We have recently enabled Deep Packet Inspection over SSL, on our firewall for increased security. Since then, i can no longer install Acrobat (i have not been able to try any other Adobe products, but expect i would find the same).I am able to download the installer, but as soon as it starts, i get an 'initialisation error', and the install fails.To verify that it is the DPI causing the issue, i have temporarily disabled it, the install then succeeds. Turning off our internet security every time we need to do an install or update is not a long term solution.All I need is a URL (or more than one) to add to the exclusions on the DPI, to allow the install to complete.I have tried adding *.adobe.com, but that did not work, which suggests that the install process calls back to another internet location.Has anyone had a similar situation, did you find a solution?

Hi folks, I've tried finding specific answers to this but it's not super clear. In a user-license model, we deploy applications to users to be able to install themselves, so it's not a big deal. For Shared Devices (We are an educational institution properly licensed for it), we have an issue where when we package an application and deploy it, if requirements for the machine change and we deploy a second package to it, it overwrites the applications installed by the first one.For example, a lab wants Photoshop. We install it. Halfway through the year, they decide they also want InDesign next to it. If we deploy the InDesign package, it uninstalls Photoshop and only leaves InDesign. This makes sense as packages detail how something should look in its final state - the InDesign package only lists InDesign, so it removes Photoshop. However, This breaks down when we need to make a package additive, rather than replacing. Is there a better way to do this? We make packages with the three

Good evening, I have a strange issue where as soon as our user logins (via SSO/Google) Acrobat will crash/force close.  I have to use the CC Cleaner to remove the login profile to get it to stay up and at the login screen again.  I was also seeing HTTP Error 413 with this user and logging in via the website into Adobe.   Any pointers?  Waiting for CCT to reach out...but it seems I haven't been given a ticket number or anything yet.

Apologies to revive an old post - but I need to perform the same action for my organisation.We currently use Adobe CC on Surface Pro's, which have very limited storage.I would like to move the Creative Cloud Files folder from the C:\Users\userA\Creative Cloud Files\ location to external USB SSD drives for 4x users.(a) is the possible?(b) if so, once the default location has been updated in CC Preferences, will it rebuild the CC files folder, or should I copy it to the external drives first?Many thanks Adobe community (this is my first post)!Keith.

I have a yearly subscription for my creative cloud brought through my University since I get a student discount. However, I can't access my apps or manage them, and hence I cannot update or install any of the desktop applications. Does anyone have a clue on how to tackle this problem?

I feel luke ive done like 3 times. Illustrator keeps popping up the plans and billing page telling me to pay for illustratoir when I have al;ready done so. Its not a connection error or anything cause this has been across the span of a few months. I am unable to access my files because once I click plans away, illustrtaor shuts down too. Please help.

i have just taken out the Adobe creative cloud student subscription, but i do not have to show proof that i'm a studend. I just had to fill in my schools name an the the final year, is that normal? Because everywhere else was written you had to show a proof like an official document.

Hi everyoneMy account community was updated, idk what they did, but we had to relog into our accounts, but when we did it, all the cloud files was deleted. I need to know if we can have our files back and how, because we had works in there, and all of them was completely deleted. I'll apreciate if someone can help me and all my career mates. ^^

I had the beta menu button last week now it has dissappeared for no reason. I have uninstalled all adobe products including Creative Cloud. I still do not have a (Beta) option. Please help

All shipping options besides local pickup have disappeared from our Magento order page along with the front end of our website's checkout. It seems to have happened overnight without anyone adjusting any settings. I have tried to turn the UPS shipping option on and off again with no success. Any idea what could be causing this?

I need techncial support with a login issue.... But the virtual chatbot playing goalie won't let me in because I am not signed in with a valid account.  Ironically, If I could sign in with my account -- I wouldn't need technical support.  Exceedingly frustrating.  Any advice??   The actual issue - if anyone has any advice there either.... My license is provided by my company, but my company got acquired.  The new company is now providing me a license but I can't update my email address in my profile?  Nor can I even log out of the old account and just try to sign in with the new account -- because something clearly has the old credentials cached and immediately logs me back into the old account.  

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a solution regarding this problem:- I would like to give access to end users to every adobe apps (install on demand, and update)- Except for InDesign, I would like to "force" one specific version How would you build this? Should I prepare 2 packages: one with every apps except indesign and one with indesign only? Thank you very much.

why adobe don't support Arabic transcribe although there is more than 350 millions out there speaking this language !!

I have an Adobe CC library that is showing as shared with my organization as I believe we have a CC teams account.  I want to make sure that this library it's only editable by certain users but visible to the whole org.When I look in the CC app and CC website I don't see any options to edit the permissions or sharing settings for the organization, only for individual users.Attached a screenshot as an example.  When I'm on the CC website and go to into the share dialogue I see my org "workspace" but no option to change disability or user permissions. How do I change or view permissions for my org "workspace" and / or how do I control visibility and editing of this library within my org?  There are a few libraries showing with the same permission - I need to change them so everyone can see them but only certain users can edit them.

Hello! I would like to make an auto-update selfservice policy in the Adobe ADmin portal.The goal is that all the users that are in the portal have the option "auto update apps" default on in their Adobe Creative cloud app. Now end-users need to toggle this option on themselfs. In the online guide (Beleid voor selfservice beheren (adobe.com)) i see that i need to go to the admin portal, open products and then choose New Profile. However, the create a new profile button is not there. - I am logged with a user that has SYSTEMADMIN rights in the portal. - We have 7 users whom have a license to the CREATIVE CLOUD ALL APP app- See printscreens for more info Could anyone tell me what is the problem here? Is there maybe something wrong with the licenses?

I am wondering why creative cloud only shows two beta software. but the same account in the other computer can install ps beta.???

I know this is not a question but Adobe has the WORST customer service that needs to be addressed.   We had an employee die last year & we cancelled her Adobe subscription last summer.  This year (April) I received her annual renewal charge (that we already cancelled last year) on my company card. Three calls to Adobe trying to cancel.  First call made by our office manager & Adobe said they needed to text the dead employee to verify (not possible), or they needed to email her (again not possible since it had been nearly a year & her email was inactivated).  The office manager then called our IT to re-activate the dead employees email so we could cancel.  When the office manager called back, Adobe then said they needed the credit card holder to call.  So I had to make the third call (I'm the company VP and it's my company card that had the annual subscription) and they had the AUDACITY to ask that I provide a DEATH CERTIFICATE in orde

I have an Adobe shared device license, I have created a package for Apple and installed it on 3 devices that have worked just fine. I have created a Windows package 64bit that fails every install with the same error "Installation Failed PDApp.log" every time. No matter the computer, antivirus or not, the firewall on or off, fresh install Windows 10 latest or not, the install fails.  Can anyone help me, please? I can sit there and watch it install all the Adobe apps, but right near the end, it just fails and starts uninstalling them and then I am prompted with the error above. 

Hi all, Since yesterday I am facing a strange issue. I am unable to update or install any updates for my creative cloud or any of my software. I am getting weird messages from Microsoft windows defender that is being installed via my company. you can see the errors and the labels against each app in the creative cloud. Don't know how to fix this.
