When I create an artboard, and then drop an image into the board, I cannot click-drag both the image and board and move it (unless I’m missing something). It only moves the image within the board. My workaround is by moving the image off the board, moving the board, then putting the image back on the board. It would be nice to be able to click-drag both the board and image and move them both simultaneously.
A programme just like the new Affinity - where vector and raster are supported and there’s no need to jump from one app to another for each project, with Adobe’s most powerful tools, would be amazing and helpful to so many creatives.
In order to monitor the utility of these expensive licenses I'd like to be able to pull a report to show usage across the CC apps. Knowing what users are benefiting from this license would enable us to target our spend appropriately.
Hierdurch kann schnell gesehen wierden, ob die Zuordnung der User richtig ist, bzw. kann nach Rollen dann die Userliste sortiert werden.
With the addition of Variable Type to Illustrator, I would love to see supported in After Effects. The ability to interpolate between the many variables available would be a huge benefit in motion design, streamlining the current process and saving eons of time from the current arduous method. It would open doors to some pretty amazing things.
When using the healing brush or patch tool it creates workflow friction to have to change the diffusion by having to select it in the option bar and drag the slider or select the number. This could be alleviated by changing the keyboard number pad behavior in these instances from master opacity change to diffusion. This would bring the healing brush more in line with its siblings and cousins (clone tool, brush, history brush) where keypad input changes the parameters of the tool rather than the master opacity while the tool is active.Master opacity change is rarely needed in this instance and is often the source of accidental input that is potentially destructive and not noticed until later. This seems like a change had it been implemeted from the start would never have been questioned. I think no one is clamoring for the healing brush to be the only brush tool where master opacity remains accessible in the keypad.
Subject: Request for Permission to Use Adobe SoftwareHello Adobe Team,I hope you are well. I want to be honest with you. I am currently using a cracked version of Adobe software, and I recently learned that this is not allowed in my religion (Islam). Because of this, I do not want to continue using it without permission.I am a student and I rely on this software for learning, so I wanted to respectfully ask if you would allow me permission to continue using the version I have, or advise me on what I should do to use your software in a way that is lawful and acceptable.I respect your company and your work, and I want to do the right thing.Thank you for your time.Kind regards,
Like ppt smart art but way better.. please see gamma.ai for good examples
When in the Frame Mode for a shape masks add a way to show that a mask is keyframed on the current frame. eg by turning the mask outline and/or the transformbox red, and make it clearer red for keyframed frames and less red for non-keyframed frames (like how its done in AE) . Also add a buttons to jump between keyframes for the current mask. This would make it more obvious for users figuring out how the Clip/Frame Mode works and it will be faster to modify already set keyframes so you dont accidentally place keyframes too close to each other. This is also kinda how it works in Resolve.see attached mockup:
I think we could have Terrain/Cliffs dedicaded nodes in substance designer, we already have insane nodes to create cliffs and terrain, but i think if we mix something like we have on Gaea with substance designer nodes that already exist would be amazing, you could even also add some way to create Cliffs the same way too, cliffs to create modular pieces.
I am referring to the presets tab to the left of the single adjustments. When I use a preset it always adds a mask even with that setting turned off. I have my own presets I use for color correction and I most often do not need a mask when using the presets nor do I need it grouped. It add unnecessary items to the layers panel (masks and groups) and I like to name my layers.
The History panel in the Develop module is very useful for tracking editing steps, but it does not show when each step was made. When editing a photo across multiple sessions, it becomes difficult to know when specific adjustments were done. Adding a visible date and time stamp to each history entry would make it much easier to follow editing progress and manage changes over time. Since this information would increase the length of each history line, it would be helpful if timestamps could be shown as an optional setting that users can turn on or off, or shown on hover. Appreciate your consideration. Charis Pavlou
Please add a Find and Replace feature that allows us to easily find & replace within clip, bin, and sequence names. As an Assistant Editor, I'm constantly needing to do minor batch renaming to large numbers of clips and sequences in Premiere. Avid recently added this feature and it has been a godsend. I do not want to rename the original files in Finder, so Bridge is not an option.
The direct SVG-to-Shape Layer conversion does strange things under-the-hood and it’s messing up my Bake Shape to Individual Shape Layers. I now actually have to convert the SVG to Adobe AI in order to get a native SVG to bake nicely in AE, after first having to import the converted SVG-to-Adobe AI into AE.
I’d like to request a feature that would significantly improve Lightroom Classic as a media catalog, especially for modern hybrid photo/video creators. Request:Please allow Lightroom Classic to catalog and display unsupported video files (thumbnail + basic metadata + tagging), even if playback or editing is not supported. To be very clear:I am not asking for editing, scrubbing, reframing, or decoding support.I only want the file to be visible in the catalog so I know it exists. Why this matters Many of us use Lightroom Classic as our primary organizational hub — our “single pane of glass” to see all photo and video assets at a glance. However, Lightroom currently completely ignores video files it doesn’t recognize at the codec/container level. This makes those files effectively invisible, even though they are critical parts of our projects. A major real-world example: Insta360 cameras (X3, X4, X5) are now extremely common Their native video formats (e.g. .insv) are widely used These files are entirely invisible in Lightroom Classic This forces users to maintain parallel systems, proxy hacks, or external spreadsheets just to remember footage exists, which defeats the purpose of Lightroom as a catalog.
Shape layers could really use some love. I propose that the same way we add selectors and properties to Text Layer animations, should be used for Shape Layer Repeaters. Draw a square, repeat it 10 times, now add a range selector with position and scale. think of the cool mograph type effects you could create with that system, The best part, is that Shape Layers and Text Animators are practically cousins, so I don't think it would be to hard to implement. Bonus would be to also have the same path options that Text layers have as well, imagined if you could repeat along a path!!!!! so many possibilities. Also wiggly and expression selectors would open up so many new doors. Visual: https://i.imgur.com/wEQELHo.jpg
I work in blender. I've basically abandoned AE for anything but color and some moderate masking in post. Tracking can't be taken out of AE, or imported, and that leaves AE's once-great-now-subpar tracking toolset orphaned by an overly strict environment. As a 1st step in VFX that needs to be there till the end, it just can't fit in a workflow that is not 100% AE.
Firefly boards should have a local backup setup option for when either the internet breaks OR your servers fail. Something liek a snapshot button that makes a local backup would be a life saver.
Hi, community. Now is 2025. Nvidia has launched their 5000 videocards which boast the support for the 4:2:2 pro-grade color format, multiview-HEVC (MV-HEVC) for 3D and virtual reality (VR) video, and the new AV1 Ultra High Quality mode. They speak about 8 (EIGHT!) 4K streams in 60 FPS per decoder. In addition to that "the old" RTXs have long been able to decode a lot of other codecs flavours:Intel iGPUs have had even a wider range of codecs support:And there is Premiere Pro with all these BEAUTIFUL red crosses, left of the majority of codecs support. In 2025. I don't know whether it's some kind of conspiracy, coding difficulty or license issues, but having so few codecs support in a professional software like Premiere Pro in 2025 is unacceptable. Especially with the counter party impersonated by the BlackMagic with their software starting with a D, that long ago added more codecs support than Premiere Pro has even now. So, Adobe, please add the i(GPU) acceleration for other codec flavours to Premiere Pro too, will you?
Feature Request: "Toggle track output" shortcut. As an editor, I would like a keyboard shortcut for Toggle Track Output (the eyeballs) for each track. Edit: User Voice links are removed from this post. Please upvote!Use CaseI was running into the need to toggle track output today, where I'm nudging an edit point as I'm looping. One problem: I want to turn off the "camera clutter" clip on V2 momentarily as I adjust the edit point, then turn it back on (as I'm still looping). It works great with the mouse, and I'd much rather toggle it back on with a shortcut similar to my other timeline toggles. I find it a little odd that it is missing from Timeline shortcuts. Shortcuts exist for all the other timeline toggles. What do you think, community? Thanks,Kevin
Not just sound, music. As in the chord progression can be set, etc.
Video Transition Handles is a new feature in Premiere 26. Great if that’s your style but I’m doing hard cuts 99% of the time. If I need a transition, I’ll get select one. The icons keep getting in the way of dragging the clip as well as extending or trimming the clip. Looking for a way to turn it off.
