Hello,On some machines the Acrobat DC doesn't install. Hello,I'm looking for a way to allow our Mac non-admin Adobe CC 2015.2 users to upgrade to the new 6/2016 versions of apps such as Illustrator CC 2015.3 and Photoshop CC 2015.5 without using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. We've always facilitated Adobe updates for these non-admin users by paring AUSST+RUM along with JAMF's Casper Suite to offer updates via a Self Service application. However, even after upgrading to the latest releases of RUM and AUSST, performing a Fresh AUSST Sync and generating new .override files for clients, I can still not seem to get these new applications to be offered.It appears that CC users outside our organization are upgrading via the Creative Cloud desktop application, however we had disabled the Apps panel during deployment within the Creative Cloud Packager, per Adobe's recommendation for organizations where end users are not administrators...Does anyone have any recommendations for our situation to allow our end users to upgrade themselv

My school has an EEA for Creative cloud that does not expire until December.In the spring the animation program was called Flash and it worked just fine with my other Adobe products.Since summer break the app is now called Animate and it wants a licensing key. EEAs do not use licensing keys, I have tried everything and have concluded this has to be an ADOBE problem.I have been emailing ADOBE for a month and cannot get anyone to call me or look into this.HELP!

We have an educational Licence (16 device Licences, Creative Cloud All Applications) , which was rolled out with the Creative Cloud Packager. The Admin Console shows, that all Licences are active. On all Devices it seems that Photsohop CC is ok, undder In Photoshop CC, SYSTEMINFORMATION shows an Abonnement an a Serial Number. But Indesign shows the Hint: "Testmodus - 0 Days left"What is going wrong? Is this a Bug?

This just happened to me this morning. I'm on an Enterprise License on multiple machines. I use a free Creative Cloud account just so I can sync my preferences and project files to the cloud. I've done this for the past 3 years without any issues. Even if the Creative Cloud Desktop app says the installed apps are trials the enterprise license overrides that and the apps open and run fine. Until this morning, for whatever reason, one of my machines wont let me open the apps because the trials ran out. I haven't installed or changed anything in the past month so not sure whats going on. Please advise!

So my problem is my executable does nothing to my trial version of Premier pro it still says i have X amount of days left before my trial expires I would like to know what I can do to fix this problem. Thanks

There is documentation on creating the package and then using the MSI and then separate documentation stating that you must use the setup.exe as the MSI fails.  I have found this to be true but still having trouble creating an SCCM install package with the setup.exe that works properly and doesn't ask for licensing or to sign in.  Is there documentation on this process?

How can I configure Creative Cloud client to automatically update from Adobe servers without administrative access on Max OS X? Our users do not have administator access on their machines, so they cannot update Creative Cloud by themselves. Thanks in advance.Jonathan

We are Looking for a Creative Cloud Stand Alone Client Installer.  We would like to avoid having to download the install on each client system.  Or can I capture the download some how?  Does the Current Installer download the install to the system someplace.Thanks in advance for any assistance you might be able to offerEd

I have setup a VM running on Windows Server 2012R2.  I used to be able to launch the Creative Cloud packager but suddenly it shows this error "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again".  I try to delete the Creative cloud packager from OOBE directory and reinstall back.  It still showing the same error.  Please help.

Hello Forum.Using our Enterprise License I am able do download CreativeCloudPackager.dmg to my new installation of OSX 10.12(16A323)The ASU mounts, and opens. AND I have to allow Install to make changes - but nothing happens ?!?!Please Adobe - what to do ?

I have never had this problem before updating my Adobe CC produts for the Mac Labs at the school I work at. Normally I just shoot out the terminal commandusr/local/bin/remoteupdatemanagerand the products begin updating themselves. For some reason in this case, they are returning exit code 0, but when I check the products they are still stuck on 2015.1 Any advice is appreciated!

I am a field technician with a school district in Idaho. We just moved to Windows 10 this year, We deploy using SCCM. For the first time this year one of my schools chose to split the cost of a site license for the Creative Cloud. The enterprise license is held by a company called OETC. The problems come after installing the suite on a local machine using a package build I created with CC Packager. Programs install fine and I can execute them with no problem, I have administrator rights. For security and network safety reasons we don't typically allow access to the C: drive by students, (most restrictive), and staff, (Least restrictive but still restricted), it seems that the software we needed from the package the most will not run under these restrictions. for example:Premiere pro is used by a teacher and students enrolled in a video journalism curriculum. I have a MacBook Pro that has been installed with the adobe products using the Creative Cloud Packager. The MacBook will not show up in the adobe admin console under manage my teams as a managed device. Every couple of weeks the adobe applications will not initiate because they are asking to be registered.  I run the serialization application and it works for a couple of weeks but never see the device in the adobe admin console associated to a VIP device license.

Having an issue with client machines not seeing the update server. At first, I was getting a errorcode 205 ( or return code 2). I have since gotten rid of that error, only now I get a return code 0. I am not sure what has changed, as I just did updates to this classroom over the summer, before school started back up. Now, I have been ask to update photoshop, and I cannot get clients to update. Well, other than over the web, but that is why I have an in house server, updates download to it fine, I just do not know why client machines cannot download from server.

The old administrator leave the company and we have no access to the Adobe Account of the company.How to achieved this?

Hi,We've created a package in CCP, we've deployed this previously with no issues. What we're seeing now and it could be the newer build of Windows 10 is that Acrobat DC will install, the other suite applications Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc will install and then after that Acrobat DC will remove itself. The other suite applications remain. The package was created in May and we didn't have the problem then.We've recreated the package and are going to test that.Anybody else seen this before?ThanksBen

Hi I am trying to install Adobe Creative cloud for Team (Device License).I have created the packager and manage to install in 20 new Mac.Other 19 old Mac i unable to install and getting error as in picture.Already logged in as Administrator.no any issue with the packager since the packager can be install in other Mac units.Please help me URGENT.
