Flexible Subscription PlanOpen for Voting

I suggest a flex plan for the "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" plan.  I assume the majority of subscribers use only a handful of the included apps.  How many of those creatives feel they are wasting money on apps they will never use?  A quick YouTube search of "Adobe alternatives" yields a large number of results because the perceived value of a Creative Cloud subscription is not at the level it could be. I believe a flex plan that allows customization of what is included in the plan would boost overall subscription sales for Adobe.  In addition, this type of plan would allow Adobe to craft a much more powerful marketing message.  Rather than "Get 20+ creative apps", the message becomes "Get exactly what you need to maximize your true potential." I believe a "credit" system would provide the basis for a great subscription plan. The numbers I have provided below are illustrative only.  How this would work:While multiple levels or packages (different price points and credit amounts or bundled apps) may be a better offer, for brevity, I am using only a single subscription plan example.A monthly subscription costs $50 / month and includes 25 credits.A new subscriber selects how to allocate those credits. For example:Pr = 2 creditsLr = 2 creditsAi = 3 creditsPs = 3 creditsSt = 6 creditsPt = 3 creditsDs = 3 creditsMd = 3 creditsTotal:  25 credits Maybe this allocation could be changed over the life of the subscription. Alternative plan ideas could be based on a core package plus some number of credits.  For example, 3 or 4 essential apps for the graphic designer (or VFX artist, 3D designer, etc.) plus 6 credits to be allocated by the subscriber.  The subscriber gets access to what they need, eliminating the perception that money is being wasted on apps that will never be used.  In fact, the opposite happens.  With the buyer in control, the perceived value skyrockets.   Adobe, I'd be happy to expound on my ideas.  Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions. --DRLarkin

Automatization of audio/video synchronizationOpen for Voting

Hi team! We’re currently localizing a significant amount of content into multiple languages and are exploring ways to automate parts of our workflow. While there are several useful shortcuts, adding a few additional options would be greatly beneficial. Here’s an outline of our current workflow:We start with a source file (mp4 and SRT) where the SRT is segmented by full sentences for use in audio recordings of localized content.I create a new sequence from the mp4, import the SRT, and make edits/cuts based on the SRT segments to prepare the sequence for localized audio. (I use shortcuts "Go to next caption segment" and "Add edit") (attached image_01.jpg)Because the localized audio is often different in length from the original, I then adjust each segment individually, moving and matching it to the corresponding localized audio segment. (attached image_02.jpg) This brings me to my request: Is there a possibility of a shortcut to accomplish the following? Synchronize Segments with Audio Edits: A shortcut to “track” the selected (or previous) video segment/edit to the nearest audio edit, thus aligning all original video segments with their respective localized audio segments. While this would leave empty gaps between segments, I could then use the Rate Stretch Tool to expand each segment to fill its entire empty space. (attached image_03.jpg) Auto-Stretch to Fit Empty Space: If possible, a shortcut that would automatically “stretch” each video segment to fill the corresponding empty space (similar to the “Extend Selected Edit to Playhead” function but with stretching instead of extending). This would save significant time by allowing for quick adjustments without manual stretching. Thank you for considering these adjustments, which would make our process far more efficient!Matej

P: Create and check off client edit requests within the development module?Open for Voting

As a 15 year veteran of Lightroom, this is one which would greatly help speed up the workflow process.   The idea: Have a section for edit requests within the Development Module to: Have the ability to Add requests for image editing from clients or team leader. (we would be typing in the requests or pasting them in.) Have the ability to make notes on each request for instance: you can make comments like - I am able to do this request with some modifications. Make comments on what was done to achieve the edit requests. Have the ability to check off requests as they are completed. Have a timer start button for each request, Have a timer stop when they are checked off as complete.   Why the development module?   Better efficiency means better productivity.   In a typical workflow sequence, once images have been selected and filtered, there is no reason to move out of the development module until work is complete.   Having to go back into, say, the library module and look under meda for request is merely a compromise and wastes an inordinate amount of time. In any case, none of the medadata Fields provide a way to check off what has been done, and no way to tell timewise how much time has been spent on that particular edit.   Would love to hear back from the community what do you think?   Cheers!
