How do I know if the licenses I am using at work is eligible to use the Adobe HUP? I try logging in with my work email on my home computer but doesn't work. Is there something I need to ask our Adobe Admin to enable? I believe our license server is set up within our own Intranet.

Hello,I am a business education teacher that using certiport to test my students for certification test on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The discontinuation for Adobe Photoshop 2021 and 2022 is causing issues for the students to test. Can you all please keep the long term supported verions of the year so my students can test on those programs? Thank you.

Hello everyone,I'm a teacher from an italian high school and I'm in trouble setting up the Google Federation user authentication for Abode Creative Cloud.I've followed all the step in the guide provided by Adobe : I've created the directory, created the SAML app in the Google Admin Console, now I have to add the domain to the directory but when it's time to select the domain to add I can't select it and there's an error message saying "Property of another organization" (original error message in the image attached) and I can't really figure out the meaning of this error message, can anyone please help me?

We have recently run into an issue on our Enterprise licensing where the user is confronted with a license expired message when attempting to login to our Enterprise licencing on Apple macOS computers.   Our only rememdy has been to reimage the macOS computer.   We are in a Unified Jamf environment.   Efforts have been to Remove all the Adobe products, restart and reload, but this isn't doing the trick.   We have in ALL cases had to remimage our macOS computers in this state.

In my CC Teams admin console the option to set up SSO appeared as a banner invitation, so i set this up, for the most part it seems to work with the one exception being that there doesn't seem to be any options to convert existing Adobe Id's over to a Federated Id or assign a license to a Federated Id if there is an existing account with an Adobe Id, the existing documentation out there has steps and menu's that don't exist for me. I reached out to support who said this was still an Enterprise only feature, they didn't know why i had it or how it was working but they were happy for me, by the end of the conversation they said it was something upcoming for CC Teams. Looking around i don't see anything saying this is available now for CC Teams or even a hint of an upcoming feature release, does anyone know any different? I do realise all the documentation only says Enterprise but, banner on screen, easy setup and the fact i can assign licenses indicates something else.

Hi all, This is really weird. I've been Premier Pro 2021 because 2023 was doing this weird thing where all my videos were exporting looking completely different to how they looked within the project, (colour, exposure totally off) so someone here recommended using an older version. So i've been doing that for the last year or so. I've have the app saved in my dock on my mac. So I was editing a project yesterday, saved and closed it as I normally would, but when I went to open the app today, it's not in my dock anymore, and it's completely disappeared from my mac. When I search for it, it's nowhere and there was only the option to install PP 2024. I mean, I was able to open my project and it seems as though the colour issues from the 2023 version aren't there, so if it works I guess that's fine. But how weird that it just disappeared?

Hello Adobe and fellow community members, I have been an Adobe System Admin for several years and I believe the Admin Console and the Creative Cloud Desktop App still have a lot of opportunites for improvement to meet large enterprise needs. I would love to team up and collaborate with anyone willing to help improve these two areas: Application Usage Metrics More Granular control for admins in both the Admin console and Creative Cloud Desktop App.  Thank You,Rick

As many others on here I 'm trying to access the Admin Console only to get an error message saying I dont have access to it and to contact the administrator for the account (me). Someone from Adobe please advice.  

I was removing accounts to free up seats for new users and I removed an active user. I got his account restored but his files are gone. Is there anyway to recover files that may have been deleted? 

Hi evereyone,  is there anybody that could provide me with a Incopy CC 2021 DMG file please ? Our dmg became corrupted last week for an uknown reason and we don't have any Backups.  We tried to contact Adobe support and ask them to send it back to us but they said that they don't have it anymore. We absolutely need Incopy 2021 for another 6 months because we are using an older version of Woodwing wich only works in the 2021 version.  We are suppose to upgrade in about 6 months. We already tried to download old version from Adobe Creative Cloud but the older version available is 2022 Version 17. We also tried to create a package from the adobe admin console but again,  the older version available is 2022.  Adobe Support suggest me to ask here in case someone would stil have the DMG and would be kind enough to send it to us.  So if someone has the DMG for Adobe Incopy CC2021, please let me know. Thank you ! 

We are right in middle of rolling out InDesign/InCopy 2021 to workstations in our enterprise and v16 just disappeared from the download page! Where can I find an installer for this? It's critical we have 2021 and not 2022 or 2023.

I have no idea where to turn anymore. I'm feeling so defeated by dealing with support. They have absolutely drained my entire day by passing me around and apparently commiting fraud.So so fed up. Can't even talk to a person of authority to fix my situation.Adobe, I absolutely can't stand having to do business with you.

Hellowe have severall macOS Systems (Ventura and Sonoma) in our Windows AD environment. Each has the same problem saving JPGs from Photoshop to an network drive. Every jpg has only 0KB and is not usable. Of course saving locally works. Copy from local and paste to network share is working fine as well. I know Adobe is not intended to savo on network shares, but that far from any working reality. Any ideas what might be the problem an how to fix it? Best Rgds

Dear all,a few weeks ago, we ordered an additional licence Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Pro in our Enterprise portal. However, the licence was disabled not even a week later for lack of payment, before we even got the invoice from Adobe.We contacted our Account Manager via e-mail and agreed that he would re-activate the licence, but since then we have not gotten any answer anymore and the licence remains disabled. This causes us immense trouble, because one of our employees cannot fulfill their dutys since many days.Mind you, we received and payed the invoice in the meantime, but still cannot use our licence.Please let me know, how can this be solved? Is there something to consider when ordering licences that we may have done wrong?I'm afraid that to us this looks like a terrible blunder on Adobe's side.Regardsbaramundi software IT Admin

Hi! I need help getting into Adobe illustrator and photoshop, when I open the app it tells me to contact the admin for access? 

Just wondering can anyone help me solve this annoying issue I'm having. thankfully I'm not the only student in the class having it either. I have bought my monthly plan subscription which gives me photoshop. It loves to tease and run when it wants to and sometimes it won't let me use it at all like what's the point? It was working completely fine for me these past couple of weeks until recent days. it's highly annoying. I have tried contacting adobe help and they were no help at all which I am not surprised. any help would be highly appreciated. Will be checking constantly for replies.

We have been trying to renew our subscription since October 6th without any response from anyone. I contacted support and got the name of the new rep and again no response. Finally we got a response with the renewal quote a day before our subscription ends. We requested to update the number of licenses and again we get no respomse again. now we are in the grace period and follow up again. after few attempts we get another quote with the new number of licenses but the pricing has increased. after going back and forth with the rep because she can't honor the previous pricing and wasting the time, she gave us updated pricing to find out that they have renewed and downgraded our subscription from Enterprise to Teams licenses without informing us or stating that the license will change. Now we are chasing the rep, the manager and another manager to get clarification on the change. What do I need to do to address this licensing issue? My users will lose access tomorrow if this is not fi
