Flash Player (read-only)

I have had issues with adobe flash constantly crashing for about a year. I am using the following:- Flash version: 20.0.0.267 (most up to date)- Windows 10- Chrome 47.0.2526.106 m (most up to date)I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows three times. I have cleaned the cache and looked if there were duplicate versions of flash on chrome. Nothing works. I have attached a screenshot of what happens on multiple websites, including hulu, netflix, USA today, Facebook, and many, many others.Any help to resolve this issue COMPLETELY without telling me to do the steps I have already taken would be appreciated as this is making my computer nearly unworkable.

Hi,I've been trying to download the Flash Player installer using Firefox 47 in Ubuntu 15.10.  When I click Download Now the URL in the address bar changes to "apt:adobe-flashplugin?channel=$distro-partner" and as it's not an address that Firefox understands it tells me:-----The address wasn't understoodFirefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (apt) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.    You might need to install other software to open this address.-----This happens with both paths to download Flash Player, download for this machine and download for another machine.Can anyone help please?ThanksS

Hello, I like to play flash based games on Facebook and since my keyboard has started to fail recently I've been using the On-Screen Keyboard to type, however when I have to write a post, from in this game, I can't because the presence of the Windows Accessibility On-Screen Keyboard causes the Flash Player plug in for Mozilla Firefox to crash, why is this?

I took a screenshot of the message that has my game frozen, and unable to play.  This message has been present for more than 24 hours and I can not, for the life of me, get rid of it?  Why? !

Cannot install Flash Player 21 on Mac OS 10.11.4 El Capitan. Safari Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1). Have tried multiple times. The "Disk" downloads, I can double-click on the image, and it shows the Install folder, and I can double click on the enclosed image, and that's where the process stops. Having checked the Forum, it sounds like MANY other Mac El Capitan users are experiencing the same problem. Please help! Quickly!! 

Hello,Today, a pop-up window from Adobe reported that there was an update available for Flash Player. I installed the update, but the update also installed McAfee Security Scan Plus without any warning or any option to opt-out from installing this software.The problem I have now is that I am already running an antivirus (a paid version of Avast Internet Security), which started reporting issues caused by McAfee (I guess it's because both have overlapping antivirus features).I would appreciate any help with uninstalling this software. So far, I've tried the standard uninstall process and a software provided by Microsoft Support (I have a paid subscription), but to no avail. When attempting to use Pandora, I was informed that my Flash no longer existed and needed to be downloaded. However, every time I try to download it, it goes through the first steps but then gives me this error message: Application Initialization Error. I have uninstalled it completely from my computer and tried again to no avail. Would someone know how to convince Flash that it does want to download? Thank you so much for your help!

I need someone to talk me through step by step how to install this. I tried following the instructions on the website but it didn't work but i tried to follow them exact.I feel like theres a step missing once I'm in preferences.I'm no expert but i need flash player.please help

Unable to install Adobe Flash Player to Firefox 3.0.12 and Opera 28.0. Regular install at adobe.com drops out before completing download. Indirect install downloads ok but double click of icon does nothing. Successfully uninstalled 16 NPAPI for Firefox and 19 PPAPI for Opera. Latest version of Opera will not install either so it might not be a problem with adobe.  

After resetting my laptop. Regardless which browser I use. It says I do not have flash player installed so after installing Adobe flash player. This has been slowing my laptop down and could not get any response on any website.

Have been unable to download flashplayer. Windows 7. PC. IE Browser. Dial-up connection. Download always times out before download completes.Some sites such as facebook require Adobe Flashplayer to upload photos.

Every time Flash Player auto updates, it removes the check from OS 10.11 Parental Controls.  This stops it from being able to update or is at least causing issues with other flash based applications as the flash player install manager and the application using flash player are fighting for control.  in our flash application, a user is trying to enter their login credentials and it keeps de-activating the field where they are typing, forcing them to have to constantly be clicking back in the field to enter their credentials.  It also happens as they type into a text box in the same flash app.  why can't the flash player install manager stay checked or is there a way to make sure it is always checked?

I have trouble with Facebook live stream video, it always display black screen with sound... I got a prompt from Safari to say I needed to update my Adobe Flash Player, so I followed the instructions and downloaded the dmg file from https://get3.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/…. Then I opened the dmg, opened the installer app.... and nothing happened. Please will you put a functioning file there, and do so quickly. I have Windows 10, Firefox version 47.0 and I downloaded/installed Flash Player, but I still get crashing messages!  I also noticed that Adobe shows that I have Windows 8, which is incorrect since I updated my browser over a month ago.  No problems with Flash Player when I operate Internet Explorer 11.  Please help ASAP!  Thank you in advance!

The problem is not so big, but a bit annoyng. I faced it a couple of weeks ago while was reisntallig stuff to my PC.It appears on some videohosting like vk.com (actually russian version of facebook) where Abode Flash Player is used for plaing videos.There was an option to control the volume bar by simply scrolling it back and forth (5% for a mousewheel click, range 0-100%) while video is on a fullscreen mode.But i noticed that now while moving the mousewheel on 1 "click" forward or backward the sound changes, but also the video stops as if i leftclicked.Also if u move cursor above the progressbar of the video and only use a scroll, it will behave like you are leftclicking.I thought that smth wrong with my mouse, but on youtube.com everything is fine.Also on other videhosting like online.anidub.com were several players, but there was 1 (10% volume change for a mousewheel click, 0-150% range), with the same features as on vk.com, but with 1 additional.When you doubleclick while being in

hi i am using mac and flash player always out of date after only a few weeks of installing! adobe sent me notifications asking to install the new one instead of autoupdating it therefore i have to uninstall the old out of date one then install the new one so that there wont be multiple adobe flash player in my mac. why cant it autoupdate itself so that people wont have to go through all the troubles of installing again and again? and the worst is that it is out of date very quickly not even a month! what should i do to fix this? sorry i am not tech savvy so i dont know much. thanks!

I HAVE A NEW PASSWORD THAT WORKS UNTIL I GET TO THE FINAL STEP IN THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS WHERE I AM ASKED AGAIN FOR MY PASSWORD TO COMPLETE THE DOWNLOAD.  AT THAT POINT THE WINDOW WITH THE PASSWORD SHAKES LIKE AN INVALID PASSWORD WAS ENTERED AND THE DOWNLOAD IS THUS ABORTED.  I ASSUME I MAY BE USING  OLD DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE, BUT DO NOT FIND ANY WAY TO UPGRADE IT.  I NEED HELP.
