Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Fice smooth problems esus  

When I open Creative Cloud, it only shows LrC, PS, and Camera Raw as installed apps.  It shows Lightroom (desktop v8.1) is not installed.  However, I do have it installed and I use it regularly.  Screenshot attached. Is this because I originally installed Lightroom via the Mac App store (that's also where I install updates from)?  

I only have 10 photos loaded onto Lightroom however it is taking up 56GB in my phone. What do I do to clear it without losing my presets?  (Thread title edited by Moderator)

I used to have zero issues exported video, for the past month I haven't been able to, doesn't matter which method I use all i get it an error or the app crashes. My s24 keeps wanting to put the app to sleep as it's constantly crashing when attempting to export videos. I've never had this problem, I also know I'm not the only one going through this. I pay $75AUD per year can someone please help me resolve this crap ???

Hello, I have a Premium subscription but it does not appear in my subscription plan via my Adobe account. I need to access it in order to update from the 20 GB formula to the 1TB formula in the context of switching from one iPhone to another (without losing my presets). Can anyone help ? Many thanks ! I used duplicate and invert mask a lot as subject detect rarely gets the bird accurately.  Went into LR Mobile on my IPad this evening, and it is no longer there!  There is a select background now, but using that would mean having to do the same adjustments again!  What is going on!

I'm starting the year cleaning up after unsyncing thousands of photos from LR Cloud the wrong way. I'm on the right track now, but here's what I'm trying to solve. I need to free up a ton of space on my Adobe account, and I want to get every single synced photo I added on mobile off of mobile, and reorganized:I have about 10,000 photos taken with my mobile phone, and imported into LR Cloud, and synced with LR Classic. They show up as synced photos in LR Classic.They are stored in the Adobe Lightroom Cloud Photos folder on my computer (a NAS more specifically).For all my photos added via LR Classic (from cameras / memory cards) they are organized in a folder structure also on my NAS. They're organized by month, and theme (ex: 2025 > 01 January 2025 > 01 January 2025 - Family). I have been using an additional 1TB of storage alongside my standard 1TB Lightroom Cloud package for several months now. However, whenever I reach 1.05TB, syncing stops, even though the total capacity is shown as 2TB. Dear Adobe Team, why am I paying €11.89 per month for an extra TB if I can only use 50GB of it? And please, no suggestions about what I can try to reactivate syncing. I’ve tried everything. Hi, I tried to export edited videos from lightroom, but it just stops without any notification. I read from others that they have the same problem. Mac sonoma 14.6.1, adobe lightroom 8.1 Anyone have a solution?

When Editing photos from IPhone, how to keep all picture info, such as location, date, face, etc..?

In a recent version update on mobile, the ability to swipe between images (in full screen view), went away. Which now, it's incredibly inefficient to click the back arrow to exit full screen view, select the next image, open full screen view, edit, click back, etc, instead of just being able to swipe left and right to navigate through images. Please add this back in.

Hi!I'm new to lightroom and editing in general, I used denoise on RAW files which created DNG files which I then exported to create JPG files, the issue is that the image that appears is the original image (not denoised) and the denoised version only appears when I click on the image (and keep the touchpad in a clicked position). I am using a Mac, how do I just access the denoised file?(See images for example of how the file appears vs the enhanced version appearing when clicked)

Using the catalogus.I doesn't want the web version. Averything at my PC.In the old version I use the catogus for which photo's I want to show to others or what are the best photo's of my vacation. For the last month the geometry features have not worked correctly, in fact, it makes the geometry far worse. Is this a new release bug that everyone is experiencing? Thanks in advance. (iPad Lightroom mobile app) 

How do I enable comments on my photos in Lightroom?

This is a question/conundrum at this point, not a bug. I've raised suggestions on synchronisation before but this is a slightly different variant on that. I was shooting a wedding yesterday. Last night, in the hotel room, I plugged an SD Card Reader into my iPhone and opened LR. I went to import all the files just for backup (planning to delete them later and backup properly). I imported a whole bunch of JPG+ARW files and then LR crashed. Oh.When I realised it had crashed I decided that my temporary backup solution (I don't usually work away from home) wasn't so good and pulled the SD reader out of my phone. But when I re-launched LR files kept getting added. I deleted them and they kept getting added. Eventually I found the two actions, one was importing and the other synchronising. I was able to stop the import, delete all the imported files, and that seemed to be that... apart from it kept wanting to synchronise files that no longer existed. Back home again I did my r

Bonjour, J'ai un message d'erreur de Lr (Cloud based) sous Windows qui se synchronise mais signale des photos non-valides (voir capture). Quand je clique sur "Afficher" à droite de "Présence d'éléments non-valides", la fenêtre pop-up de synchronisation se ferme mais rien ne se passe. Quand je filtre "toutes mes photos" selon leur "état de synchronisation",  il n'y en a aucune en "erreur" ou en "synchronisation". Quand je parcours mes photos, je n'en vois pas avec des points d'exclamation (mais j'en ai plus de 40000 donc je ne peux pas toutes les vérifier). J'utilise aussi LrC et Lr Mobile et les deux applications ne signalent aucun problème de synchronisation. Quand je modifie une photo dans LrC ou Lr Mobile, les modifications se synchronisent bien dans Lr (Cloud). L'inverse fonctionne aussi.Lr Web ne signale rien non plus, même si je n'ai pas trouvé comment vérifier la synchronisatoin dans cette version de Lr. Je ne sais pas comment faire disparaitre ce m

hello! i tried to denoise an older foto of mine. ai denoise does not work. lightroom says: ai denoise does not work because the original foto cant be downloaded. so only the reduced smart watch file is availabel and ai denoise works with the original raw. why lightroom has this error? i can download the original file from the adobe website but i cant re import it in lightroom as lightroom says this file already exists.. can someone help me?
