I am new to deploying Adobe products and am currently trying to sort out a deployment of all software to 100 devices within a school environment.Following the instructions from Adobe I have downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager and used that to download the installer for the software.It has created a folder within the specified directory. Within this there is a "Build" folder, a "Exceptions" folder and a .ccp file.Within the "Build" folder is an .MSI which I'm assuming is what I'm supposed to run to install.If I double click this is brings up the standard Windows Installer dialogue and the bar runs through almost twice before stopping then rolling back. I get no error messages at this point, the dialogue just closes.The machines Event Viewer logs show the following:"Product: Adobe Creative Cloud Apps 32bit -- Installation operation failed.""Windows Installer installed the product. Maybe Im missing something, but now when i login I can't seem to choose between persoanl and business accounts.  It used to give me that option but Im not seeing that anymore.  What am I missing?

I have a user who has a fully paid-for (company) Acrobat licence. Whenever she tries to use the tools within Acrobat, it keeps prompting her to pay. She is signed in and I can see a licence assigned to her in the admin console.We've tried fully removing and re-adding her. As well as uninstall/reinstall. At a bit of  loss now on what to do.

Our end users download the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from the link below. Our application control software (Carbon Black) blocks the installation as unapproved. We have a software rule to permit publishers that have a trusted signing certificate as well the Publisher name listed in the metadata of the file. Is it possible to have Adobe include the Publisher name in the metadata? We are an education environment with over 400 Computers where users use different machines daily, we have deployed creative cloud to all suites however I don’t want it to Autostart for all users as not everyone requires access.I have found a workaround by copying a preference file and putting it in the users appdata however this is a temporary fix as it sometimes requires a couple of logins, does anyone know a registry fix to disable this?

We have a customer who just purchased 6 Adobe Acorbat Standard 2020 licenses through Lenovo and I'm not sure the proper way to managed these for a business. Is there a way to add these to an admin portal so they can be centrally managed and re-assigned to users as needed? Do we redeam all of them under a single account to retrieve the serial number and just install via serial without signing users into Adobe accounts? Or do we need to make a personal adobe account for each user and redeam the license under that user? Just looking for the proper way to proceed with this. I didnlt know perpetual licenses were even still sold. We typically just have customers purchase the necessary subscriptions via Adobe Business and manage them from the admin panel.  Thank you for any assitance!

Hello All, Have been testing CS products within home lab.  Was able to deploy CS2017 using Configuration Manager using Adobe Creative Cloud Packager package.  Now, I want to test the patching process.  How can, I patch CS2017 to CS2023?  I have only few apps that, I am testing (Illustrator, PS, Indesign & Dreamweaver).  I don't want to create another Creative Cloud Packager Package for CS2023.  Trying to find if, I can patch using the file through Configuration Manager.Appreciate your help.Ram

We have 2 computers still using Mac OS X Lion and and older version of Adobe CC. Our new Enterprise license is requiring that we have users log out and back into their Adobe Suite in order to continue using their appplications. On these 2 computers we can't log out. When selecting Sign Out, it pulls up the Adobe Application Manager in the Dock and the Creative Cloud Sign in/out window appears, but when we try to sign out it says, "Please reconnect to the internet and try again." Both computers do this and both are connected to the internet. I contacted Enterprise support through our Admin Console and they told me to install Adobe Muse and use it to log out/in. If that didn't work they suggested I try these forums and closed my case. However, Muse has been discontinued and the version I was able to find is not supported on Lion. We need to stay on this particular Operating system for about another month due to some other software considerations, but in order to continue using the Adobe

We are experiencing the same problem, it is causing a lot of angst with my colleagues who think this is due to non payment of the Adobe account

 After a crash of we tried to re-install Creative cloud setup, but the setup also crashed right after launching.even with a complete removal using the cleanup cleaner tool -> clean all After the cleanp and a reboot of the win2012r2 server, it still does not re-install using the setup tool and gives the following error right after launch: Antivirus was stopped, elevated access tested, no difference, any idea what to try next ?

TL;DR: I know with Enterprise I will be able to pool/reallocate storage across users. However, I'm unclear if this storage can behave more like a central file repository for consistent access and future reference, or if it has to be a spiderweb of individuals sharing folders and files with one another. ---------------- We have a dozen Creative Cloud Suite users and dozens of Acrobat Pro licenses, so we have quite a few TB of Creative Cloud storage. We are considering upgrading to Enterprise to gain SSO and more control over our storage so we can move away from our legacy on-site file server and start working more efficiently in Creative Cloud. Looking through this forum, this problem seems to be still unsolved ???We need in our company an older Version of IC because of Censhare ... Is IC 15.1.3 officially supportet for macOS Ventura?In some threads was mentioned: two external Monitors. In our case not true. Cursor disappears with our without external Monitors.Some people say: minimum Memory 16 GB, which is true with our hardware.Some people say: go to settings and something with dark or light mode (???) Any help would be appreciated marek  

We're enterprise customers with a lot of licenses. Why in the last 3 years have I had to reboot, kill Adobe processes and pray in order to get this app to work?  People talk about hosts files and all sorts of nonsense but how come there isnt a single other product that we have that presents these issues? Like internets wide open to the system but time and time again, "No internet connection" "Offline". See something wrong here? No internet connection but it updated the app and it says Offline. Hilarious!Is there any hope for the future?Just a suggestion,... is it because you run like 10 separate applications to support our use of Photoshop?I know somethings very wrong inside your code because most of the time, the fix is to kill the CoreSync and Creative Cloud UI Helper processes. Then all of a sudden theres no problem. I can't stand being an administrator of Adobe stuff. Its absolutely so frustrating. 

No one at my company knows who is the admin of Adobe. How can we figure this out? We don't have an IT department for this. Best,Fran

I have a user I added. I have 20 Adobe Pro liscenses. I am using 18. I click the user, edit, add to product group. Adobe says the user was updated. it's wrong. they were not. I go to Adobe Pro, click  add user. type in user's email. Adobe will not let me add the user to the product. So that's where I am. I can't add the user to the product, and I can't add the product to the user. Any advice?  I have tried logging out and back in to see if that helped. It did not.

Is this still the only way to remove unwanted licences? This is very cumbersome and poor customer experience, every other admin panel I use (Microsoft, DropBox, LastPass, etc) allow you to remove licenses with just a few clicks.

Hi, I graduated last year but still had access to my student account till 1 April 2023. I had no idea when my account will be deactivated.  Can I still transfer my assets on my student account to a new personal account? 

Over the last couple of days, our students and teachers have reported a change in behaviour of CC log in prompt. Previously, when the user would log onto the Mac a Safari web page would open asking the user to sign into Adobe. If they did not need to sign in, they would close the window and continue to use the Mac without interuption. However, over the last couple of days, if the user closes the Safari window without signing into Adobe, every 10 minutes they are prompted with a fresh safari adobe login window again. Anybody any ideas why this may be occurring? 

I got a notification that my substance trial has started, I didn't click anything to start this I was just updating my apps.The problem is that I will need the app in a month (for school) but then my trial wil have ended, does anybody know if I can stop the trial and restart it in a month.

Hello, I'm trying to access my billing history via Admin Console > Account but my billing history is not displaying and I'm not able to update credit card information. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've cleared my history and cache thinking that was the issue but that didn't work. I've also tried a different web browser too. 

I bought Creative cloud for a company, but now I'm personally shown as the contract owner in the profle. In addition, I received the bill personally with my private address. That is of course wrong. The contract owner is the company I work for and also the billing address is the company address. How can I change that?
