I am having the hardest time with taking care of my business VIP invoice. I have been sending emails requesting an invoice beginning in September - Our renewal expiration was October 30th. I have emailed numerous times, opened two cases (they get closed after a response that the case was sent to a different department), spoken with a CSR (They could not help and told me to email the renewal team), opened a chat and I have still not had any luck getting an invoice to pay for our renewals. We are unable to access the program and the program is part of our curriculum in our district so students are sitting in class unable to access work that they need. I have asked for the account manager contact information and keep getting referred to a generic renewal email address.  I don't understand why getting an invoice is so hard during a renewal and how they can just allow  business accounts to come close to expire without proper customer service. We are facing an issue with Creative Cloud starting on all machines after each user sign-in requiring the popup of signing into Creative Cloud. Is there a way to disable this for everyone? We are wanting Creative Cloud to not pop up after the sign in process, but still allow its processes to continue. Some professors on our campus do not use this product in the classroom and we are looking for a way to stop this on our classroom machines. 

Does anyone else have issues with Adobe Acrobat where it will prompt some users with a serial number? We have an enterprise license and it seems like the only way to fix is to uninstall and reinstall CC but that takes about 30 mins. Verified that the user does have a license, it is the same deployment as a working user, and the verison is the latest. I have tried the "IsEnglenabled" registry "fix" and that only works some of time. The chat support suggests uninstall and reinstall but seems kind of odd they don't have a fix. Any insight would be helpful

Hello, I'm a consultant with AEP access, I've been granted access to my clients org. When I try to access the support section of the Admin Console it throws an error. There seems to be some sort of flicker where the page starts to load then it displays the error message. Has anyone encountered this? Is there another way to submit a support ticket? Thanks

Would anyone know where I can get the updates for Photoshop 20.0.0 to 20.0.10? Also having issues with https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/security/products/photoshop/apsb22-52.htmland https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/photoshop/apsb20-63.html#Solution  Does 20.0.10 address this or is there a fix available for PS 2019? I am stuck at this version of PS for now because we use Export Kit and it only works up to PS 2019 for now. Unless there's a patch that addresses these issues we will be forced to uninstall because of these security issues.

So recently i started doing photography at college, and my college has access to all of the adobe apps, however when i try and log in on my home computer, it doesn't show any of the apps. any idea why this could be and/or how to fix it

I have purchased Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB (Annual plan, paid monthly) but it is not showing in my plans section and I cannot the apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc.

This question was asked and answered before: the instruction was to launch the CC app, click the gear icon, and change accounts. However, the UI seems to have since changed, as no gear icon is presented when launching. Here's what I see when I launch (yellow rectangles protect our corporate identity). When I launch the app, it immediately shunts me to the corporate login screen. There is no gear icon, and no way to change account. Since I cannot login with this corporate credential, I am stuck, there seems to be no way to specify a different account.  Please, help? 

hello,Im trying to Install Creative Cloud/Indesign for schoolOnce it finishes installing the Creative Cloud/Indesign it closes when trying to open itself up however i cant find the app anywhere on my system and it isnt showing up when i search for it It isnt giving me any error codes, ive tried installing it from the microsoft store and ive tried finding my problems on the help sections with no successI dont think its that im not meeting the system requirements as i can play baulders gate 3 Please help 🙂

I want to cancel my Teams subscription. Adobe made it really difficult to cancel my subscription.I cannot cancel my subscription in my account, I have to contact Adobe support by phone.This I have done 4 times now and everytime after waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone then they transfer me to another department where the call gets disconnected! This is really a shame for a company like Adobe making it very easy to subscribe but making it impossible to unsubscribe. Does anybody know how I can cancel my subscription without calling them? Kind regards, Thomas

There needs to be usage reporting for Adobe Creative Cloud products.  Nearly every other enterprise level cloud product that my company uses offers this kind of reporting.  Adobe is way behind in implementing this feature.

So if I'm not mistaken, RUM only works to install patches to the currently installed version of whatever Adobe CC apps you have installed.  Is that correct? If so, is there any better way to deploy new versions of Adobe CC apps than having to build and deploy a new package every X months? IE if AE 16 was installed currently and we wanted to deploy AE 17 we'd have to build a package, download that package and deploy it (essentially by hand).  Allowing our end users to do this by themselves isn't an option as Adobe often has major breaking changes between versions - Thanks Adobe - that we simply have to wait to avoid until they are resolved.     

Hi,I wanted to know how to use Teams Projects on our local network instead of "Cloud Based" or if this is even possible. If it is possible can someone point me to the documantation on how to enable this so that i can bring it to our IT department to set up? I can add people from our organization but the invitation fails to send. Thanks 

Adobe is cheating customers of their money!I bought Adobe to use, but they suddenly canceled my package for no reason. When I contacted them they just said it was fraud, but I didn't do anything wrong. I bought the plan, added my teammates, and that's it, but they canceled my plan for no reason.They also did not refund me and only focused on offering me a new plan, but how can I buy again with such a scam company?

Hello Everyone, We have a few users utilizing InCopy and InDesign for file creation. Currently, for collaboration, all files are stored on Dropbox. Considering that we have 3.3TB of available space on Adobe Cloud, we're contemplating a switch to this solution. My only concern is whether Adobe offers a suitable alternative for our needs, given that cloud file syncing will be disabled in February next year. Thank you all in advance 🙂

In our organization we do not Sign-On to Adobe Cloud using Adobe Reader. We used the Adobe Customization Wizard to disable Sign-on to Adobe Cloud.We have had some people in our org click on thee Welcome.PDF after launching Reader and reader would freeze. Once we close Reader with Task Manager, we can open any pdf, except for Welcome.pdf.My question:When someone tries to open the Welcome.PDF from Reader that does not have an Adobe Sign-On account. IS Adobe Reader trying to go to Adobe Cloud to open the Welcome.PDF?If that is so, I would like to open a bug on this issue, with a suggestion to resolve is issue and help improve the Adobe Brand.Suggested Solution:Allow the Welcome.PDF to be an option in the Adobe Customization Wizard.This will allow the System Administrator to Select how the Welcome.PDF will be accessed fromCan be used to point to the Cloud Location with the correct link.Or Can be used to Point to Public Facing, allowing those organization that do not use the Adobe Sign-on t

I own an "all apps" licenes through my entrprise. but I can only access the application only on one pc while the other shows "Lisence has expired".does our sysadmin can restrict access the liceses outside a specific IP .. does it have any restrictions of any kind?Thank you in advance.

I have paid for a student account since I'm in college (not funded nor supported by my college) and made the mistake of using my college Email to creat-it. Now when I try to log in, it says to contact my college and I can't seem to be able to have a direct contact to Adobe to discuss.  Since I paid for everything out of pocket and I can't use it nor reach anyone to help resolve this issue. Hi there, We have an enterprise subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. It's been more than 2 days now that no one from the team can log in due to accounts being "under maintenance".The vendor has checked our subscription on their end and there are no red signs, the subscription is active and valid for at least 150 days from today.The chatbot does not help at all, and I haven't found a relevant topic on Adobe Community.I'm writing this post from another "not damaged" account, as we're unable to log in from that one. Is there a human support that can help?

I'm receiving emails from external person that I don't know to sign through adobe sign however this document is malicious and I need to block the user.I can't block the source as it is adobesign@adobesign.com and we receive many of them through the email server.  How do I block a single user from sending to my company?

Hi Community,Adobe is a scam company!I bought Adobe on 30-OCTAnd on 15-NOV, they cancelled my plan without any reason. When I contact they said my account is linked to fraudulent activity, but I didn't violate any policy. My friend has the same issue. And here is what they supportI chatted with my community and I know there are a lot customers has been cancelled due to only reason: fraudulent activity. How can a big company do that? They cancel plan anytime they want and don't refund anything for customers. How can a big company hold customers' money after cancel their plan?
