In my organization we manage shared licenses on the teams, but Generative AI does not work. Do you know why AI does not work in shared licenses?

I have just been on teh phone to customer support and I was explining the issue when he just put the phone down on me. I had been trying to clarofy the issue of licenses and creating a shared business account. I need to add colleagues and wanted to now whether each colleague would need an individual license. Hi I am trying to customized the out of the box notification in Adobe AEM forms document security when a email is sent to client.  We tried using HTML coding to change the format of the notifications like adding some images of our department to make look more profesional be it is not working for us.

Hi, I have added a new user to the Creative Cloud. Unfortunately they are unable to upload our in-house fonts to the system even after I elevate them to an administrator. While I am able to see the uploaded fonts screen on Creative Cloud Desktop and add and delete fonts as I please, they get a message saying please contact your administrator to take advantage of this Creative Cloud service. I follow the troubleshooting instructions to become a Product Administrator in the Adminstrative Rights panel, but I am unable to make myself a Product Administrator, it is not listed as an option, only System Adminsitrator is visible. I am also unable to find custom fonts in the products tab in the Admin Console as instructed. I cannot see a logical way of doing this. The instructions do not match the reality of what I am seeing. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Mi duda es si en este cambio, ¿los archivos que tengo en mi cuenta personal se trasladan automaticamente a la de equipos? There are some lightroom stuff that were on my sister's account that i need to access but the account has been deactivated.

Is there a way to enable auto-update remotely via Regedit or another setting? Rather than opening and contacting each user to do it manually? We don't have Self-Serice installed. 

Adobe, Can you explain why there is no option for companies to pay with direct bank transfers?Every month we are having troubles with Adobe about the payments via PayPal or CC.Unfortunately its only Adobe that's giving issues, any other large organisation we have agreements with (Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, etc) are providing payment options with automatic direct bank transfers why is this not possible with Adobe?So if we want to extend amount of users to 50, you ask a company to pay €41.994,- per year by CC or Paypal, which is in our opinion not realy B2B friendly. And you might understand that looking from our accountant / finance dept. persective not a desirable way to handle.What can Adobe do to make these large payments much easier and without idiot payment issues? 

Hello, I've deployed the package, set the permisions right : no ip etc but when a user tries to log in he is instantly logged out stating that he needs to login again thus looping. When I try to log in with a user that is a domain admin it works flawlessly. I tried to put my test user in the local admin group, it fails , looping again.I opened a ticket with the support, the only answer I get is that there's a different network profile that is applied for admins / non admins user. Of course there's no such thing in place...

Hi, I am able to read inherited page properties in code using InheritanceValueMap. But when opening page properties of child page, inherited values are not getting displayed to content author. Could you please suggest how to display inherited values in child page properties dialog?  Adobe Experience Manager 6.5

Trying to install Adobe CC on a Mac with M1 CPU (Apple Silicon).  It fails with the following message:An error occured during installaion.The installation failed.The intstaller encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.  Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. Any ideas how to get this to install?I've looked at a few other posts.  Some say to type in the install error code.  Where would I find the error code on a Mac?Also, another post said to run   sudo chmod -R 755 NameOfYourPackageFile.pkg  from the terminal.  Tried that and the command worked fine, but the installer still fails with the same error.This is a new install package for Mac M1 created two days ago using Adobe's Admin Console website.  I also tried older install packages, they all fail with the same error on Mac OS 12.1.  The older packages work fine on earlier versions of Mac OS.Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Apparently the geniuses at Adobe created IDENTICAL install packages for Pro/Std.  I cannot for the LIFE OF ME figure out a way to run an SCCM report and distinguish the difference.First - to Adobe, this is an ASS product.  You should be ashamed of yourselves.  I award you NO POINTS, and may GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL.Second - to the Forum: has anyone figured out a SQL query for this?ThanksJosh

Hello! I would like to change the payment in our business account from Paypal to Credit card but I cannot find the button. I already changed to "personal profile" but also coundn't find the option there.  Furthermore, I would like to buy a licence and pay the annual amount but I cannot find an option to change the payment from monthly to yearly. Thanks in advance!

For over a week now we have been asking Adobe for help with our console related issue- we are unable to assign any licenses, users that had licenses were suddenly notified that their account was no longer active, and nobody can work!!!!!  I have called numerous times and always Adobe says the engineering team is working on it.  For a week?????  Our hands are tied here.  Does anyone have a direct number to the engineering team? please help us!!!!

Hi, How do I change Contract owner to myself. The person assigned this at the moment, is not in the company anymore. I can't find an email to write to, and Adobe chat is always unavailble  - which is the channels you are suggested to use the reading adobe's guide. Best regards Kenneth

I'm in IT admin for two Belgian art schools and I'm developing a powershell script that nags to the users if a certain license is about to expire. Since we work with Academic Software and the students need to renew their license yearly for educational access. Since not every student activates their license on the same time, I'm looking for a good way so I have a date and/or boolean if the license of Adobe CC and the installed apps are valid or not. Online I read about Adobe Licensing Toolkit (ADTK), but this talks about shared devices. Yet, is this going to work on student laptops which aren't shared devices?
