How do I formally request a new account manager? I have had nothing but issues with my account manager. I'm attempting to renew an enterprise account. Every invoice I have received has had errors, things have been added, or the number of licenses increased with no notification from my account manager. They are trying to take advantage of us by slipping things in that I'm not asking for and hoping that I miss it. The installation packets of Creative Cloud failed to install.On all windows versions (windows 7, 8.1 and 10) the same error.I get the message " Installation failed. Please refer to PDApp.log for more information.

Using photoshop 26.0 and our security team do not want to allows saving to, or opening from, Creative Cloud Storage.Is there an option to disable this option completely? 

Hello,I would like to know if is still possible to download InDesign 18.x from the Creative Cloud.We are having problems with Indian languages where some characters/ligatures show corrupted in versions 19 and 20 but not in 18.It doesn't matter what font we use or what paragraph composer, the corruption is still there.For what I can see in Creative Cloud the earliest version you can download is 19.0.Thanks

Hi, We are having some trouble with the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App. The app doesn't appear to work in our environment for standard users, when we have Windows UAC turned off. When we turn User Access Control back on, the Creative Cloud Desktop app functions correctly. If we turn UAC off, standard users are presended with an error message "Something went wrong If reloading your apps doesn't fix the problem, please contact customer support for help. Get Help" after they log-on to the app. We are using Windows 10 Enterprise - 1909, with the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app. Turning off UAC either via registry change, GPO or manual change via the Windows interface results on the desktop app from presenting the above error message for non-administrative users when UAC is turned off. Is there any reason why the desktop app does not work any more for non-admin's with UAC turned off? Regards,Richard

Good afternoon, all. I have seen variations of this question on the support threads, but never a conclusive answer and instead a fair amount of deflection to other threads which proved dead-ends. Bottom line, I am the administrator for a Team/Pro account with six users, including myself. We recently moved to new email domains, which I am trying to update in the Admin Console. But I can't. The online guides claim you can edit profiles - including names, etc. - by navigating to Admin Console/Users and selecting the person in question. That is not true. When I try, I get this ... There are no three dots. Not there. Not where they're supposed to be. And when I do examine the available options, the closest solution I can find is to wander through the business of downloading/uploading in CSV format.  If I am forced to mess with CSV, then I guess I will. HelloWe are using Selfservice Creative Cloud packages with a Shared Device License in our environment. Since the last update of the Creative Cloud, all users receive a UAC and can no longer open the Creative Cloud.Why does this UAC appear?Creative Cloud should be able to update itself without admin rights?Kind RegardsPascal

We have many Adobe edit stations, using AE, Pr, PS, ME. IT disabled internet access.I have upgrade 8 stations to 2025. Six stations look okay. Two of them ask me to connect internet every time when I lunch AE, PS... Why six of eight stations ask me every few months? Two of them ask every time I open it?Is there any way I have disable it?

Hello, I have recenlty purchased a adobe account as an employee at my church.  I am trying to download photoshop, and it keeps telling me I have to request access to my administrator, I have went toruble shooted and went to the plans section of my account and it does not tell me who my administrator is, does anyone have any ideas how I can find them / contact them?

Hello all, My coworkers and I have been running into this problem for a while now. Any time we open the creative cloud app, it says there's an update available, but when you click to update it says, "Your computer appears to be offline. Trying to connect to the server." I've attached a screenshot with the error message. We are unable to update and therefore unable to open Creative Cloud, and anything we download from Adobe Fonts doesn't appear in our programs (presumably it has to go through Creative Cloud?) We were able to fix the issue on our 2020 iMac, 3.3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, running Sonoma 14.6.1. We used the following steps gathered from various forum posts: 1.) Go to system settings>network>wifi>details>DNS. 2.) Click + under DNS servers and add “212.159.13.49” and “212.159.13.50” 3.) Click + under search domains and add “*adobelogin.com”. Hit Ok to save changes. 4.) In system settings, go to network>firewall>options

TL;DR - I need help uploading ".aic" files to my Cloud Files, but I get an error message "Filetype not supported". How can I solve this? Here's the long story:After deleting a user from our team and reclaiming his files I received a download link with two .zip files (Cloud Documents.zip and Libraries.zip) containg all of the files he stored in the Adobe Cloud. I expanded the Cloud Documents.zip and because we work mainly with Illustrator, most of the files had the ".aic" extension, which stands for "Adobe Illustrator Cloud File". Now what I need to do is upload those files to my Adobe Cloud files, but I keep getting an error message "Filetype not supported". I have tried uploading them to my Files Cloud from both http://assets.adobe.com/files and directly from the Creative Cloud app, but I keep getting the same message. -----Already tried these solutions, to no avail.-Tried Adobe support but they are as helpful as a rock. -Renamed file extensioins fro

We have set it up so that users are added to the Admin Console by adding the user to an AD group.  That seems to be working fine (adding and removing).  For some reason there have been few instances were users were added to the Admin Console and I'm not really sure how.  They were never added to the AD Group, they just showed up.  I never assigned them a license for a product, so they are using anything.  I am unable to remove these users from the Admin Console.  It lets me select (check) the user, then click Remove, and I get an acknowlegdement that they have been removed.  Refreshing the page, the user then shows back up.  I have tried from more than one browser and from different machines.

We have teams subscription to Adobe and the one and only user is now gone from the company. We are unable to find admin access to change or cancel the subscription. What is the best way to get assistance on this?

Reading everywhere that running out of credits won't stop but rather slow things down? will this also work with the API or will running out of credits cause this to stop? Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Sin embargo en mi ordenador me sale este mensaje, no sé s es porque tengo dos perfiles (uno personal que no sé de donde sale) y el profesional. O porque mi ordenador está obsoleto, es un MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 pulgadas, finales de 2013) y el sistema operativo (no me deja actualizar más) es Big Sur 11.7.10. Si alguien me puede orientar, gracias.

I have a random reoccuing Adobe charge on my credit card for $29.99/mo. I don't have this charge anywhere in my account. Is there a way to locate where this is coming from without contesting this with my credit card company? It would be a nightmare to cancel my corporate card.

I need a way to use two different logins with Adobe products. I want to use a corporate account for Adobe Acrobat and a personal login from Creative Cloud. How can I do this? If it's not possible now, can you please add this feature?
