Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

In all other photo apps such as Lightroom Classic, Apple Photos, Google Photos, etc, you select People people view and it shows each photo cropped around a respective person. This is how it works in Lightroom CC too. But when you select a person such as Jane Smith, when you see all the photos that are tagged as Jane Smith, in Lightroom CC it's not then zooming into individual faces (it does in all other apps like Lightroom Classic, Apple Photos, Google Photos etc). So when I click on Jane Smith to see all photos tagged as her, I want to scroll through the hundreds or maybe thousands, to make sure they all are of her. Since if the system mistakenly tagged someone else, then of course that causes the algorithm to not work well.In all other apps, this is easy since again, it zooms in on her face. In Lightroom CC, it's showing the full image (non zoomed in), so at quick glance where most photos have multiple people in it, I have no idea which person in the photo is tagged. So I'd have

Hi, maybe I've missed something. But somehow photos from my phone have been synced to my Adobe Lightroom library. It's not all of the photos, but it's a good number. I've never manually uploaded any photos from my phone to the Adobe cloud, nor have I turned on automatic syncing. If this is a setting I can turn off, how do I do so?

Hello, I don't know if I'm missing something. However, I'll still add my two cents here. I'm missing the camera button, as well as the search button. These tools were vital for the creation process when devices have less than optimal capture speeds and so on. Not only that, but I cannot search for specific images at all.

What:  When using the “Enhance…” feature, the computer SOMETIMES crashes and reboots.   Issue:  The images that crash “Enhance…” have very flat areas (background sky).  They will reliably crash the computer when the enhance function is selected.  The enhance takes a significant amount of time (longer than it usually does by at least 3x, then the computer reboots.   If the same image has noise added to the sky background, the enhance function runs as expected.   Anecdotal:  I did not have crashes prior to upgrading to Ventura 13.4, but I might not have enhanced any images with a very low noise background.   Details:      Lightroom CC 6.3.1      iMac 2019 27-inch Retina 5K           macOS Ventura 13.4           3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9           Radeon Pro Vega 48 8 GB

Hello everyone.I have ARAW files in black and white, only when I export them to lightroom remove the black and white and put the colors, how can I remove this thing?

Dear Adobe community,  Question regarding the page settings for the Lightroom album: Is there a way to directly move a Lightroom page image by clicking the page link in the menu? The standard setting is the see the page overview first but I would like to directly see the images in full screen in the lightbox.Would be great if this could be an option, and if already possible how to do so?Thank you so much. Vincent

I have a photo that is 40.95MB In lightroom. Upon export it downsizes it to 2.29MB. How do I prevent this?

Over the past few months there's been a huge decline in usability on Lightroom for iPad: extremely long lag time when applying edits (especially when trying to create and edit masks and to create named versions), frequent crashes, no longer reliably syncing with my computer, etc. This renders the app almost unusable.   I've checked repeatedly for app updates and have installed them as they come out, and the OS for both my iPad and my computer is fully up to date as well. I've restarted all devices several times, contacted Adobe support multiple times and every time been walked through troubleshooting steps I'd already taken on multiple occasions.   Many of the recent reviews for iPad Lightroom in the app store are one- and two-star reviews expressing similar sentiments about functionality issues with various app components, so I'm confident this is not an issue with my account, devices, or usage.   I first noticed it got REALLY bad in May, but even before then I had been

Recently LR has been changing the colours of RAW files when I import them. It intensifies them. I have been using LR for about a year. This is a recent phenomenon and I'd like it to stop. Can I stop it or do I stop using LR? I use Main LR not LR Classic. I don't want to have to start again as a beginner with LR Classic. Attached are two versions of the same RAW file. The first was produced by MS Photos. The second by Export from LR, No editing was done to either version. This is to show how LR boosts the colours. The Canon 7d was set to Adobe RGB. White Balance was set to Auto.

 I  just signed up for Lightroom.  Further reading tells me it is cloud-based.  Does that mean I need be online to edit my photos?  We travel 4 or 5 months out of the year and internet is not always available.  I would like to edit, save to a hard drive and then upload to the cloud when I am online.   Should I re-submit and get Lightroom Classic? Thank you

I just synced a photo from LRC to LR Mobile, and there is banding in the sky when I view it in LR Mobile, and also after exporting it from LR Mobile to my phone's photo album (iphone 12 pro). For this particular image, I used LRC's Denoise feature, and it looks completely clean on my PC monitor, but the color banding appears on the Mobile app. Does the Denoise feature not play well with the mobile app? Or is something else going on? Is it some inadvertent operator error?Mobile app version 8.4.1LRC version 12.4

Latest Android version from last week.If I tap the 3 dot menu of an album (outside the album in the list view) and then the "sharing options" it does not load the options.Hitting "sharing options" from inside the album works fine. Again, are you doing any testing before releasing udpates?

I can't figure out how to get back to the view "all photos'.  It's only showing me the albums on Iphone mobile version.  How do I get back to all photos?

Am I supposed to be able to edit my photos in lightroom web while on an android tablet or ipad? I've searched, but I can't find the answer. I can edit photos in lightroom web while on my pc, but not on my android tablet, I don't see any of the edit options. I'm getting an iPad soon so I'd like to know if it's possible on the ipad as well. I know I can use the mobile apps, but I like the layout of the web version better. 

Hello!I cannot see the photos I add for editing. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. Lightroom worked a few days after buying the phone, and then it stopped. There are some sync problems and all that I get is a black image.I deleted the cache memory, I reinstalled Lightroom, still doesn't work. I have to mention that I paid my anual tax this month. 

Captions inserted in LR are not updated correctly to the base jpg file until export.  Apparently the catalog is updated but not the file.

It used to show me 11.000 photos left to download when storing albums locally.   No it's just telling me "storing albums locally" with no progress indicator at all. When I hit the cloud icon.

Hi, I still have my photos with my file structure (Country/Town/Date) on Creative Cloud. Since the synchronization service will be stopped February 2024, I want to move everything from Creative Cloud to Lightroom Cloud.Working with migration process from LrC to Lr is very time consuming. I just want to move the fieles from one Cloud (Creative Cloud) to another (Lightroom Cloud). I guess Creative Cloud and the Cloud of Lightroom are independent from each other. Maybe a simple "copy and paste" process from one Cloud to the other Cloud already exists... Does anyone know, if there is a way how to do this?Best Regards 

Hi, I've got iPad Air 4 OS16.6, iPhone 12 Pro Max OS16.6, laptop windows 10. I'm trying to install presets into Adobe Lightroom for mobile 8.4.1 but can't get anywhere. Should it be done in iPad which will then be picked up by the others? How do I do that?
