Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Is it possible to change the video resolution in the Lightroom mobile app? From the features it seems to indicate that but then you can only choose the original or mp4 format. After that you export the video directly (Android, Samsung a54s)

Is there a way in the desktop app to see the number of photos associated with each keyword?Mobile has this feature:But I can't figure out how to get this in the desktop app. Would also be useful to get the same for locations.

Hi all, I was mid importing and editing my RAW photos into Lightroom when suddenly, as I was about to import another one, Lightroom stated the file extension is not supported. As of now it won't let me import any new photos, no matter if the file is located on a hard drive or on an SD card. I even tried importing some of the older photos that I have already edited with Lightroom - no change. I am able to open all of the photos with Photoshop with no problem. I tried browsing around and looking for answers and the usual advices didn't help my case (ex. moving the files around, closing Lightroom, closing Windows, updating Lightroom, creating a new catalog/folder). Is there anyone else experiencing a similar problem? What else should I try? I'm going to be honest it is really dissapointing to see this professional software I am paying good money for being so unpredictable. Thank you for your help, Kat

What might be causing lightroom to shut down while I'm viewing files on screen in grid?

I would love to find out if LR can fix distortion or smearing of the face's of my subjects? 

Since the software update ie. only recently, when I process an image, it looks perfect until I try EXPORT it, at which point it automatically acquired a terrible red tint.    (Shooting with a Nikon Z6. Processing on a 2019 Macbook air (retina) fyi)   Tried changing the colour space in the export window. Wondering if LRC & LR use the same video tutorials or are they specific to each 

I'm really bothered by the bug happening with me on Lightroom mobile (android) version I'm a paid user and App is updated and there's more than enough storage and RAM. Even then, whenever I tap the preset option, app lags for a few seconds and then crashes immediately No changes get saved and you have to start all from the beginning I've saved all my prests in there.... Which I'm unable to use now 😔 There's no guidance anywhere (I've attached an attachment.... You can clearly see that app got crashed after a few seconds of when I applied a preset from "saved from community presets" 

Duplication de la reconnaissance des visages dans Lightroom. À partir d'un catalogue Lightromm Classic j'ai migré vers Lightroom Cloud il y a environ 1 an. Le transfert a été effectué à partir de l'outil de migration dans Lightroom Cloud. Lors de la migration l'outil de migration n'avait découvert aucune image manquante ou des problèmes de métadonnées dans ma banque de données. L'Outil a donc procédé à la migration. Dans mon catalogue Lightroom il y avait plusieurs images en noir et blanc sur lesquels j'avais dû manuellement faire au fil des années une reconaissance faciale en dessinant un carré autour du visage en question à partir de l'outil provu à cet effet dans la barre d'outil du module Bibliothèque en mode Loupe.  Le transfert de ces visages manuellement identifié c'est fait correctement lors de la migration de Lightroom Classic à Lightroom Cloud. Hello everyone, my first post here. I am really frutrated with how slow my Lr is on iMac that i expected should handle it with ease. Here are my iMAc specs and please tell me if that is too weak to run the Lr smoothly(no lagging while scrolling through presets, exporting or any function for that matter). If it turns out my specs are outdated/no enough please share with me what specs are recommended and will run Lr like a butter. Facing issues with Lightroom on my Infinix device. The app frequently freezes and crashes, making it difficult to edit photos smoothly. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my device, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced similar issues on Infinix devices, and if so, were you able to find a solution?

I have an active account in lightroom according to Google play and my credit card statements. Adobe says I do not. It is the same email and I sent Adobe support confirmation emails from Google play and they were no help. They said there's nothing they can do because I don't have an active account but I do. Google play says they send payments to Adobe instantly so I should have an active account

Lightroom app can't open on my phone 

Videos with edits simply won't save to the photo app on neither iphone nor ipad. This started happening after the update to iOS 17.Has anyone else been facing this issue?

Where do the photos go when I take them on the mobile LR app on my iphone running 17.4.1?They are not saving to camera roll, so where do they go? LR will allow me to edit a photo taken on the native camera app, but not one I've taken through Lr once I've exited the app.

Hallo zusammen, ich brauche eure Beratung/Hilfe. Ich habe mir jetzt ein NAS zugelegt und möchte meinen Workflow mit Lightroom verbessern.Bissher habe ich immer die Bilder importiert in Lightroom, Bearbeitet und wieder Exportiert. Dieser workflow fühlt sich an wie aus der Steinzeit (ist es warscheinlich auch). Ich würde gerne meine Fotos in meiner Bestehenden Struktur abspeichern:Bilder_JPG -> 20xx_Foto_OrtBilder_RAW -> 20xx_Foto_Ort Jetzt würde ich gerne folgendes machen können:- Fotos auf meinem NAS Nativ abspeichern- Diesen neuen Ordner in Lightroom Verknüpfen um in Lightroom Classic (Windows) und aber auch auf auf meinem Handy (Apple) und dem Tablett (Huawei) bearbeiten zu können. Diese Idee habe ich von YouTube das dies gehen müsste aber irgendwie raff ich den Workflow nicht ganz. Einen Richtigen Katalog oder Struktur habe ich noch nicht (bis auch meine RAW Ordner) somit kann ich ganz frisch starten bzw. was lege ich mir am besten an Kataloge/Ordner/S

Necesito de su ayuda, pago por el servicio mensual de Lightroom en mi iPhone 15 pro Max y me ha ido súper bien hasta hace varias semanas que ya no me funciona la opción de desenfoque, incluso cuando voy a la opción la app no responde más y debo forzar el cierre y volver a abrir, he insistido y pasa lo mismo con cualquier foto y siempre debo de forzar el cierre porque no me deja hacer nada. Incluso borrando caché el error persiste. Que hago? 😔

Hi guys, not sure if im just being stupid here but i shot a fight event last weekend and used two cameras: one for the fight rounds (sony) and another for the decision shots at end of each round (canon) both camera time and date were accurate. when i import to lightroom and select to organise by CAPTURE TIME. It fails to this and instead brings all of the photos of one camera at the top, sorted by capture time then all the photos from 2nd camera organised by time. Really frustrating as i need these to be in order of CAPTURE TIME accross the board. ive attached a photo to give an example as you can see the time stamps from the top images go from 14:36 to 14:51 (camera 1)then jump back and start at 15:58 to 14:06 (camera 2) Despite selecting "sort by capture time)  please help 

Minha conta tinha deslogado e loguei de novo só que as minhas fotos edições predifinoes eu perdi tudo só que aí loguei na conta de novo e e apareceu só que que agora não está aparecendo mais alguém sabe oque é preciso de ajuda não quero perder minhas edições tenho mais de 3000 edições
