I can't see to add my watermark any more. It's a black page where the photo should be. Why has this happened?

I can't delete the last photo in the grid I made with adobe portfolio web after importing images via Lightroom on iPad. I also can't delete the last image in a grid on my MacBook Pro (desktop). The above question was the only closely related issue I could find on your site. The only other post that had the guy in it say the issue was fixed never told anyone else how to fix it and the link on the post didn't send us anywhere helpful. That's how I got here. I just started this week making my portfolio and now I regret using adobe. I was so happy at first but it just stopped working.

Hallo zusammen, ich war die ganze Zeit ein Besitzer vom FotoAbo (mtl., ca. 12€). Dies habe ich jetzt gekündigt und mir bei einem großen Anbieter für 90€ eine Jahresöizenz geholt. Allerdings sagt die LR DesktopApp das ich keine Lizenz habe. Wie kann ich das Problem fixen? Ich habe in meinem Konto das Abo für 1 Jahr aktiviert, allerdings sehe ich dort auch nirgends die Seriennummer. Ich wäre Euch so sehr dankbar! 

How to delete all rejected photo's at one time?  I used to be able to do this in LR Classic.Even the simplest processes seem to take too long. Frustrating!  Sorry, need to vent.

Bonjour, À quand des fonctionnalités de Lightroom Classic sur Lightroom mobile, iPad? je ne recherche pas la simplicité par cette application mais la possibilité de travailler depuis mon iPad Pro, iPhone et pc quand je le souhaite s'en avoir de différence. il manque cruellement les options de fusion panorama, HDR de Lightroom Classic sur mobile ainsi que la recherche manuel de la correction de l'objectif. Hi, I'm a free user of lightroom mobile on android and since a few days ago I got this message "Failed to load development version" when I try to open an edited photo. I don't know if I had a cloud or anything else (I'm not used to it), if I try to download the photo it says that I need to subscribe to get access to the cloud but since I have always been a free user, I think I never used the cloud to begin with?? My edited photos are all black and not loading, I can rate them or give them flags (i saw this on another post, i don't know what is it but tried just in case). I deconnected an reconnected, I can edit new photos and download them after.

Hi, I'm having some annoying crashes more and more often on Lightroom CC. It's usually when I try to apply a radial or lienar filter. I just get an error message saying lightroom had a problem and asking me if I want to send a report. I've sent a lot of them, ignored it some times, it's still happening and it's more and more often!! I precise that I have a brand new very good computer (i7 12th gen, 32G ram, 1T SSD, Nvidia 4Gb) and I'm not running anything else than lightroom. I don't know what to do anymore ! I'm a photographer, it's my job and I'm loosing so much time (of course verytime it crashes, I loose all the modifs I did on the pic and need to start all over again). Thank you for your help.

Bonjour à vous,   J'ai un soucis avec l'exportation de ma vidéo sur Lightroom sur IPad.   J'ai une vidéo qui vient de mon drone et j'aimerai la modifier (fichier format MOV)   Lorsque j'ai finis mes modifications et que je l'exporte dans ma gallerie, celle ci est zoomé alors que dans Lightroom elle est normal.   J'aimerai qu'elle soit dans le même format que dans Lightroom.   Je vous mets les photos pour illustrer mes propos.   Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?   [moved to the correct community - Mod.]   {Title edited by Moderator}

In Lightroom App (Android) I am having a problem now where if I press the Auto setting on the photo and then let it Auto save the setting then go back into the photo. It kicks me out and won't let me back into that particular photo. So to access that same photo will have to redo all the editing again and do anything else I want to do before I let it Auto save again. Is anyone else having this similar problem? Kevin

After exporting an edited JPEG file from Lightroom mobile (Android), I noticed there had been a decrease in file size compared to the original. I then imported and exported another JPEG without doing any further editing, and experienced the same issue. I did check the export settings, which are set to retain full size and quality. Thus my question is, what causes this compression/quality loss and how can I stop that from happening?

I came across a couple of issues using curves on Lightroom CC:1. When I adjust curves on a photo, then click on "Show Original" or press the \ key, all the other settings are removed from the preview, but the Point Curve setting is not. However, when I navigate to a different photo and then come back to it without having changed any settings, then click on "Show Original" or press the \ key, all settings are removed from the preview including Point Curve. This should be the intended behavior when I want to see the original after changing multiple settings.2. When I adjust the strength of a Preset that contains a Point Curve adjustment, then double click on the preset strength slider, it resets all the settings except the Point Curve, which still remains at the adjusted strength. When I double click to reset the Preset strength, it should reset the Point Curve strength as well. Lightroom CC version: 6.4MacOS version: 12.2.1

app version: 8.4.1 2C9D5C/103Before subscribing to the Creative Cloud plan, I subscribed to the iPad Lightroom service through the App Store and was able to use all Lightroom features locally. However, after subscribing to the Creative Cloud plan and enabling cloud sync, I am unable to modify the star and flag ratings of my photos, making it impossible for me to work. Pausing cloud sync does not solve the problem. The only way I can use this feature is through the web version of Lightroom. My browser uses a Hong Kong network while Lightroom uses a Mainland China network. Could this be the cause of the problem?

Are there any lightroom presets that eradicates wrinkles zits and blemishes but also retouches skin using AI? What presets do I need to be aware of? I'm a photographer getting more and more clients by referrals I need a faster workflow. that's my whole point to this. I'll appreciate any information.

I've recently switched from Lightroom Classic to the new CC, and made the unpleasant discovery that when Lightroom on my Mac is syncing photos, it basically takes down my home internet connection. Not only can't I load websites (or anything else) anymore, but everyone else in my house is subjected to a loss of connectivity. Obviously this isn't tenable in the long term—I can't go asking everyone, "Hey, do you mind if I take away your internet for an hour while I import some photos?" al the time.I've seen some related threads whose answers seem to range from, "Yeah, that sounds like a thing that might happen," to, "Change your router or cable modem settings." But no clear action I can take. What's my best path forward? This seems like it should have a simple solution: Somehow every other bandwidth-hogging activity I engage in manages to function without completely destroying connectivity.Thanks.

I imported some photos into LR and gave them keywords and ratings. The images have synced to LR Classic as expected and while the ratings have been retained in classic, the keywords are missing. Is this a glitch, is it by design, or is it possible I'm doing something wrong? Thanks much. 

I have been trying to change the capture date range, but for whatever the system is not letting me. I am new to Lightroom and it is very frustrating that that I have a lot of picture taken on the same day so date range is not helpful. Can anyone point me to the right direction.Thank you in advance

Hey all,I've been using Lightroom mobile an my Android phone for a long time but since several weeks I've had issues with the masking tool. Specifically  "Select Subject" & "Select Sky". At first, Select Subject worked as normal, but when trying to use the Select Sky option, the download button does not work. I can tap it, but it appears completely frozen, not even giving me an error. The app still works and I can still scroll over the screen, it's just the download function that doesn't work. I tried to resolve the issue by re-installing the app and logging in again, but instead of solving anything it made it worse: I now can't re-download the Select Subject option anymore either, and it has the exact same issue as the Select Sky function. I'm also 100% sure my phone has more than enough storage for it. The app and my phone are fully updated and apart from this have never had issues with the app before. Does anyone else have this issue and is there any way

Hi folks,I'd like to create an API connection wtih my LightRoom portfolio. I would like to programmatically do queries via Postman, and this is not about building an app. It's strictly doing so via APIs.I'm not able to generate tokens that I can then use as part of my API calls. Does Lightroom support this, or does it only support webapp Oauth for Lightroom?Thanks
