Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have imported raw files from Nikon z9 into Lightroom mobile on my iPhone 15 Pro. The images show up as a black box with the word Raw reflecting in top left hand corner.  Once I select the black box in Lightroom the image appears.  Is this normal? How do I import the raw images where I can see the images without having the select each black boxes?

Pls i can't find my presets When I logged out and came back again, I did not find it .. Please help meI was very tired when I made it 😞

i am legally blind (i can still see decently) and need to change the size of text and icons where you do things in all creative cloud apps mostly lightroom right now bt even when i make text size big it doesnt work at all and am tired of just usinga pples built in picture in picture zoom, hover text only works for some text in lightroom also

I know you can't automatically sync videos from lightroom classic to lightroom online. Now I saw that you can however export your videos in lightroom classic (with all the metadata including the keywords) and then import them into lightroom online. When I do this I still get no keywords in lightroom online, can anyone help me how to do this?

Hello. I have a Sony A7-S3 camera and a 24-70 GM 1 lens. I did not encounter any problems with the nearly 30,000 photos I previously took with the Fujifilm X-H2 camera and edited in Lightroom and Photoshop applications. However, I have been switching to my new camera Sony for 2 weeks now and I am having an interesting problem when correcting RAW photos. When I upload my photos to Lightroom or Photoshop they are extremely dark. It only does this when in RAW, JPEG is fine. I'm sure I didn't make any mistakes in exposure, I'm a professional photographer. At the same time, there is no problem with the camera because when I open it in other applications, the exposure and photo are correct; like on camera. But when I opened them in Adobe they were ruined. I am having an incredibly big problem. When I researched on the internet, I saw that switching to sRGB mode with color management worked, but it did not work for me. I deleted the apps and reinstalled them, nothing changed. Hi,I use Lightroom on my Mac, PC, and iPhone at the same time.My photos are in sync, but as of this morning I can't edit them on the Mac. On the iPhone and PC, no problem. I've disconnected and reconnected, but nothing has happened. It worked fine before. Did I accidentally check a box?Thanks.

My Lightroom on my iMac (fully updated) is giving me this message for several, but not all, photos and reverts these photos back to their original (on Lightroom).  On my iPhone and on the web version I get that message but the edits have survived.  However, I am unable to edit these further on the iMac without resetting to original.  I did this several times and re-edited them and get the same message and seem to lose the edits (on Lightroom). In LRC on the same iMac, photos have the correct edits, like web and iPhone, but, when in grid view, the sync status in the upper right of the photo box says "Syncing Metadata with Lightroom".  In LRC it appears that I have access to editing without resetting photos to original.

Hi All,I have Lightroom on my Mac. When I use the clone tool, I cannot select the part I want to clone. In the tutorials I see that two areas and an arrow appear, but not in my case. Due to this, I cannot select what part to clone, it is Lightroom choosing automatically what area to clone, which is not what I want of course. Do you have a solution?

im using the latest version of LightRoom on a Windows 10. Every time i export something in any Adobe software (Lr, LrC, Pr) colors get totally different from what i was seeing. My adobe previews never match to the picure when i see it on Photo View or on my cellphone screen

Can anyone who is using premium, confirm if the Selecting Sky is still a option in masking? Please tell your app version too. (Android) 

 I am not having a good experience with the app despite paying for it. All my edited videos show up as a black rectangles so I have no idea which video is which unless I open them. This makes editing or using edited video so time-consuming because I have to open each video. I have tried clearing cache, restarting app and other things but no luck. I reached out to their support but haven't heard back either.

Issue: Lightroom Version Number:  7.2OS Version Number: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)Steps to reproduce:Open .RAF RAW file in detail view.Select e.g. Fujifilm "Camera Classic Neg" profile.Overexpose image and e.g. press "j" to show clippingExpected result: Overexposed/clipped sections of the image should show red.Actual result:No clipping indication is visible. It also does not work for blacks or shadows. If the profile Adobe Color or "Camera Classic Chrome" is selected then red or blue clipping indication works as expected.       

I spent three weeks moving 8 years of imagery away from another system and into Adobe shared folders as an 'image bank' so my team can download what they need to work on rather than requesting original files from me. Also, so we can fire accross files to graphic designers to download and work on. I thought ahh Adobe has it all working seamlessly... but no............. They can only download low-res from shared folders and gallery.  The amount of extra time and back and forth this all takes is ridiculous. It is 2024. Hopefully I'm doing something wrong and this can be fixed? For referece, they don't get these options:  Appreciation in advance for any help. 

I am so frustrated right now. I just purchased the Lightroom V2.3 and I have a custom watermark I want to add to my photos. Everything I read says to go to Lightroom in the menu and I'll see the option to add a watermark. I don't have that option, and neither does any of the other menu options. Could someone please help me?Thank you,Cecily

URGENT!! My Lightroom updated last night and now has a box over the Lightroom app that says “Lightroom is doing some housekeeping” there is no progress bar and I’ve closed the app, deleted and reinstalled, and am running out of hope. Considering I pay $17 a month I won’t put up with this, as well as I have deadlines for my clients and need it back up and running in the next couple hours...

I'm a long time Photoshop user (since around 1995) but haven't used Lightroom before. But I downloaded the app to see how useful it would be on a tablet. I was required to sign in, and did it just through my google account. But then I got a notice (I might be paraphrasing a little) that basically said anyone can see my photos. And I freaked out and uninstalled it. I just want something to edit with on my tablet, not a broadcast machine. This isn't about doing anything illegal, just about privacy. Am I jumping to conclusion as to what Lightroom does with anything I'm working on? ARE they visible somewhere somehow beyond my control? Or does that simply mean it's possible with a link? 

Someone please help me resolve this issue.

I wonder if someone can clarify the following...In Lightroom on iOS, are recommended presets free? Similarly in the iOS app, do you only pay (for presets) if you select the option to find similar presets to any particular recommended preset?Thanks.

 I continued to use LR mobile on my Android phone after my subscription ran out. Now I have another payed Adobe CC account. I would like to change from my old account to my new payed account on LR Mobile. When I click logout I get the message "your photo's might be deleted", so I did not log out. How do I log into my new account, keeping the unsynced photos + edits that are now on the mobile app so I can get them synced to my PC?
