I setup an intune deployment with an Admin Package.  The one I did with the MSI it just fails and never installs at all.  I did one with the Setup.exe, that one it actually does install.  However I cant seem to get the uninstall portion of that one to work.  I was just wondering what else I can look at?  We are new to Intune, so didn't have much resources at the company to ask about it.  Was looking for some guidance on that.  Thank you.

Hi all, I have a creative cloud account (through my university). I am able to download creativ cloud, but when I go to download apps, I get the erre "You don't have access to manage apps. Permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps management". I have contacted the IT administrator who said he wasn't the person to help. Can anyone here suggest a solution? Just before I go digging and endless testing, has anyone moved from using the AdobeCC Update server to letting users download straight from Adobe's servers?Quite a few years back we had to create the update server because our proxy was not very good so created an on prem update server, but now we have overhauled everything and now using Zscaler and can bypass and tunnel to go directly out using the user's internet connection. We've still got the settings to pull from the update server but want to make it as easy as possible to remove the settings, so their AdobeCC app talks directly out.I have 2 theories that may or may not work and wondered if anyone has done it1. I just create a PowerShell script to remove the AdobeUpdater.Overrides file and AdobeCC will start pulling direct from Adobe?2. Create a new package that doesn't point to our server and deploy that, and it will remove the AdobeUpdater.Overrides file once that is done?Any help before I go into the repetitive testing of every

We have customers who work with various Adobe applications.  We would like to automate the distribution of Adobe licenses and therefore want to know if it is possible to manage our customers' plans and products using the API. We want to use the API to purchase, distribute, and assign products to users that they need.Is it possible to fully interact and manage licenses without using the Admin Console and other user interface elements? We found that using the User Management API, it is possible to add users to the group to which the product is assigned. We purchased 5 annual paid team licenses from Adobe official site on March 4, 2024. These licenses were canceled by Adobe on April 15 via e-mail without explanation. Our administration was deleted and our licenses were canceled. It is very difficult to reach the customer representative without the admin console.We have an invoice, we have a payment receipt, there is no problem with our card. What is the problem? What is the reason for canceling our licenses? We cannot find a solution, an answer from anyone.

We are working on project where we are migrating from AEM On-Premise to AEM cloud. On on-premises we are using SAML authentication handler for user authentication with Azure AD as IDP on both author and publishers(for all environments-DEV/Stage/Prod). Now after migration to cloud, we have a requirement to setup authentication for both author and publisher. For publisher we have referred below link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/authentication/saml-2-0 But for author , as mentioned in the above doc integrate the IDP with Adobe IMS., we followed the steps as mentioned in this doc.Now The question is "is it possible to use a different Directory for each environment(Dev/Stage/Prod-author)". As admin console is the centralized location for all environments...we can create one directory and map to single Azure AD endpoint. How we can configure for each author instances of all environments or single directory will work for

Hello, We have an Enterprise Licence for Creative Cloud.  A few days ago we received a notification saying that our licence was due to expire in 3 days.  We used to have individual licences for the CC but these were removed when we bought a site licence (Education).  When the licence expired we removed all the Apps and the Cretive Cloud Desktop app and reinstalled the CC App.  When we launch the app it does not show all the apps available in our plan.  However, when we login to the CC website they are all listed?  When we click on install for any given app it downloads the installer but then falls to run as it invokes the CC Desktop App and no apps are show under our plan?  Is there a way to force the desktop app to show all the apps in our plan or a cache somewhere that we need to clear? See attached screenshots showing the Web and Desktop Apps and discrepancy between apps availalbe in our plan - any help appreciated.

For some reason, whenever I try to create an installer package for Macs through the Adobe Admin Console it no longer comes out correct.  I'll get a .zip file, open it up, find my installation .pkg file and if I run it on my Mac it will install, but when I copy it over to our server to be pushed out through Jamf, any machine I copy it to will only see it as a directory rather than a .pkg file as it does with everything else. I have created packages for MacOS before with no problems, but now I seem unable to. If I download the package onto my PC I get a zip file with the various files included, if I download it on my mac a get a zip file that has a package downloader inside and THAT will download the various bits including the .pkg file.   Either way, it's been a no go. Any ideas? Thanks,-JB

I'm having issues finding any documentation on how to clone an AEM instance to another machine.  Wondering if the community could help me with the steps necessary to do this. For instance, any configuration necessary once I have copied the Adobe directory to the new machine.

Hi All,I have currently created alerts in Adobe Analytics that can help us identify anomalies in data trends. Most the executive team is wants to subscribe to these alerts. Currently, I am adding emails of every time a new user wants to subscribe the alerts. Instead I plan to send these alerts to common teams notification channel and the teams themselves can share the channel to subscribe. Is there a way to add microsoft teams channel email in Adobe Analytics alerts. Best,Naveen.

This is awkward. Who is our Adobe Systems CVG and why can't I just pay and forget?

During Adobe Summit this year, a couple of presenters that produce high-volume webpages in their AEM  websites referenced creating "lo-fi components." I didn't get a chance to ask and I've been wondering what they meant by this since it was clearly tied to their productivity. I've worked with lo-fi prototypes created by UX designers and the term references designs that are rough outlines of the final work (as folks reading this post probably already know). But I have never heard the term "lo-fi" used to describe AEM components. Any ideas what they meant by this?  

Hi, I have such a problem that our users can login to adobe with googla account or through e-mai address. If I log in with googla account they go through two step verification and it is ok. But if they enter the emial address and password adobe does not ask them to enter the code. How can I change this? Or how to force them to be able to log in with googl account only? Hi All,It seems like the downloads on our AUSST sync seem to cap out at around 4-5Mbps, is this normal? Means our sync's take aaaagggeees to complete. Based on other testing (e.g. fast.com) on the same server, it should be able to get closer to 1Gbps assuming no other throttling from Adobe.
