able to install any v
We are trying to meet the requirements of Creative Cloud in macOS Sierra by installing CC 2017. We are currently using CC 2015. I've created 2 packages and both fail when attempting to install. I've been pulling my hair out on this one, so I'm posting to ask for help.We create and deploy pkgs from our Adobe Creative Cloud Packagerapp on a Mac running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.We make sure to update and build pkgs every 3 months or soto keep them updated with newest patches etc. While test deploying onto a new MacBook Pro (with USBC and Touch Bar) running OS X 10.12.3,I am constantly getting the "The Installer has Failed, There were errors in the installation. You may wantto contact the Software Manufacturer."Visually, I have watched the progress. It is installing the full CC suite, and it seems to hang right after it installs theAdobe Gaming SDK. It looks like it is going successfully, but then when it gets to Lightroom, it creates the folder for it,and the next thing I know it starts deleteing the Lightroom folder, and all other folders it put into the Applications folderabove it ( save for Adobe Gaming SDK and Acrobat DC).Here is the install log, I hope this helps.I am running
