Although I have tried again and again, the cartoon templates in the elements section are never available and cannot be downloaded

When I select my drawing and want to make it bigger, the lines get thicker. How do I avoid this?

Hi-  I've been working on Adobe Fresco on iPad for a couple of months. Just today when I opened a project that I have been working on for the past weeks, my screen pops up with a window saying "Your Photoshop layers are preserved. There are layer types in this document that Adobe Fresco cannot edit. These layers are read - only and have a Photoshop badge on them." (screenshot included below)  I have never even used photoshop before, and did not actively convert these layers. I want to convert my project BACK to vector / pixel layers, so I can edit my work on Fresco.  The app converted the project to photoshop layers automatically, and I am struggling to figure out how to convert it back. Has anyone had this issue? How do I change the layers "back" to editing within Fresco? Thanks!  

My fresco animation files are being converted to Photoshop layers. The vector layer disappears after I close my fresco file and open it again and is converted to ps layer but I have not made any changes and currently my laptop does not even have Photoshop installed 

Hi. I am new to the program. I have been using Notablility up until this point where I was able to select a line I drew and then change the color. I just want to simply change the color of a certain vector-line on a layer. I cannot figure it out after looking at many fourms and on YouTube. This seems like a very basic thing to do but I feel stuck. I have been drawing black lines and have been trying to change the color of them after drawing them with no sucess. 

Hello, I just installed Fresco on my new PC running windows 11, unfortunately it doesn't open and keeps crashing. I get this notice: 'Loading documents' and after a few seconds crashes and closes. I updated everything I could on windows, even my graphics card directly from the manufacturer (Radeon) to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.   [Renamed by Mod]

i gave discover more brushes and tried adding brushes but its stuck at adding in progress. i also tried loading an abr file and it shows error importing brushes i have uninstalled cc and fresco and reinstalled, signed in and out but still it doesnt work also when i click add in discover more brushes, i can see that it download it as the network is consumed in task manager and then its stuck, i think its not importing it

Testing integration

The app simply doesn't work. EVERY single time I open a document the app crashes and when I do manage to open a canvas it closes after any type of selection. The brushes don't work either and adjusting their settings also triggers the crashes.

I am wanting to create cut files in Fresco because drawing in the app with a digital pencil is easier than using the pen function in illustrator. But in importing Fresco drawings to Adobe Illustrator, every line becomes a filled shape/path instead of a stroke.  Please add a feature in Fresco to draw in a true stroke form that can be exported to keep the stroke function in Illustrator.  [Renamed by Mod]

Hello Adobe Support, I’m experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Fresco on my iPad Air 11-inch (M3) using an Apple Pencil Pro. When I try to draw short, quick strokes, the lines sometimes appear as dots. Longer strokes can be drawn without issue, but if I try to draw quickly, only a dot appears.For example, when writing the Japanese character “え”, the first stroke becomes a dot, while the second stroke is drawn correctly. This happens with all brushes in Fresco. However, in other painting or note-taking apps, I can draw short strokes normally with the same Pencil. I contacted Apple about a potential Apple Pencil Pro defect, but they confirmed that since it works fine in other apps, this is definitely an Adobe Fresco issue. For reference, I previously used an iPad 6th generation with the original Apple Pencil (older model) and did not experience this problem. I rely on Fresco for my daily work, and this issue severely affects my efficiency. Hello, My adobe express app is stuck on loading documents. I have adobe express app on my iPhone, iOS version 18.3. I tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, but it doesn’t work. Please I need your assistance in getting it fixed. Thanks.

I like Adobe Fresco, but I find that when I try to use it outside (on an older iPad) the display screen is too dark to display colors correctly. I was curious if anyone might have a suggestion for a drawing tablet with a brighter screen for use outdoors? Ideally it would support Adobe Fresco and be able to sync to Adobe Cloud or other cloud solution. Thanks.

I've been working on a piece for 2 weeks on fresco and 2 days ago it stopped allowing me to open my work and keeps telling me to contact support. I don't know what to do because I really need to finish this soon for a deadline. I've already tried restarting my iPad and looking to see if the app had to be refreshed and nothing worked. And I checked and it has nothing to do with me not having enough storage either.

I have been reading through all of the posted regarding this error, but nothing is working for me. Out of 5GB, I'm only using 6505.4 MB. I reinstalled Fresco, shut off my iPad, rebooted, and still getting this message. Here are my iPad specs:ipad mini (5th generation)ipadOS - 18.6.2internal disk space - 21GB Any help would be appreciated,Joan
