In my business, as we've grown we've bought individual annual licences for our employees.  We are now in a position where a Teams account would be better suited to our needs.  All individual licences have different end dates.  If we cancelled those individual licences, then added those exact email addresses to our Teams account, would we liable to pay the remaming balance of the individual licences up until the end of the conracted period?

For Creative Cloud, if you are using SAML with Federated IDs for SSO how are you managing the logout process? Adobe currently does not offer a place to enter a SLO (Single Log out) URL or Endpoint in the Admin Console so when you logout of the Adobe application/website it never redirects the user to the SSO logout page and thus never kills their SSO session. Obviously, this creates a huge problem because when the second user comes in and tries to login, the system still sees user #1 as authenticated (since their SSO session never ended) and it just automatically lets user #2 in as user #1. This will go on and on with every user since User #1 never ends their SSO session. I adivsed Adobe Support of this and they basically said we dont support that right now and we will add it as a feature request. Not sure how you support SAML if you don't support the logout process. Allowing a login URL is only half the process. Curious if others found any workaround for this. Thanks.

I am at a university and I am getting comptuer labs ready for the coming fall semester. I have been using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean off all adobe prducts from the computer so that i can install the latest adobe prducts package on the imacs in the lab. I have noticed that it is not uninstalling ANY of the 2023 prodcuts that are installed on the computers. Typically we run it through a jamf policy that downloads the tool and runs the tool with --removeAll=ALL flag. I have tried re-downloading the tool to make sure i have the latest version of it if it's been updated from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html But when i run the tool manually it doesn't even list the 2023 products at all as you can see in the screenshot below. Is there an updated tool for this somewhere or a tool specificaly for 2023 products and going forward? This is not necissarily an issue with refreshing a lab computer, but we use this tool

I have been asked to buy my subscription again, despite already paying for it 3 days ago...Because this account is connected to my university, I am not able to contact support and get a message telling me to contact the designated Adobe support officer. This seems like a lazy way for Adobe to palm off their customer support issues to save on customer support.  Is there any way I can contact Adobe? Thanks in advance.

Hello All,I try to run Creative Cloud on a Parallels VM.Host macOS ventura 13.4, (MacBook pro m1)  install a VM op Parallels Desktop 18 > macOS ventura 13.4.I started the procedure to install Creative Cloud, login, etc all seems ok, but when started the Creative Cloud app to install Adobe Illustrator it remains empty, no apps to see, have tried to restart, try to repair Creative Cloud all without success.Any help will be appreciated.

I have an enterprise user that is unable to log into his adobe due to the fact he signed in with his personal email. Now each time he opens adobe the system is asking him to register or continue the trial. Is there a way to sign the user out and have him log in again with his Work email?

How to enable Share with anyone" feature for us for othe adobe anaytics users .   

Recently after migration of Adobe ID’s to Business ID’s, some changes had happened in our adobe admin console. Previously, while adding the user to console we used to give the last name as the Procurement request ID, which is used for better tracking purpose in order to be compliant. Now when we are giving the last name as the procurement request ID, it is not reflecting the same in portal. We request you to get this fixed/help us in giving the field to insert the procurement request id in user details. 

I tried signing into my creative cloud using my school email, but adobe made a personal account associated with the email, so now it's linked to two accounts. I now cannot access my school account with the plan and all of my files, since I just get redirected to my empty new personal account. The support couldn't help me at all, and I tried deleting the personal account but it did nothing but lock me out. help....

My team is not able to use the assigned licenses and I have no clue why. The set up is the following:I have an account for our enterpriseOn this account, I have a CC license for my useFurther, I have one more InDesign license to assign to my colleagueMy colleague has created an Adobe ID with her own email adressI added her via email as a user to our team and assigned the InDesign license to herShe got an email after the assigning. When she clicks on the button in the email to download InDesign, she gets an Error 404. When we try to download the app via Creative Cloud, she only gets a test trial. There's no sign of the assigned license.Weirdly, when logging in with the enterprise ID, we can use the CC license simultaneously. In the end the plan is to have one CC license for me and three InDesign licenses for my team.I'm not sure if it's a technical issue or lack of understanding how this works, but searching for a solution has brought no results. Any ideas would be welcom

Due to recent introduction of SSO & AD Sync functionality on our Account, users are now assigned a UserName which is their UPN, rather than their email address.As such, they need to log in with UPN as their 'Username' inby entering it in teh field shown as 'Email'.  As this instruction ion teh mail is now incorrect it is causing a lot of issues with new users attempting to register.When using teh "Get Started" link in the mail , they are routed to login/create account with email already populated.Despite choosing company account, and logging into SSO using company credentials (UPN based), the user ends up logged on to an account linked to email address, with no access to the licensed applications. This woudl all be avoided is the welcome mail included the UserName of teh user (which in many cases woudl be same as email), instead of teh "Email".The "Get Started link shoudl also reflect this.  

I need to update my billing information and it keeps saying login to the Admin console and then when I try - it says I dont have access to it and to contact the administor for the account! Im the only person on the account!! and that stupid chat robot is good for nothing! Is there an actual number or email I can contact at Adobe to get this fixed!  Cheers

Hello, I have added a user and tried to grant the product Adobe Acrobat Pro to that user, and I get an error  "Something went wrong while saving. Error ID: "I have tried different browsers and diff machines.   I am logged in as administrator to adminconsole.adobe.com and i have 3 licenses available out of 5.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]  

I am trying to confirm whether or not Adobe has recently changed the behavior associated with exceeding your activation limit for Acobat DC. In the past you would see a dialog that indicates which machines are logged in (with green checkmarks) and you have an option to deactivate one device to login to the 3rd.  Now random users are reporting instead of seeing the old dialog, they are getting a similar dialog but now are presented with a button to "Resolve at Adobe.com"  Does anyone have any information regarding this new dialog?

deleted personal account by mistake, company account not active. how can I restore the personal one 

I am an admin of CC Library. I sometimes update the library, but somehow my update dissapeared and the library went back to the previous version. I am gussing some users don't sync properly, which may have cased this issue. I need to learn how to monitor activity in CC Library. Is there any function of activity monitor or version history?

Where do you find the Library? I'm on a mac pro 13 and im one of the 2023 versions for Adobe Animate. Can you send me a screen recording plz? This is my situation currently

I am reaching out regarding a recent concern we have with our Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. We have been using Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC (build 1809) for the past 2-3 years after upgrading from Windows 10 LTSB. Hi, Is there a way to attach different payment methods to different user groups under one umbrella business account? Or will I need to create separate business accounts for each group? If it is the latter, these users already have licenses under the main account, can I transfer? Any insight is much appreciated!
