Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am having problems with Lightroom.I had been editing in Lightroom on my Dell laptop for weeks. I had to go on a trip, but needed to keep editing, so I downloaded Lightroom on my iPad mini (5th gen). Images were blurry so it was hard to do any editing, so I didn't do much on my trip, if anything. I came back and opened Lightroom on my laptop... and now the images won't sharpen as much on my laptop as much as they did before my trip. The brightness/exposure appears excessive on my laptop too, even on images I did not edit on the iPad.I assumed it was some sort of syncing problem but I can't figure it out. I have already assured that my laptop is not in night mode and is at a proper brightness. Also, no changes show up in version hsitory since I didn't make any edits.PLEASE help me get the images to display like they did before trying the iPad version. I have 90 photos that I've been working through and am having a total meltdown just thinking about possibly having to start over.

No es posible sincronizar las fotos con la WEB desde LIGHTROON CLASSIC,en la actividad de sincronizacion, indica que hay 55 fotos pendientes y no progresan depués de mucho tiempo.Desde Lightroom escritorio si es posible la sincronizacion con la WEB.He probado loindicado para cataloagos deteriorado y no me funcionado.Saludos

Tôi có khá nhiều preset có sẵn nhưng khi add vào Lightroom Mobile thì không thể chủ động sắp xếp các file preset theo ý mình . Khá là bất tiện ! Hi vọng công ty có thể cập nhật giúp người dùng có thể tự tạo folder tự điều hướng các preset theo ý mình 

Hi,  I'm shooting raw with a fuji camera and would like to add the "camera matching profile" e.g classic negative, classic chrome etc"  to the preset but can't find a way to do it? I can change the profile on one photo and move on to the next and click "previous" then the settnings for profiles will follow but it seems impossible to do it in any other way? Is there a faster wat to set 100 pictures to the same profile without go throug them one by one??

I got this popup windows prior to every Lightroom launch since last update. Tested on two different computers.System info file attached.

Please see my screenshot attached. This is the exact same picture on the same computer and on the same screen. Picture is in a LrC collection that is synced with Lr (cloud/mobile).  Picture is edited how I want it on Lr Mobile/Cloud/iOS, but LrC is doing something to make the image MUCH darker and duller. The edits/values/masks are all identical between LrC and Lr. LrC does 'incorrectly' display and edit the wrong/dark/dull version of the picture. Again, this pictrure is fully synced between LrC and Lr as far as values and numbers go, but the preview AND export from LrC is dark and dull compared to the edit in Lr. Has anyone seen this or found a fix for it? The ONLY way that I have ever fixed this is to re-import the same exact photo after renaming it and then copy the settings from the bad/corrupted photo to the new one.

As the title says i switched accounts on Lightroom for IOS so that i could pay for a higher storage subscription so i could offload all of my photos to the cloud to save space on my phone, but when i switched accounts all of my photos were gone and when i log back into the original account my photos still dont show up, does anyone know how i would be able to get them back / transfer them to my new account as they seem to still be stored locally on my phone but i have no way of accessing them. i have tried to use iTunes file sharing to download them to my computer but the folder is too big and it gives me an error code every time i try (-4) but even then i dont know how i would then import that folder to lightroom to be able to use them. 

Hello!! In recent days I made a query here I have Lightroom Version 7.2 installed on my MacOs Sonoma 14.5 computer. Every time I touch the white balance button, the program closes. I can't work the photos well. They recommended that I install version 7.3 but when I try to do so, it won't let me. How can I solve this problem? Thank you

HalloIch habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass beim der Maske Himmel nur einen Teil des Himmels abgedeckt wird (siehe Foto). Bei manchen Fotos klappt es bestens, bei anderen wird nur ein Streichen markiert.Hat jemand eine Lösung dazu? Adobe Lightroom 7.3Imac Ventura 13.6.7 Besten Dank.

When I select and open image in Lightroom it back towards the home screen and close the app. I have video of this error but there is no option of send video. I reinstalled it from Google play store but it still not working.

Is there anyway to quickly copy "common" meta data - ie city, location, state - from on photo in Lightroom to multiple photos in Lightroom?   (Thread title edited by Moderator)    

Lightroom 7 cannot migrate my Lightroom 4 catalog. Lightroom 6.5 is the oldest version that I could install on my Mac but it also cannot migrate the catalog. I would like to make a try using Lightroom Classic. I have a Lightroom 1TB plan that does not include Lightroom Classic. What happens to my plan if I install the free version of Lightroom Classic which includes 20GB and Lightroom again? Or does anybody have other ideas how to migrate the Lightroom 4 catalog to Lightroom 7? I was not successful with my searches for solutions on the Internet. However, I'm not a computer expert.

I am having difficulty starting up Lightroom (Cloud based) and latest version.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is not responding. Any suggestions please?

Guten Tag Zusammen,Ich wollte gestern/heute meine Videos welche ich aufgenommen habe in Adobe Lightroom bearbeiten und auswerten. Dabei kommt immer wieder diese Fehlermeldung (siehe Foto)       Woran kann das liegen?Gestern hiess es ich müsse ein Programm installieren und verlinkte mich auf den Microsoft Store (Programm Name: "HEVC-Videoerweiterungen" (siehe Foto2)) für ein Programm welches 1.- CHF kostete.       Und jeher ich dies zahlte, änderte sich an der Problematik nichts. Nun sind die 1.- CHF weg und ich kann noch immer meine Videos (.MOV- & .mp4-Datei) nicht öffnen und nicht ansehen.Kennt jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem oder ist jemandem dieses Problem bekannt?Lightroom Version: 7.3Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Bemühungen und wünsche Euch ein schönes Wochenende! 🙂Freundliche GrüsseJoel

My tablet only has 2mb ram so adobe kept me at v8.2.1 which was fine -  but a security update came out and I updated to v8.2.3 and I have not been able to use Lightroom mobile since then. Images sync fine - but - when I tap on an image, any image, I can't do anything because it's stuck "loading Smart Preview". I can't do anything in any manner with any image. It shows a little blue swirlie and as I mentioned - any image I tap - it indicates it's "loading Smart Preview". I need the previous version "v8.2.1" Thank-you.

Dears, I am trying to import a new preset I bought on my mobile (iPhone) Lightroom app but the drop down menu does not have the option "importpreset". It only has "create preset" and "manage presets! 

Hellomy lightroom has not been working for three days. The loading wheel is spinning all the time and in the upper right corner I have the information - synch photos and unable to connect to network. I have space in the cloud and a paid subscription. The other programs are running normally.How am I going to solve this problem. I'm working on the iOS system. greetings Paul

Hola, Lightroom se cuelga y se bloquea continuamente,  no me deja hacer nada hasta que lo reinicio, lleva así más de un año, desesperante, tengo 2 cámaras una D90 y una D7500, la D90 la uso poco pero he mandado a limpiar la D7500 y le he dado un uso extra a la D90 y a raíz de eso he descubierto que Lightroom solo se cuelga al procesar las fotos de la D7500, las de la D90 las procesa sin problema , mi pc tiene las siguientes características  Procesador    11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11390H @ 3.40GHz   3.42 GHz RAM instalada    16,0 GB (15,8 GB usable)Tipo de sistema    Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador basado en x64Gráfica Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Lapot¿Puede ser algún problema de configuración de la cámara?, se me empezó a colgar a partir de la versión 12 creo

I was in the community section in the app, and I clicked "provide feedback" and it brought me here.So here is my feedback: give me a way to hide or disable the community tab, I will never use it and I don't like seeing random photos when I accidentally click on it. I don't follow these people and I don't want any content suggested to me. I am here to edit my photos, that is the only thing I want to do in this app. 

Hi!Im working on iPad Pro 2019 on latest os version (17.2) and latest version (as to day) of Lightroom for iPad.I was using Lightroom for iPad for last 3 years and it was running ok. Also I always had disabled smart previews because Im working on fine details in my photos (mostly .CR3 files from Canon Eos R).From like month or two I barely can work because select brush is lagging so much. It's like 1-2 second delay between touching screen with stylus and any app reaction.Also noticed that when Im rotating screen during edition - screen is glitching green. (attached video)I reinstalled App, I restored iPad twice and took it to Apple but they tested it and said that it's Lightroom app problem. I dont have any other problems with this iPad anyway, it works perfectly.Is there any fix for this problem?

Somehow when I went to open a catalog I actually tried opening a jpg file instead of a lrcat file.  Now it is frozen telling me that "Lightroom - Opening Catalog: DSC01373. I have tried rebooting but no luck. I have tried uninstalling LR but I am told it wont uninstall as LR is open (trying to open the jpg file I assume).  Has anyone ran acroos this> Thansk in advance! 🙂
