Hello,we use an internal update server to provide the latest Adobe updates to our users. After learning about the security vulnerability in the earlier versions, I downloaded the latest updates last week. On Monday I tried to install the new version but was shown the following message:FATAL: Fatal Error '125' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobePhotoshop26-de_DE_x64 Version: 26.3.0.2893). Error code: '125' WARN: No open ZIP file to close WARN: Failed to close the currently open file in the ZIP archive. WARN: Failed to close the ZIP archive. The message makes sense because CC Desktop tries to install Photoshop 26.3.0.2893 but on our server there is only the folder for v26.2.0.140I started a new fresh download with AUSST again yesterday but the issue still occurs. All other apps could be updated without any problems, the problem only exists with the latest Photoshop version. Older versions of Photoshop can be installed as well.

What is the difference between Enterprise & Team type in the Management Console, What choose for a costumer

I used the export function in the Admin Console to identify computers using shared licenses. Some of these computers are scheduled for replacement, and I have ensured that the CC apps and Creative Cloud have been logged out from those computers. However, when I exported the list again the next day, the computers still appeared on the list.I then tried using the Licensing Toolkit to deactivate the licenses, but the computers were still listed as active the following day when I checked the Admin Console again.Could you clarify:How long it typically takes for the Admin Console to update the list after deactivating licenses or logging out of accounts?If I might have missed any steps in the process to ensure the licenses are fully deactivated?Thank you.

I have 10 shared device licenses assigned to computers. However, some of the computers broke down over a month ago without being signed out, and the licenses are still tied to those machines. As a result, new computers cannot log in. What can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks

For a while I was using the license provided by my job but I have since started my own account with my own payments as a student account. Now when I try to use any of the apps it tells me my license is expired and to contact my IT administrator. I have done everything. I went into my System 32 and deleted everything there, any file with adobe in it was deleted and then ran my computer in safe mode to make absolute sure every file was removed, uninstalled reinstalled, deleted any previouse certificates in the services application and absolutely nothing is working what is the issue here? I logged out logged back in I mean I have done EVERYTHING what is the issue?

I have a license and want to install Creative Cloud on two machines as allowed: one Mac and one PC. On the Mac, everything works fine, but when I try to install it on the PC, I can only download the .dmg file and cannot access the .exe file for Windows. It's also impossible to manually select a PC version. The same issue occurs when I try to install the applications individually (error: incompatible version...). It seems my PC is being recognized as a Mac. How should I proceed? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, I have the following issue: as you can see in the screenshot from the admin console, we have an InDesign license. It is also assigned to a user, but it is not displayed here. When I click on “Users,” it shows that this user has been assigned an InDesign license. However, when I click on the user, it shows that they have no license. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?  Best  regards  

I created a Creative Cloud deployment package that includes all possible applications. The installation process starts smoothly, and some applications install successfully. However, after a while, the installer uninstalls everything. I have tested this on multiple devices.Upon reviewing the ACC.log, I found the following line:01/20/25 09:52:25:397 | [INFO] | | ASU | PIM | PIM | | | 6484 | Machine is not HP, mode is not OEM_ESD and no TS entry existsAfter this, the installer begins to uninstall all applications.Interestingly, when I created a package containing only Photoshop, everything worked perfectly.

Vorrei quindi cambiare il piano da Aziendale a Privato, ho provato a seguire le istruzioni, ma non c'è il tasto, al suo posto c'è solo quello per aggiungere licenze. Cosa posso fare?Visto che è un piano annuale immagino non sia possibile disdire?

Hi everybody, I have an adobe school plan for all my students at my school that use the adobe CC suite through their accounts by logging in into the lab iMacs on the CC app, then they log out when the lesson if finished and other students do the same through the day. They have access to all the adobe software.Soon there will be final exams and it will be likely that a requirement will be to have no internet access on the desktops when the exam is ongoing. Is there any solution to use the adobe CC programs offline for schools that require it?Thanks in advance 

Hello - I am a freelancer working for 2 separate companies and 2 separate email addresses(although coincidentally they have the same parent company) and 1 computer.   I no longer work for Company A and want to sign-in to Company B.  When opening Creative Cloud app on my machine, it defaults to their Company A sign-on branded Enterprise page - so i opt for "sign-in with another account" but this does not work and leads me to an *error message.I am able to sign onto Company B account via browser totally fine.   How can I get my computer to completely forget Company A, do I need to completely uninstall the whole Suite of Apps on my machine?   Thank you in advance for help from anyone!   *ERROR MESSAGE: AADSTS90072:  from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/d026e4c1-5892-497a-b9da-ee493c9f0364/' does not exist in tenant  and cannot access the application '6aba272b-e383-44cd-8eda-34c66dfd9546'(Adobe Identity Management (OIDC)) in that tenant. Please cancel my 14 days free trial as i don't need to subscribe once the trial is expired. There is no option to cancel the trial under my plans. I don't want to subscribe to my 14 days free trial for acrobat.

Hi Am I just blind? I can't find ANY information about how I get an Admin Console account so I can manage my companys licenses in one place.We have very few subscriptions but they are tied to personal accounts belonging to users who are no longer at the company. I just want to be able to manage those subscriptions as the it admin 🙂 I found somewhere in the documentation for admin console that the account should be activated from an email from Adobe - but how do I get them to send that email? Please help me out 🙂

I have a problem my account has become a business profile and not a personal profile, and I cannot open my main account on Behance because it has become a business account.I have a missing ( automatically profile selection option ) that I am looking for but cannot find.   [personal information removed by moderator]

As a recent new employee I downloaded Creative Cloud and then registered as a new user. Unfortunately when creating my account I chose personal, by mistake, instead of creating a business account.Now the system will not let me change from personal to business. I have tried by deleting my account, uninstalling Creative Cloud and then re-installing it. But the system still remembers my email-adress and will not accept me to go ahead and create a business account. I have attached images that appears when trying to create a new account.So now I did re-create my personal account, just in order to be able top write here in the community, hoping to get some directions and answers.Suggestions on how to go about this, in order to finally get the business account created?  

The latest security patcha and long term supported version available for Premiere 2024 is 24.6.4. That specific version is not listed in Adobe Creative Cloud, nor any other version between 24.6.1 and 24.6.4. Our organization deploys Adobe apps via the Creative Cloud app and users have varying available versions of Premiere in the Creative Cloud app. Could someone explain why this is and why is the list not complete? 24.6.4 is available to create a package via the Adobe Admin console but not in Adobe Creative Cloud. Ideally, we will need everyone to update to 24.6.4.

I currently am under a district account (specifically jordan school district) and it for some reason lets me download apps that I apparently "Don't Own". In this specific case is substance painter 3d. After downloading and running, it shows I should either buy or use a free trial. Why would it let me download, shows that it is included in my plan, then shows that I don't own it? All other adobe programs work fine, such as photoshop and literally everything. Someone please help!
