Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I use LR and dxo Pureraw together. I first sharpen my photos in Pureraw and then edit them in LR. Unfortunately I can't use Pureraw within LR as when I right clik on the photo and select "edit in" Pureraw, the .nef format changes to .tiff which is useless for Pureraw as it only works with raw files. An option for raw format will be very helpful.

Ich habe seit 3 Tage das Problem, dass ich beim Nutzen der KI-Rauschreduzierung nur noch diese Darstellung bekomme. Das Bild wird im Endergebnis dann auch komplett so dargestellt, nach Nutzung der KI. Ich nutze einen DELL mit NIVIDIA RTX2000 Ada Generation, x64 basierter Prozessor, 64-Bit-Betriebssystem.  LR wurde immer geupdated, ist also die neueste Version.  Generell habe ich das Problem, seit Einführung der Funktion noch nie gehabt.  Vielen Dank für die Hilfe! 

Hello everybody.i need help, cause since 5 months i speak with Dell but they dont understand nothing. They already changed my motherboard, but nothing changed.While using Lightroom 8.2 (in connection with Photoshop too) i find problems: slowdowns, software crashes, the fan working at full speed. To get a Preset preview I have to wait up to 30 sec., when i work with the mask there are always problem, in Modify Menu the Refinemet at the end doenst work....My Graphic card is NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060, 8 GB GDDR6, ive made a lot of settings change, i reinstalled the software...I really dont know how to solve....Could anyone help me?Thanks

Hey guys, i've been having issues exporting a few photos, most others export fine, just a few that won't. I'm on the latest version of Lightroom, i've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled lightroom, and stored the album locally. I don't get a specific error code. I'll attatch a screenshot below. I do need these photos tomorrow so help would be much appreciated! Earlier when i right click and then get to the export page the left side which usually has the picture was blank/grey, i tried disabling watermark and content credentials but nothing changed, after restarting the app i could see the picture when i export but it always stopped and would send the error thing when the exporting got close to the end.Thank you for your help!

After AI denoising is applied the newly denoised image is pusthed as last in the list and the Sorting is being changed automatically to Custom type. Sometimes it stays in place where it should be but sometimes it changes the sorting. This bug has been for soo long I I dont know why it is still not fixed. Please fix this! I dont want the app to decide what sorting I should have.

Recently have noticed that when I am importing images from SD card to desktop PC it comes up with message "the destination folder NAS drive is unavailable, using Pictures folder instead".  Why is this as it used to work?  Why does it not work now?  I have a NAS Synology drive that I store everything on.

Hi all. Every time I try to AI Denoise my .CR2 photos, Lightroom freezes up after I hit "Denoise" for about 2 minutes, then gives up on all the other photos in the batch. I have denoised the same images before. I have a Ryzen 7 8700F and an RTX 4060Ti (8gb) with 32GB 5200Mhz memory.  My old rig had a GTX 1660Super and could denoise the same format images perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I've seen multiple solutions but they all only worked for me once and have not permanently fixed the issue.

How do you remove an empty album from Lightroom? No .... NOT Lightroom Classic ... Lightroom. TY

I am wondering why Adobe has not been able to figure out how to prepare photos for print in Lightroom desktop? I don't use Lightroom classic as I use the cloud, I don't find it very effective to have to save my file to my desktop then have to open the dinasour of a program Lightroom Classic to soft proof and add borders to be able to print my images. I am not a big photoshop user also because I just haven't had the time to learn an even more complicated program to work with my images.  Maybe I am missing something here but if it is not going to get solved sooner rather that later, I think I will be bidding adu to Adobe and there programs. Please help Jeremy

Can I merge 2 albums into one in Lightroom?  Not talking about Classic ... regular Lightroom.  TY

How do I exclude the cache and the smart previews from my Time Machine backup? Also, is Time Machine an acceptable method of backing up the catalogue file, seeing as edits are synced to local storage? Or, is it impossible to restore the catalogue and better to exclude this too and resync from the cloud?

I'm using Lightroom 5.2 on Windows laptop, fully updated.    I'm currently being frustrated by a recurrent issue where after deleting several files, Lightroom will stop sending files to the deleted trash can when I delete them and instead will 'grey out' the file in the folder and let it sit there indefinitely. If you try to right click and re select delete the option is no longer there. I've tried shutting the program and restarting it and mostly that works but I'm getting tired of doing that as a solution!   My cloud storage is full, my local storage is filling and I'm trying to clear out after a week away on holidays taking tons of photos but I'm handicapped.    The same thing is happening with the deleted folder. When the files stop being deleted, I stop being able to empty the trash can and clear my storage. Restarting generally solved this but again, tiresome.    Help please! This is the second time I've encountered this issue and not been able to find anyone with a fix. The first time I had this problem, I fixed it by deleting my entire lightroom library and re-uploading everything. For obvious reasons, I don't want to have to do that regularly. Every time I'm editing a photo and click on the "remove" tool, lightroom crashes. I've cleared the cache, I've updated by app, I've updated my graphics drivers, I've updated my computer, I've restarted my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom, and nothing changes. Without fail, the second I click on the remove tool, before I've even tried using it, the app freezes completely. This isn't an ongoing permanent issue. It didn't happen when I first got Lightroom, and then it just randomly started happening one day. I tried to fix it for days and nothing worked, so I deleted everything, reuploaded, and it worked again. Now, it's back again. I don't want to go the nuclear route this time. Usi

Hi!I have a question about syncing my 20,000 photos from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Mobile. Objective: I would like to view ALL photos from my LrC-catalog (MacBook) on the iPhone and iPad..Initial situation: The photos in my catalog are on an external SSD and in around 500 folders, for example 20250305_Holiday Sicily, etc.LrC and Lr installed on MacBook, LrM installed on iPhone and iPad. Synchronization is activated and working.It would be elegant if you could create and synchronize smart collections - but unfortunately that is not possible.Moving all 20,000 photos to the "All synchronized photos" folder is not an option for me because of the confusion.I currently see only 1 possible solution:I could create a collection from each of the 500 folders in the catalog and then synchronize these 500 collections.Pro:Folder structure on mobile devices is identical to the folder structure in LrC.Cons: Complex creation of 500 collections.Changes in the folders in the catalog would not b

I'm new for LR mobile. just subscription.Last week, I use LR Mobile "Select Subject" in Masking feature and get separate mask of each part (such as teeth, eye, lip etc.) in masking result.But today, when I use this feature, both iOS and Android (both .jpg and raw), I just get a one mask of the whole subject.Now, so confuse.What I do wrong in setting ? orIs there this feature in LR mobile ?

I have a problem with Lightroom that is not related to my version, as it's a recurring bug that has been happening for years and occurs randomly. (Currently on version 8.1) When I work, I edit photos, delete some, etc. But at some point, Lightroom stops saving my actions. For example, if I edit 10 photos, close, and reopen the software, it will have only saved the edits for the first 5. I mainly notice it when deleting a photo: Normally, the photo turns gray and disappears after a few seconds. When the bug occurs, the photo stays gray indefinitely. I can continue editing, but I know that if I close and reopen Lightroom, all subsequent actions will not be saved.

It would make my import so much more easy. Hello, Can anyone instruct me on how to open a CR3 file in Lightroom mobile or on a MacBook pro

I now have lightroom on both computer and phone. I immediately dumped thousands of images onto my computer and noticed to my dismay as I opened the app that 1. It just tried to download everything onto my phone and that 2. There was no ability to only tell the phone to download one particular folder. There seems to only be the option to manually download one picture at a time. Request: to have the ability to select an album or folder and "import pictures" such that only the content of the album or folder becomes locally accessible on the phone. The current setup makes the lightroom phone app borderline unusable once you've tried to sync it with a computer.

I have been going back and forth deciding between LrC and Lr.  I have decided on Lr.   I have a modest amount of photos currently in LrC at about 8000.  Many but not all are synced to the cloud.  if i export my catalog in lrc that has many of the pics synced to the cloud when I import that catalog to LR will those files replace the synced files (which are just previews now) in lr or will I end up with duplicates?
