Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Facing issues with Lightroom on my Infinix device. The app frequently freezes and crashes, making it difficult to edit photos smoothly. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my device, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced similar issues on Infinix devices, and if so, were you able to find a solution?

I have an active account in lightroom according to Google play and my credit card statements. Adobe says I do not. It is the same email and I sent Adobe support confirmation emails from Google play and they were no help. They said there's nothing they can do because I don't have an active account but I do. Google play says they send payments to Adobe instantly so I should have an active account

Bonjour,je n'arrive plus à déplacer mon filigrane horizontal. Il est toujours grisé et comme s'il était inactif. Quelqu'un aurait il une solution. Du coup ma signature est toujours au centre. Merci

Lightroom app can't open on my phone 

Videos with edits simply won't save to the photo app on neither iphone nor ipad. This started happening after the update to iOS 17.Has anyone else been facing this issue?

Where do the photos go when I take them on the mobile LR app on my iphone running 17.4.1?They are not saving to camera roll, so where do they go? LR will allow me to edit a photo taken on the native camera app, but not one I've taken through Lr once I've exited the app.

Hallo zusammen, ich brauche eure Beratung/Hilfe. Ich habe mir jetzt ein NAS zugelegt und möchte meinen Workflow mit Lightroom verbessern.Bissher habe ich immer die Bilder importiert in Lightroom, Bearbeitet und wieder Exportiert. Dieser workflow fühlt sich an wie aus der Steinzeit (ist es warscheinlich auch). Ich würde gerne meine Fotos in meiner Bestehenden Struktur abspeichern:Bilder_JPG -> 20xx_Foto_OrtBilder_RAW -> 20xx_Foto_Ort Jetzt würde ich gerne folgendes machen können:- Fotos auf meinem NAS Nativ abspeichern- Diesen neuen Ordner in Lightroom Verknüpfen um in Lightroom Classic (Windows) und aber auch auf auf meinem Handy (Apple) und dem Tablett (Huawei) bearbeiten zu können. Diese Idee habe ich von YouTube das dies gehen müsste aber irgendwie raff ich den Workflow nicht ganz. Einen Richtigen Katalog oder Struktur habe ich noch nicht (bis auch meine RAW Ordner) somit kann ich ganz frisch starten bzw. was lege ich mir am besten an Kataloge/Ordner/S

After updating Lightroom to the latest version, on tablet and smartphone, the application in the gallery does not see .orf files from OMDS OM1. Has anyone found any solution? Lightroom Android v9.2.1

Necesito de su ayuda, pago por el servicio mensual de Lightroom en mi iPhone 15 pro Max y me ha ido súper bien hasta hace varias semanas que ya no me funciona la opción de desenfoque, incluso cuando voy a la opción la app no responde más y debo forzar el cierre y volver a abrir, he insistido y pasa lo mismo con cualquier foto y siempre debo de forzar el cierre porque no me deja hacer nada. Incluso borrando caché el error persiste. Que hago? 😔

Hi guys, not sure if im just being stupid here but i shot a fight event last weekend and used two cameras: one for the fight rounds (sony) and another for the decision shots at end of each round (canon) both camera time and date were accurate. when i import to lightroom and select to organise by CAPTURE TIME. It fails to this and instead brings all of the photos of one camera at the top, sorted by capture time then all the photos from 2nd camera organised by time. Really frustrating as i need these to be in order of CAPTURE TIME accross the board. ive attached a photo to give an example as you can see the time stamps from the top images go from 14:36 to 14:51 (camera 1)then jump back and start at 15:58 to 14:06 (camera 2) Despite selecting "sort by capture time)  please help 

Minha conta tinha deslogado e loguei de novo só que as minhas fotos edições predifinoes eu perdi tudo só que aí loguei na conta de novo e e apareceu só que que agora não está aparecendo mais alguém sabe oque é preciso de ajuda não quero perder minhas edições tenho mais de 3000 edições 

Não consigo utilizar o Lightroom no meu Galaxy note 10, ele trava e fecha, sem eu se quer conseguir importar uma foto. Isso só começou após fazer o upgrade para a versão Premium. Já estou utilizando outro app, e gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta.

I'd like to share a web gallery via Lightroom Classic without the viewer being an "Editor". I don't want them to be able to see camera info, etc. I just can't figure out how to "turn this off".

Quando entro em uma foto no lightroom fica com uma tela preta carregando, estou a 3 dias com esse problema When I enter a photo in Lightroom it gets a black screen loading, I've had this problem for 3 days

Ini saya tidak tau yang aneh dan salah yg mana. Entah di iphone nya atau di app nya. Namun saya harus tekankan bahwa kecerahan otomatis iphone saya dalam kondisi mati dan truetone tidak menyala.  Permasalahnya ialah : Ketika saya mengedit foto di lightroom hasil preview yang ditampilkan menjadi cerah, namun ketika saya save hasil editan saya itu menjadi sangat gelap. Ini sangat menyusahkan editor dalam menentukan warna yang akurat. Tolong bantu masalah ini

Hi, I'm using the Lightroom Gallery as a library to share work with team members. (I don't want to store and share everything on yet another storage platform despite the already limited download options in lightroom) Folders aren't shareable, that's baffling enough. Then albums that are shared (either through cloud gallery or directly) don't present in any logical way. I tried an alphabetical naming system in the hope of it being alphabetically sorted, but everything is displayed in a slapdash manner. Why oh why is Lightroom so archaic with the basics. 

Good evening friends, As the title says, I have a set of photos I have been editing from two different adobe accounts due to me working from home verses at my office. I uploaded my photos on my work account and shared them with my personal account. Now I am trying to export them with my watermark from my personal account and I am not even getting the option to. Any ideas? I have full access on my personal account.

Fehler: AI-basierte Bearbeitungen/Masken werden nicht in eine Online-Sammlung übernommen. Die dargestellten Fotos in der öffentlichen Sammlung, die ich dem Kunden vorstellen möchte, zeigen keinerlei AI-Bearbeitungen (mit AI freigestellte Motive, gesäuberte Hintergründe etc.). Nur mit einem Workaround (Export als Tiff und Re-Import in Lightroom) kann ich dieses Problem bisher lösen. GIbt es einen Weg, AI-Bearbeitungen verlässlich in eine (öffentliche) Online-Sammlung zu übernehmen bzw. ist hier eine Lösung in Sicht?

I can't edit in the app. It keeps closing and I have reinstalled twice and the same thing
