Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello everyone, I have been using Lightroom CC for a while now and had accumulated 20K+ of photos.  When I opened the program yesterday, it looked totally different and there were a total of 393 photos.  Some of the photos I hadn't seen in a while, some were much newer - taken this past weekend.  To my knowledge, I did not do anything differently opening the software than my normal procedure.  I believed that all my photos were backed up in the Cloud, but whether I select "Cloud" or "Local", the same 393 photos appear, not the 20K+.  I'm desperate to recover the photos - any suggestions would be helpful.   Also, some of the posts that I have read talk about backing up a copy of the Lightroom library from time to time.  I assumed that the "Cloud" was my backup.  How do I back up a Lr library in Lr CC?   Thank-you in advance.

Lightroom updated yesterday, now when I start it, it crashes about 10-20 sec afterwards. MacOS, Mac Mini M1.  Anyone else have this problem?

Unable to open raw files on Samsung tablet anymore in lightroom mobile,  I have just found out that I can import the files from the camera lead and that works, but it means I can no longer edit from SD card ?

Version 9.4.1Samsung Tablet S6 Lite Every time I  go to edit photos, the app takes forever to load, and crashes after editing e or 4 pictures. I use this app for my job, and pay the annual amount. What a I supposed to do if the app isn't even working?  I would really appreciate it the app wasn't crashing every 5 minutes to the point where my tablet is telling me to put the app into a deep sleep to avoid battery drainage.

Hi - I have recently bought a new Nikon Z8 and taken the first few photos. Hvae then uploaded to macbook via NX studio. I can see the photos there but when I try to add to Lightroom CC it says the raw images cannot be added as file is damaged or not supported. I must be missing something? Can anyone help?

Good day, hopefully someone can assist.My Lightroom crashes as soon as it is open, or a few seconds afterwards. I have turned the GPU accelerator off, I have uninstalled and re-installed it, I have run a diagnostic tool on my RAM and all my apps are up to date, including Lightroom. It has been doing this for a few months now, but is worse the last month. I have seen a few suggestions for settings in Lightroom, but most of the time I cannot navigate in Lightroom because it crashes so quickly.

Running macOS Big Sur 11.4 and Adobe Lightroom 4.3 on an M1 Mac Mini. Within the past week, when I open the Lightroom application I get an error saying "Can't connect to the server. Lightroom is having trouble connecting to the server. Please try again later." This has been going on for a week. I have zero internet issues. I can access my photo albums online and on my iPhone app. I alreayed uninstalled all Adobe applications (including Creative Cloud) and reinstalled them, but still get the same error. Anyone else with this problem? Solutions?

Is anyone else experiencing albums not uploading or syncing to their iPad Lightroom once they sync and upload to their desktop or laptop version of Lightroom?

What is the best method of archiving images that don’t impact copies in other albums. More details of my current workflow... I'm trying to adopt using lightroom cloud because of an ipad / desktop workflow. While travelling using an ipad, I start by exporting all images into a new album that is used for culling. As i cull and edit, i add images i want to keep in a separate albums represented as different ongoing projects and themes. The albums are usually titled date, title and finally exported when the theme is complete.  Now that the cloud storage is getting full, it is time to remove some of the culling albums, but keep themed albums. I can do this with the archiving feature on the desktop; and i can browse the file in the 'locally stored' options on the desktop.  The problem I am having is that when i archive the culling album to clear up cloud storage, it deletes all the images in the exporting album. Can some one tell me I'm missing tools from the app I'm looking for the reset button which was on the bottom now I can't find it at all to edit pictures

I got Lightroom today and am running Lightroom 7.4 on Windows 10. The app crashes every time I make a mask(or very soon after). This only happens when I make a mask. Any idea about what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Oi pessoal, estou com um problema, meu app não quer abrir link de preset, quando eu Clico no link e escolho o app lightroom pra abrir ele não abre e mostra "sem acesso a internet", alguém sabe como resolver isso?

L'ajout de photos de mes albums vers un album partagé ne fonctionne pas. dans mon Lr desk je vois les photos dans l'album partagé avec une coche "à jour", mais le fichier n'est pas dispo ni en local ni dans le cloud et le détenteur de l'album partagé ne voit pas mes photos. 

With the new Dev Beta of Vision OS 2, users have the ability to 'spatilized' a 2D Photo. Once spatilized, I noticed that LR is unable to read the file. I accidently click "share" for an album and now I can't change it. I have looked EVERYWHERE on the web Lightroom. How can I stop sharing publicly an album? 

Hello. I would like to ask - how to fix overexposed panorama photosIn single file everything has ton of data in highlight and shadows, but once stitching them in panorama highlights are completely destroyed and overexposed. How to prevent that! I spent so many hours trying to work around it. 

I am using Lightroom cloud version on PC (however I'm not using the cloud, just Local) to edit RAW photos but it is incredibly slow, even slowing other apps on laptop, which is a new Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 (12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1245U, and Intel Iris XE integrated graphics). Surely a new laptop can run lightroom? Is there some way to create smart previews like in Lightroom Classic? The images are located on the computers internal hard drive (which are also backed up through OneDrive), accessed in lightroom in the "Local" tab. It does seem to get slower the more photos in a folder I edit (photos shown in a row down the bottom).I'm wondering if its slow because I'm trying to edit the full RAW file when I should be just editing some sort of preview instead? Any tips to speed up LR would be appreciated.Thanks

These two are the same photo. The first one is a screen capture from my pc and the second one is on my phone. I don’t understand why the photo on my pc look so overexpose, nothing has been done to it and photo is saved to the cloud but looks different when accessed on my pc. Help!
