I'm so frustrated at this point. Whenever I try to sign in using my school account, the school district pays for, it says "more information required." You're allowed to have 2 devices per adobe account. So the first device I have is my school iPad, I would like to have my illustrator app on my desktop as well. I don't have any devices activated, other than my school iPad and it still won't let me sign in. I feel like I've tried everything. To the right is the dreaded screen. And no- learn more does nothing.
Please provide an admin feature to block users from saving files to the Adobe cloud storage.
Hello, as per title Creative cloud application keep asking me to login every time I turn on the PC like the SSO doesn't work.I'm not the only one with this issue and at the moment the only way, is to login on it instead the automatic authentication that it should happen (like other colleagues).I/We have the last available version, I read some discussion on internet to find out a solution but still active.I've add the Creative cloud process to AV exclusion, saw credential properly saved in credential manager, reinstalled application but problem still there.could you please support us and find out the right solution in order to not get this pop-up login credential every day?thanksCarmine
We use the self-service setting in the Creative Cloud app which allows end-users to install and update their own licensed apps. We prefer this setting as it creates much less work for IT staff. A problem we’re having with this option is that the Creative Cloud installation process allows an end-user to install or update an Adobe application even though their PC fails the minimum system requirements for that application. This is causing a problem where end-users are invited to update an app on their PC, but if they update the app they are then not able to use it, as the new version fails the system pre-requisite checks. One solution is to re-package the Create Cloud app and not allow users to install and upgrade apps.A better solution would be for the Adobe Creative Cloud app to make sure pre-requisite checks are carried out on each application PRIOR to it being installed. Then to inform the user if the PC fails pre-requisite checks for the app. Is this possible for
Hello,We have enterprise for 5 seats but today we couldn't use Adobe XD. Unfortunately, Adobe XD is not available on Creative Cloud anymore. That's why we can't even download it even though we paid for the package. Can you help us?
We recently set up a team account and allocated licenses to staff who previously had monthly or annual subscriptions. After cancelling the individual subscriptions yesterday people started noticing issues when they logged in. Multiple users are being prompted to re-subscribe even though they have been allocated a license for Standard DC in the team account. They are unable to convert files to PDF for example, when they previously had no issue doing so. When they view their account online their team license does not appear in "Your Plan". They have followed the link in the invite email, and signed out and back in. When relogging they are given the option to choose the personal or team account. But issues persist even when they choose the team account. We removed the license for one of the affected staff members then reallocated it but this made no difference. Waiting ~45 mins so far to speak online with support.
In admin console is there a way to see the usage per user for Acrobat Pro?We need to determine the need for ordering more licenses versus removing the app from users who haven't used it in a long time. Thank you!
HolaUn usuario de mi equipo con creative cloud instalado y con permiso de instalación desde administrador intena instalar cualquier aplicación pero al clickar a instalar queda en espera y no se instala nunca.¿Me podéis ayudar?Adjunto screenshot
I downloaded the creative cloud package from my organization, and when I try to use Gen AI in Photoshop, it says I violated the terms, and my access has been removed. It was working before though. Any ideas?
Enterprise administration control are non-existent with this service. Outside of K-12 organizations, there is no way to apply granular access control to the service. Administrators in highly regulated environments need the ability to turn individual services on\off on a per user basis from the administrative console. They also need the ability to allow\block services globally. Enterprise organizations require the ability perform internal reviews on services prior to allowing them in the environment. Lack of admin controls make this virtually impossible. Given Adobe support has the ability to turn the firefly service off for an organization suggests this can be extended to org admin consoles to give customers the control. Overall, Adobe should spend a significantly more time thinking about how they better serve the needs of enterprise customers. Lack of admin controls in the admin center and for individual Creative Cloud apps has been an iss
Guys, I push the RUM updater to about 210 machines every few weeks and it will update about 160 but not the others. This is very consistent each time the RUM updater runs but with different machines. It's been going on for a while but I just thought I'd throw that out there and see if someone knows why this happens or maybe have a solution. Thanks
In the last weeks I have written many mails to different email addresses of Adobe, but not even received a reply. I hope Adobe will now answer my question here. In short, I would like to know if there is a way for sole proprietors to obtain the indemnity for Firefly? Ultimately, this leads me to the question of whether you are allowed to book the Creative Cloud for enterprise plan as a sole proprietor. I have received conflicting statements from Adobe about this:At one point I was told it was no problem to book the enterprise plan as a sole proprietor. Elsewhere, I was told that the Creative Cloud for enterprise plan could only be booked if the company had at least ten employees. My question relates specifically to the German market (sole proprietor = Einzelunternehmer/Kleinunternehmer).
I hope to find some help here, I tried contacting the Adobe support via chat but no one can understand what I am saying and they have been absolutely helpless as they don't know how to solve my issue. We work on a terminal server and there are around 30 users on the server. Three users have an Adobe Pro license. I installed the Adobe free version on the server but as soon as one of the users with the Pro license logs in, Adobe becomes Pro for everyone and the users who don't need a license are prompted to log in and buy a subscription.I don't want to buy 30 licenses so how can I have the Pro version and the free version installed on the same terminal server? Thank you

We recently deployed the 64-bit unified installer. For the most part it works great, standard users get basic Reader functionality, and licensed users can sign-in and get the install upgraded to Pro. However, there are several of our Pro licensed users that never get prompted to upgrade to Pro after signing in. We have uninstalled/reinstalled dozens of times, signed-in and out, ran the Adobe cleaner tool, etc. Why do some users just never get the prompt to upgrade to Pro? Is this a client issue or license issue? Is there a way to trigger the "upgrade" process when a licensed user is signed-in? It seems to be an automated process that happens upon sign-in, but no way to manually trigger it.
Hello Stock Contributors Community,I'm facing a rather vexing issue that I'm hoping someone here can help me with. I'm an instructor at a youth school in Denmark, and I've been teaching students how to use Adobe Firefly within Photoshop, specifically for Generative Filling, under an enterprise license. The ProblemMy account has been blocked from accessing Firefly within Photoshop. This has been a significant disruption, as I use this feature extensively for my teaching sessions. My suspicion is that the blockage occurred in connection with my teaching activities, although I'm not entirely sure what prompted it.License DetailsI want to make it very clear that my license is an enterprise license and is deployed, meaning it has been administered via the Adobe Admin Console. This is not an email-based license; it is a deployed package installed by our account admin. So, it is valid and should be operational.Previous Attempts to Resolve the IssueAdobe Live Support Chat: Spent several hours w

Hello, I am hoping someone is able to help me with this; I work in an enterprise environment and have a person whose Adobe Acrobat Standard keeps crashing while editing files; I tried reinstalling it and running the Acro Cleaner tool to make sure there were no files sitting around after I uninstalled. I am going to post the crash report we receive every time, it does not change; it is interesting as it refers to error 0xc0000005; which is a permissions issue? However that makes no sense since they have permissions to the file and can edit it? Either way, the crash report will be at the bottom. Their adobe version is all up to date and has the latest update from here; https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuoussep2023.html#dccontinuousseptwentytwentythree Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you 🙂 <?xml version="1.0"?><!DOCTYPE AdobeCrashReport SYSTEM "AdobeCrashReporter.dt
Hello, I can access Firefly on my District Login but not my Classroom Account. I am logging into both accounts using Google single sign-on. I spoke with my IT department, and they said that Firefly is enabled. Why can I not access it in my classroom account? I want to show teachers how to use it in their classrooms, but I do not have access to my classroom account.
Hi everyone, Is it possible to use the Workfront API to search/add to an existing project using the Ref # and how would that be structured in the URL? Thank you,Shane

Hello. For several weeks now I have been trying to find at least some information on how to update Adobe Acrobat via AUSST. Everywhere someone writes that you need to read the documentation, but it doesn’t even have a code for the command --filterProducts= ???? And why, when installed Acrobat DC on a computer, it removes Adobe Reader?Actually there is a lot of problems with Adobe Acrobat...
