hye..i want to ask..why when i want to export my photos after edit in lightroom..suddenly popup error that " Could Not Export photo,,please reopen and try again"..someone plis help me..tq

**previous post on LR classic and a guy said my topic should be in this forum so hope someone can explain me for more ** I am a newby here and confusing to use Lightroom. i would like to ask if1) lightroom for mobile unable to change curve to edit a video on mobile version?2) if yes, then to do edit video curve need to download it on PC version only?3) i saw lot of LUTs/Presets to buy but those can use on PC version only? Hola! necesito ayuda. Cuando estoy editando fotos en lightroom e intento usa alguna de las herramientas de corrección de imagen como eliminación de manchas, corrección con IA generativa, etc, el programa se traba, se ve pixelado y deja de funcionar aun que lo deje un tiempo sin hacer nada. Luego le cuesta cerrarse y tengo que acabar forzando el cierre con el administrador de tareas. ¿Qué es lo que puede estar pasando aquí? porque acaba siendo un trabajo muy tedioso el editar fotos. Si me podéis ayudar sería espectacular.Gracias

So whenever I am in Lightroom and I click on the Healing Brush Tool, it will say that Lightroom isnt responding and just stays like that forcing me to shut it down manually. I have tried a few things such as changing the graphic performance but that diddnt work. Hi allHave Lightroom 7.5 on PC with windows 10I have issues when I have loaded images to the cloud to work on. Before I work on them the image is good, however if I go to an image I have adjusted, it loads properly ie crisp and correct image adjustments but then goes blurred (particularly if I have cropped the shot). Then of course I don’t know if the image is good in the cloud or not, I cannot adjust it at all, And don’t know if I should save to my personal storage or start again.I have good fibre optic cable into the building; although in the building it is pre-fibre optic cable.Would it be anything to do with memory in my PC?How do I fix this please and why is it happening? Also – when I use in crop option in LR, it works for the first couple, but then it shows only the last image I have cropped. The only option is to close down and start again – can I fix this please?Any help gratefully receivedTIARob Townsend

Hi all, I've been battling with turning off the auto-application of `Enable Lens Correction` when a new image is added the directory I have open.  I've got my `Lightroom > Preferences > Import > Raw Defaults` preset set to one I've created that has that setting turned off, this works for CR3 files but doesn't seem to apply to DNG files. Is there a way to make it apply to those too that I'm missing? Thanks

Hey, it says when im trying to use the ai denoise feature : "removing noise is for now not compatible with this photoformat". What does that mean? ive got some very noisy images that i now dont edit because this feature doesnt work. Can I or you do anything to fix it? (if anything isnt correctly answered, I tried translating from swedish to english) 

Hi I just upgraded to the canon R 6 2 and using a high speed memory card. When I transfered over 700 photos into adobe lightroom the photos where out of order. Has anybody ever had this issue? I'm not sure if its a Lightroom issue or a camera setting issue.  I have looked through the camera menu without help.  When tranferring to a computer file from Lightroom they are in order, but when uploading to my sharing site they are out of order again.

Hi there!I used the cloud based Lightroom since 2018 but since this academic year (since September) I seem to have lost all of my images. This also happened around the time Adobe required me to log in through the new student/surfspot portal instead of the old subscription portal. I got my license through surfspot.nl a Dutch online portal for students to (among other things) purchase a discounted version of the creative suite.  I'm working with Lr version 6.5 on a 2019 Macbook Pro.Does anyone know how to retrieve my previously uploaded images?Thanks in advance

Hi, I've just started Lightroom and have gone for the Lr version, installed to my computer. The first 5 days or so had no issues then I started getting hangs and stutters. Then about 3-4 days after that I started getting full system crashes, only when using Lr. The first two went to full Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) with the error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, the subsequent 3-4 have just crashed the computer which then restarts itself. I don't know whether Lr/Adobe CC is submitting error/crash reports as I receive no actual error messages. First indication I get that it's a full crash and not a stutter is the mouse fully freezing.  having issues with logging onto Lightroom for my desktop.  I have redownloaded on 2 computers to no avail.  When it open on one it says, "Lightroom could not connect to the server" When I open on the other it says, "Lightroom failed to initialize due to an internal error, login server error "connection_error': Error with registration PUT: Failed to connect to photos.adove.io port 443: timed out. No problem with My Phone and iPad, works well only problem with PC side. Any Fix? thanks.

Every time I have tried to go into Profiles under Edit today, Lightroom crashes. I'm on a Samsung S23 Ultra. I've restarted my phone, cleared my cache... Nothing has worked. 

In my Lr Mobile app, there is no option to takes photos in RAW. I don't see anything in the settings, also as in the pro camera mode it self. Murena 2 (Murena Two), /e/OS (Android 13)

I use Lightroom Online to share my clients' photos with them for viewing and downloading. Is this a proper use for Lightroom Online or does Adobe have a better option I should use? I don't want to use Dropbox because I'm already paying for Adobe Cloud.

I used to used LrC but moved to Lr to import all files about 3 years ago.  All my new files have the originals stored on the cloud. I have, however, a lot of old files which show on lightroom info Sync Status as having only a smart preview on the cloud.Is there any way to copy this file so that the original is in the cloud? I tried adding it again, but the interface wont allow me to as it shows as having been previously added. I thought migrating a catalogue from LrC might move the files, but apparently it only stores a smart preview in the cloud.

Hardware: Samsung S24 UltraOS: Android 14 (One UI 6.1)LR Mobile version: 9.5.0 Expected result: I can view and edit the HEIF files (or at least LR mobile does not crash)Actual result: Once the thumbnail for the HEIF image appears on screen when scrolling in the Gallery, the application crashes soon after. I cannot attach the image file because its format (HEIF, .HIF) does not match any of the accepted file formats. If someone can figure out a way to attach it I am happy to provide the file. Attached is a view of the application just before it crashes. It crashes less than half a second after the indicated thumbnails come onscreen. You can get these files from a Nikon Zf, Z6iii, or Z8 with the Tone Mode set to HLG in the SHOOTING menu and any image format setting except RAW only. I have tried clearing the application's cache, and also uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Hello, My suggestion is this: After making basic tone adjustments to an image in Lightroom Desktop (Local, not the cloud version) and then sending the image from there to Photoshop, I would love to see Lightroom re-import the image after I'm finished with my Photoshop edits.  

I'm trying lightroom on my android phone. It won't save my edited photos in raw format. If I save as raw photo it saves the unedited original. That's of no use. Downloading a photo to the phone shrinks the file too much for me. You can export a photo instead to get a larger jpg but it would be good if this could be set as a default.

When I click on an edited photo its setting changes in LR mobile, i.e there is a difference between thumbnail and actual edited photo.  Why it is happening with certain photos and what's the solution for it?
