Adobe, Can you explain why there is no option for companies to pay with direct bank transfers?Every month we are having troubles with Adobe about the payments via PayPal or CC.Unfortunately its only Adobe that's giving issues, any other large organisation we have agreements with (Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, etc) are providing payment options with automatic direct bank transfers why is this not possible with Adobe?So if we want to extend amount of users to 50, you ask a company to pay €41.994,- per year by CC or Paypal, which is in our opinion not realy B2B friendly. And you might understand that looking from our accountant / finance dept. persective not a desirable way to handle.What can Adobe do to make these large payments much easier and without idiot payment issues? 

Hello, I've deployed the package, set the permisions right : no ip etc but when a user tries to log in he is instantly logged out stating that he needs to login again thus looping. When I try to log in with a user that is a domain admin it works flawlessly. I tried to put my test user in the local admin group, it fails , looping again.I opened a ticket with the support, the only answer I get is that there's a different network profile that is applied for admins / non admins user. Of course there's no such thing in place...

Hi, I am able to read inherited page properties in code using InheritanceValueMap. But when opening page properties of child page, inherited values are not getting displayed to content author. Could you please suggest how to display inherited values in child page properties dialog?  Adobe Experience Manager 6.5

Trying to install Adobe CC on a Mac with M1 CPU (Apple Silicon).  It fails with the following message:An error occured during installaion.The installation failed.The intstaller encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.  Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. Any ideas how to get this to install?I've looked at a few other posts.  Some say to type in the install error code.  Where would I find the error code on a Mac?Also, another post said to run   sudo chmod -R 755 NameOfYourPackageFile.pkg  from the terminal.  Tried that and the command worked fine, but the installer still fails with the same error.This is a new install package for Mac M1 created two days ago using Adobe's Admin Console website.  I also tried older install packages, they all fail with the same error on Mac OS 12.1.  The older packages work fine on earlier versions of Mac OS.Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Apparently the geniuses at Adobe created IDENTICAL install packages for Pro/Std.  I cannot for the LIFE OF ME figure out a way to run an SCCM report and distinguish the difference.First - to Adobe, this is an ASS product.  You should be ashamed of yourselves.  I award you NO POINTS, and may GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL.Second - to the Forum: has anyone figured out a SQL query for this?ThanksJosh

Hello! I would like to change the payment in our business account from Paypal to Credit card but I cannot find the button. I already changed to "personal profile" but also coundn't find the option there.  Furthermore, I would like to buy a licence and pay the annual amount but I cannot find an option to change the payment from monthly to yearly. Thanks in advance!

For over a week now we have been asking Adobe for help with our console related issue- we are unable to assign any licenses, users that had licenses were suddenly notified that their account was no longer active, and nobody can work!!!!!  I have called numerous times and always Adobe says the engineering team is working on it.  For a week?????  Our hands are tied here.  Does anyone have a direct number to the engineering team? please help us!!!!

I'm in IT admin for two Belgian art schools and I'm developing a powershell script that nags to the users if a certain license is about to expire. Since we work with Academic Software and the students need to renew their license yearly for educational access. Since not every student activates their license on the same time, I'm looking for a good way so I have a date and/or boolean if the license of Adobe CC and the installed apps are valid or not. Online I read about Adobe Licensing Toolkit (ADTK), but this talks about shared devices. Yet, is this going to work on student laptops which aren't shared devices?

Similar to how I can create a Microsoft XML Configuration file to control which Microsoft Apps are deployed, it would be great if I could push Creative Cloud out with a custom XML configuration that would then download and install Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc. We are a Microsoft School so everything is deployed and managed by Microsoft Intune - and Adobe's support for Intune is less than spectacular. The default 8GB limitation on package size also means I can't package up all the apps using the Adobe Admin console and then push them out because the package is around 30GB. Being able to push out the Creative Cloud app and then have it download and install the required apps for staff, students or labs would make my life much easier.

In an enterprise environment we should be able to control the software version that we deploy to our systems. With Adobe Reader everything works fine but this Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro is a little bit stubborn and decided to update himself even that the Adobe Acrobat Update service is disabled. Can you please provide us a solution to this issue? We want to disable automatic updates for Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro. Thank you.

Hello! I have a small problem I can't figure out. I have had a personal plan for some time where I have Photoshop and a few other apps. Recently I started a company and made a company plan where I bought Indesign, which I will use for my company. I keep it like for bookkeeping reasons. But since I am the same person I figured I could invite my private user to use the Indesign license.But what I find now is that to access Indesign I have to log in to the "business account" and then Photoshop becomes unavailable since it is on my private plan, I have to log out and log back into my private account. This seems inefficient, is there no way I can remain logged into my private account since my business invited me to that license?

Hi,I used to have both Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC packaged so they would install on the same computer with no issue. I'm not sure what changed I updated the packages recently and now I can't install both together. Someone mentioned the Unified Installed but from what I can tell that can either act as Acrobat or Reader (depending on the reg value of bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx set to 0 or 1) but not both at the same time. But we have some shared computers where one person will have Acrobat license and the other just needs Reader. Can someone tell me if this is still possible? Thanks.

Hi,  If I need to access Acrobat pro on 3 computers, without deactive on the others, can I purchase 2 Acobat pro and have the same login/Adobe ID on both accounts when using them on 3 different computers?

we are looking into ways of disabling the popup that we get saying that creative cloud desktop app gives us to update, as even if users could update themselves our network security wouldn't allow it. we are fine with the version we use of the desktop. I don't understand why adobe has to make this so complicated, for our large network of users it's impossible for us to have those update automatically. 

Hello, I currently have my Adobe ID linked to my university email (which is managed through Microsoft authenticator).I will no longer have access to my university account, and I'm trying to migrate to my personal email. In the account settings there's no optiona to change the email.Is there a way to do it? I only have photos in my Lightroom, so a method to backup and restore all the photos to a different account would work too. Thanks
