Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm about halfway through a stage series I shot, and the denoise feature worked great for a while, but now it just does nothing.  There's no error message, the other features continue working as expected, and the denoise process appears to do its usual thing, but the preview shows no change regardless of the settings, and the process indicator immediately jumps to 95 of 100 and never finishes the task.  I've waited hours for a single photo with no result (it previously took about 45 seconds to denoise a photo).  All the steps are the same; it's just not doing anything. I've checked for updates, restarted my computer, and checked my storage settings.  The files are all .NEFs.  I can't think of any settings that have changed.  Thoughts?

I got thousands of photos with thousands of keywords tagged in Lightroom Classic  - unfortunately these do not synch with Lightroom . Seems like a MAJOR bug to me. Can anyone help, please?

I still have 2 issues with Lightroom - 1 in desktop (CC?) and 1 in classic. Both were updated today! Windows 11 machine. In desktop, (I use Canon shooting raw) when I edit a .cr3 file, I go to Denoise and use that before doing anything else. In Classic, when this step is complete the program then changes to the .dng file which has denoise applied to it. In Desktop, it does NOT. You have to manually choose the .dng file. For me, that makes no sense and I find myself doing edits to a file that has NOT has denoise applied to it. Am I missing something or is this something that can be fixed? Problem 2 is one that occurs in classic but NOT in desktop. When using denoise thru desktop the file while doing the denoise process has no flashing or anything, but in classic, when doing the same thing on the sames files on the same system during the denoise process the picture will flash to varying degrees.Both files will estimate 10 seconds. I am experiencing something and wanted to confirm if anyone else is. On the latest release Lightroom CC 7.3 Desktop and Web, once I create and apply a preset, the amount slider briefly appears and then disappears entirely. Third party presets do not show this bug. I can only see this with my own, created after the update. Can anyone recreate this?   Additonal info: It doesn't matter how simple the preset is, sometimes just a single adjust like increasing shadows, for example. tested on DNG and ACR RAW files. Bug video  Confirmed on Lightroom Desktop CC and Web   Lighrtoom CC Version: 7.3 macOS Sonoma 14.5 MacBook Pro (Apple M3)  

Error when trying to open a photo from Lightroom into Photoshop.  I was on a live chat with an Adobe agent for hours today. They remoted into my laptop and tried a bunch of things. They then uninstalled my Adobe apps and reinstalled them. During the installation, the agent ended the chat. Once the apps were installed I tried to open the Lightroom photo in Photoshop and got the same error. I got into another live chat with a different Adobe agent who started to look through the transcript of my previous chat. They then said they were looking through the troubleshooting steps the previous agent had taken. After quite some time (10 or 20 minutes) they disconnected the chat. So, I got on chat again and got a new Adobe agent. They asked me the same questions that the other 2 agents asked so I asked this agent if they were able to go back through my last chats to see the issue. After another 10 or 20 minutes this agent disconnected the chat. Needless to say I am pretty unhappy

I was working in Lightroom and must have accidentally hit a wrong button because now all of my photos have white borders. They don't export that way so it must not be actually a part of the photo but simply something wrong with the View settings. I've looked everywhere in the program and tried to research it but am unsure of how to remove the borders. On a sepereate note but that occurred at about the same time, in the Editing tab my program suddenly only lets me have one subsection open at a time meaning I can't have Light, Color, Effects, etc. all open at once to quickly edit photos. When I open one it automatically closes another. I'm wondering why this is.

A few days ago, I built a new computer for myself.   MSI B650 motherboardRyzen 9 7900X3D CPURadeon RX 6700 XT GPU64 GB memoryWin11 Home EditionI tried installing the newest version of Lightroom (v 7.3), and it kept crashing within a few seconds of me opening the program.  All I've been able to do is scroll through an album or two before it quits.  I receive no error message. After several tech support sessions with Adobe (remote) over a period of about 9 hours today, the best they could do is have me download Lightroom 5.0 and tell me that they've done everything they can.  They didn't see the problem with me having a 3 year old version of Lightroom on my computer.  They said I should wait a while and try downloading the next version again. Since all of my photos up to this point have been edited using newer versions, I keep getting a warning message that says that I will lose any non-supported edits made on newer versions if I try to edit t

The iPad app is amazing, but im trying to find some file management app on iPad that recognises the tagged pictures I have locked in camera. Such a simple feature that would allow us to import only the tagged shots instead of trying to find them in the middle of the import window.any solution? All best

Hi,Would like to see more bulk editing options. Selecting 400 photos and hitting "auto" to jazz them up in one hit when you're feeling lazy or time poor. Cheers

For one of my images which was definitely shot on a digital camera, the Info pane is showing metadata for a different image I scanned from film. The film/digital detail isn't important other than to point out this is not a misundertanding or user error.

Hello everyone,I'm currently using Lightroom version 7.3 from the App Store on my Mac, and I'm encountering a problem when trying to export my photos. I receive the following error message:"You are not allowed to save files in '/Users/thibaultpichon/Desktop/'."I've already adjusted my Mac settings to give Lightroom full access to my internal drive, and I've changed the permissions for this folder so that everyone has access. Despite these changes, I'm still unable to export my photos. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?Thank you in advance for your help!Thibault

I'm trying to understand what's the logic behind the storage management.I uploaded 20GB of photos barely 12h ago.Now that I wanted to edit them, I'm in shock finding that must of them are not on my device anymore... and I now have to wait an eternity to download them back again from the Cloud.The vast majority of photos do not even have a Smart Preview kept, just the thumbnail.The iPad has more than 350GB left, more than enough to not warrant going into this extreme mode. How does that make any sense, to remove every pictures barely a few hours after being on the device???

Title. It will not allow me to install it at all, but I can promise you I have the proper hardware/software.Im running a 4060ti graphics card as well. 

When I display or share my LR albums with my family, I need to be able to have my "Keywords" visible for them to see.  I've done a lot of searching and I can't find a solution. Can this be done? 

I'm curious to know if it's possible to export an image or image work file in Lightroom CC so that I have the image, along with the multiple "versions" I created of the image in Lightroom CC? I'm sort of thinking how in Photoshop you can export the final image but you can also save a "working file" which contains all the layers of the image. My main goal is to clear up some space on my Lightroom CC Cloud but I don't want to lose my image versions/edits and would like to save the image and the versions on my external drive. I'm working off a Mac with M1 processor. Also side question. Any recommendations on how I can make better use of cloud space? I'm assuming this is a sub-topic related to file organization?

I have a large drive with many pics at different levels in the directories.  Local files option in lightroom appears to only search to a certain depth then gives up and returns data that is useless.  This happens even when I search for the file by the complete name.  Seems like a simple mistake with huge implications for those of us who actually want to use the local files option!  I've made copies of the file I want to work on from the root drive to the actual location and tried to open them. I cannot open them from any level of the directory.  Maybe there is something wrong with the file name:  IMG01668-IMG01698_enblended wide 3.jpg  Actually  this happens quite freqently enough so that lightroom is useless to me when it does and I'm about to return the product suite to adobe.
