Fresco

Dear Adobe Fresco developer team,When I use the ruler or any other shape (circle, rectangular, triangle, etc. ) it snaps randomly to the place it wants on the canvas. So NOT only when I rotate it but even if I just move it to get to the right place. It seems that it wants to snap to a place on the canvas that it wants and it is frustrating to keep moving it to get to the right place! I understand that it is useful for the drawings where lines must be aligned but in my case I don't want them to be aligned, I just want the shapes to be exactly in the place that I want to! 

Hello, I am experiencing a critical bug where my Fresco animation files are being automatically converted into PSD format and all animation layers/frames are flattened into a single non-editable layer.  Could you please investigate if there is any way to restore a previous version from the server-side that still retains the original Fresco animation structure? I have already checked the Version History on my device, but the error seems to have synced across all versions." 

Hi! I have my PS files on Google’s MyDrive in a folder. MyDrive and the folder are clearly visible and functional on my iMac and MBP M2 at the Finder level. However, Bridge doesn’t see them, although the files are off-line downloaded, physically, on my iMac’s external disk. ChatGPT tells me that I can work with my files in this way (and it sounds just rational). By now, my iMac and MBP are working fine. I haven’t any other issues with my two Macs. This is (once more) a strange thing with Adobe products. No other app in my life has ever objected to follow Finder in my Mac! So, how can I see the files on my Macs?? Regards, TuomasPS. Using the latest free version. 

I can't download new brushes, for example the Keith Haring-inspired brushes. I also can't download new shapes. I have the Windows desktop version of Adobe Fresco. If anyone knows how to solve my problem, please leave the solution in the comments.

I’ve been using the free version of Fresco for a few years now. Today I opened Fresco and it had signed me out, made me sign back in and none of my files were anywhere on the app. They were all synced the last time I was on it. I checked Creative Cloud and I had to re-install it (I never uninstalled it to begin with), signed in and none of the files were there either. Apparently I have only just joined Adobe even though I’ve been using Fresco for at least 3 years. I have a few files that were saved to my computer storage, but these are from years ago and/or not the files I need. I have lost hours of work and coursework and can’t seem to get it back. Can someone help with this? When I open the Fresco app a ‘loading documents’ pop-up appears before disappearing and showing no work. I have uninstalled and re-installed Fresco, signed in with all my emails to make sure I’m not just using the wrong one, restarted my laptop, pretty much anything I can think of to get this work back as it incl

For some reason, colours sync fine within the CC libraries, but when I go to the shape tool and choose from libraries there, it just says ‘no libraries available’ - however in every other Adobe product I use (PS, Ai, AE etc.) the libraries are there and useable. What I have done to try solve it:Signed out of everything, and signed back in Signed out, deleted Fresco, reinstall and sign back in Created a new library as a test, but that doesn’t appear (in Fresco) If there’s some other steps I can take please let me know, but I did some pretty extensive googling/reading these community forums and that seemed to be the fix for most things.

I have been working (20+ hours so I’m freaking out a little!) on a drawing in adobe fresco and all of a sudden I cannot open the file because I get the error “Format not supported. The document does not appear to be a valid PSD file.” It seems that other people have had this problem, I’ve tried the things they suggested:-duplicating-going on my computer to find the cloud version-older versions (none exist)-downloading the image Everything gives an error. What can I do?? I would even take a screenshot of it so I can try to salvage some of it. Is it lost forever?

Hello, I'm dealing with this problem for quite a long time. Partially found out a work around, however that is not ideal and only possible temporarily.SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:Samsung Galaxy Book3 360Windows 11 Enterprise (10.0, build 26100)Intel i7-1360P CPU16GB RAMIntel Iris Xe GPUPROBLEM:While using Adobe Fresco with version 5.5.5 (also tested on 5.5.0), I'm experiencing constant crashing of software. The crash always happen during drawing and rotating canvas. There are no error messages for troubleshooting. Fresco freeze for a bit and then crash. This started with the new Windows update to version 24H2 which unfortunately forced itself on a computer.WORKAROUND (no longer possible):I have managed to revert the Windows update to 23H2 which seems to fix the problem, however this is no longer possible and won't be possible as Windows force its major updates on a computers.WHAT I HAVE TRIED SO FAR:Updated GPU drivers - no change, keep crashing.Updated Windows to latest version - no change,

I was using Adobe Fresco, and my files was saving automaticaly on cloud, today I had some problem with singing in, when I finally signed in, my files were disappeared. How could I get my files back? 

I can download them and view them in my inventory but when I click on the brush the app crashes.

I use adobe Fresco on my laptop, and i can't move my documents to folders. There is no "move" option to add it to folders, and i can't drag them either.   

I have seen this a few times, sorry no STR. I will update this post if I have more info.  

Hi,  I installed Fresco in my iPad for the first time. In the left handside toolbar, the vector brush and live brushes are missing.  Its Adobe Fresco 7.0.0.  Please let me know how to get those tools. Thankssrikanth.

The layering is completely frozen. When I tried moving the layer up or down, it doesn't seem to move; it's just stuck at the same place. The layers move when I try dragging that one layer up/down, but it doesn't go where I want it to. This is also happening to my other artworks. Is there a way to fix this? 

I originally created a file in Fresco and started a sketch, then opened the same file in Photoshop to add color. While working in Photoshop, I added artboards to include reference images. Later, when I tried to reopen the file in Fresco to continue refining my sketch, Fresco would not open the file because it contains artboards—a feature that is not supported in Fresco. My question is: how can I remove the artboards in a non-destructive way so that the file can be reopened in Fresco?

Although I have tried again and again, the cartoon templates in the elements section are never available and cannot be downloaded

When I select my drawing and want to make it bigger, the lines get thicker. How do I avoid this?

Hi-  I've been working on Adobe Fresco on iPad for a couple of months. Just today when I opened a project that I have been working on for the past weeks, my screen pops up with a window saying "Your Photoshop layers are preserved. There are layer types in this document that Adobe Fresco cannot edit. These layers are read - only and have a Photoshop badge on them." (screenshot included below)  I have never even used photoshop before, and did not actively convert these layers. I want to convert my project BACK to vector / pixel layers, so I can edit my work on Fresco.  The app converted the project to photoshop layers automatically, and I am struggling to figure out how to convert it back. Has anyone had this issue? How do I change the layers "back" to editing within Fresco? Thanks!  

My fresco animation files are being converted to Photoshop layers. The vector layer disappears after I close my fresco file and open it again and is converted to ps layer but I have not made any changes and currently my laptop does not even have Photoshop installed 

Hi, I have created a shapes libray on Adobe Capture.. it's synced on Creative Cloud however it's not appearing in the shapes tool in Adobe Fresco.. neither on ipad nor on desktop Please help.. it's very frustrating... I have tried everyrthing - reinstallingm rebooting everything.Even the CC libraries are also not showing up in the image tool.. 

If I draw a woman with pixel brushes and give her a red dress using fill and save the file, if I come back later and want to change the color of her dress, then fill makes the entire image the new color, not just the dress.  Can anyone explain this to me?
