Absolutely love the new border tool...just wish I could add the borders to multiple photos in Lightroom Mobile.
Often it is difficult to tell what is the reason for a performance bottleneck. For debug purposes, Lr likely has detailed logging/capturing capability of the system. It would be awesome to add a minimal tool to show where the largest lags are. e.g. Disk, memory, CPU, GPU, network.... Tim
Beyond the name, it would be nice to be able to capture additional attributes about people. For example, I have a large extend family, a few with the same name. It would be handy to be able to differentiate between two Bob's that were born 60 years apart. I currently put the birth year in () to differentiate. Or friends with the same name, I again use () for some additional data to differentiate them. Therefore, it would be handy to be able to create groups and have people organizaed under the group, or have the ability for custom attributes for each person (a fixed number of attributes is fine, two or three would easily handle all my use cases).
There should be an option to sort albums and folders together, instead of folders always appearing first. I have lots of folders where the children are a mix of folders and albums (based on the sub-organization lower in the tree) and I would like them to be sorted together; otherwise, it looks wrong because the children aren't sorted alphabetically, or I can't use dates in the names because the dates will be out of order.
Photoshop is long overdue for a proper Cryptomatte plugin / full support so that we can use cryptomattes like we do in virtually every other piece of compositing software (including AE). Why isn't this already a thing? It's looong overdue.
Hello Community!I have an idea which maybe can help many users:Maybe the Adobe team can Add new IA feature for blending whether seperate or in the Harmonize Feature (adding prompt option which can help blending or mixing images)
When copy/pasting a Lumetri effect (or crop effect, etc) to one or more clips that already have that same effect applied, I often want to replace the existing effect in the clip(s) rather than add a second copy of it. Giving users a new "Paste & Replace" shortcut such as Ctrl+Shift+V so that they can decide on-the-fly if they want to add an effect or replace any existing copies of that same effect would be extremely handy! If the "Paste & Replace" shortcut is used on a clip that doesn't already have a copy of the effect being pasted, it would simply work as a regular paste (Ctrl+V). If a clip already contains several instances of an effect, then using "Paste & Replace" would remove all previous instances. If the user wants to always replace existing effects by default, they could simply change the "Paste & Replace" shortcut from Ctrl+Shift+V to Ctrl+V. This would put full control in the hands of the users! Please consider adding this simple little shortcut that would be a big time saver!
Enable Hover Scrub in Source, Project, and Timeline. Pls.
I'd love to see an app on my ipad that I can do fireflyboards with. I currently use your competitor figma for this becuase its easy to do on my iPad and on my computer wihtout odd web browser stuff happening
Adobe FireflyI'd like to suggest the ability to turn effects on/off rather than deleting them at the prompt to speed up complex ideation experiments. Exerimenting with combinations could be a lot faster this way - instead of having to re-navigate to the required effect and applying it all over again.
Indeed, this is absolutely not “Photoshop on iPad” as stated and promised in the lead up to launch! You must quickly include the Pen tool to create paths as this is a basic essential of compositing! Please do this quickly. Thank you.
It seems that each new generation is based on the same seed, this makes the picture very similar. You print promt and press generateIt turns out a picture with seed 324 for exampleEnter a new promptAnd the countdown of seeds all the same starts from number 324 I would recommend that you use a new seed every time you generate. Well, as an option, it would be nice to add the ability to select a seed number / random. Thanks.
Look, I get keeping the images to thumbnail size to increase the speed at which the images are produced, but as a middle-aged person, the images are simply too small to provide enough visual information for my brain to process whether the image has met my expectations or not. (Frankly, this is a rather common form of ageism that ignores UX Best Practices.) Currently in order to view the images produced (whether single or in groups, and regardless of AI engine) I have to place the image on the board, enlarge it, and zoom in. That is A LOT of unnecessary work for the user (and I highly doubt I'm alone in feeling this way.) I have no objection to producing only a single image, if that's indeed faster. And, as a user, I don't mind waiting while the AI "thinks." I just want it to produce an image I can see on a 17" laptop screen without having to use a magnifying glass to see the detail. I should also call out that I get far superior results from Gemini than Firefly. But I do like Firefly and the new boards. I just think some small (no pun intended) UI updates could have a significant impact for your end users. I'm sure the AI will improve with use and input. I look forward to (hopefully) seeing improvements.
I have a number of times tried the AI based removal tool. When the person/object crosses higher contrast areas, such as in shadow cast by a building, or a the object/person partially blocks a body of water the AI based removal usually does a poor job. Often I have a second image taken within a few moments in which the person/object has moved. It would be very nice if there was a way to point the AI to retreive the image data from the second image instead of attempting to generate the removed area. Going a step further, multiple source images would be the best solution, think of the ability to take multiple shots of a semi crowded street, and have the AI remove people by using multiple shots as people have moved and being able to peice together the images. When doing Voice Overs the Auto-Scrolling for the timeline is diabled.Would be nice, if scrolling also works while your are in Voice Over Mode. Not sure if it is a bug, so I ask for a feature request.
Premiere Pro’s current font sizing system (0–400) feels arbitrary and creates unnecessary friction for editors who need consistency across platforms. In most design and creative software—such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects—font size is measured in pixels (px) or points (pt), which allows for precision and predictable scaling. By adopting “pixel size” as the standard unit in Premiere Pro, Adobe would not only align its video editor with industry norms, but also give editors a clearer, more transferable way to design supers, lower thirds, and captions that match branding guidelines. This change would eliminate guesswork, improve cross-software consistency, and ultimately save time in professional workflows.
Lightroom Mobile currently restricts lens corrections to the built-in profile list, which excludes vintage and adapted lenses. Please add: Custom profile import (.LCP) Flat-field correction from a reference DNG Benefits: parity with desktop workflows; accurate correction for distortion, vignetting, CA, and sensor color shading; better results for the growing community using adapted and vintage lenses;
I’d like to suggest a feature for Lightroom on iOS: the option to automatically delete photos from the iOS Photo Library after they’ve been successfully imported into Lightroom. This would help keep the device’s storage organized and avoid having duplicate copies (one in the iOS Photos app and one in Lightroom). Right now, the process is manual, and it can become time-consuming when importing large batches of photos. Having an automatic “delete after import” toggle (similar to what exists in some other photo management apps) would make the workflow much smoother and more efficient.
CURRENT WORKFLOW:I used extended markers to mark good sections of clips, sounds bites, etc.... This is useful because when I'm editing I can open a long interview clip, or long b-roll clip, and quickly see every section of the clip that has good moments or sound bites. THE PROBLEM:There is no quick way to mark an In and Out point that matches the extended marker range. I can navigate directly to the start of the marker using the keyboard and mark an In point, but there is no option to navigate to the end of the extended marker range to mark an Out point. Instead, I have to manually play or click near the end to mark my out point. This is time consuming and inaccurate. FEATURE REQUEST:My feature request is a keyboard shortcut that sets an In/Out point that matches the In/Out point of an extended marker. This would make it faster and more accurate to edit from clips with extended markers.
Please make it possible to create custom folders for fonts so that users can organize them according to their needs! I think that this will be a very convenient feature cause there are a huge number of fonts and they are all different and suitable for different styles and tasks.
Can't figure out how I can make a keyboard shortcut to directly go into the master clip settings of a clip selected in the timeline... I'm thinking Shift + 5 goes to the effects panel, but switching to the master clip settings has to be by mouse click??? Would be great to be able to assign 1 keyboard key combo.Keyboard shortcuts:Under Panels > Effect Controls Panel there should be:Select Clip TabSelect Master Tab But this isn't available. Would be great since I'm colour correcting a lot of R3D footage on a daily basis from within Premiere.
