Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

LIGHTROOM v12.4Je veux réimporter un dossier, car la précédente importation de ce dossier a été incomplète ("aucune photo dans la sélection de ce dossier"). Je tente donc de réimporter le dossier. Lightroom répond qu'il ne trouve aucune photo dans le dossier.J'essaie de détruire le dossier afin de recommencer l'opération. Rien ne se passe.Je lance la fonction "optimiser le catalogue", "optimiser", "cette opération peut prendre plusieurs minutes", mais rien ne se passe.. après 15 minutes, pour arrêter Lightroom, je dois passer par la gestionnaire des tâches.Merci, CatherineW11 (v22H2), ram 16 go, processeur 12th Gen Intel Core I7 1.70 Ghz

Hi, I have business/company paid account of Lightroom CC where I have all my photos. Now I am leaving this company so I will loose access to this account. I plan to create my own Lightroom account. Now the question is - is there an easy way how I can move all photos from one account to another (for example just yb hanging the e-mail in the administration of something like that?). Or I have to manually download everything and then upload it to the new account? Thanks!

Hi, I use LR on my IPad Pro 4. Generation and iOS 16.5. Several lens profiles are correctly applied using the feature in LR with my Sony cameras (Sony A7 featuring 24 MP). With my recently owned Sony A7s profiles are not applied although the Radiobutton was manually selected. All shots done in RAW (A7 & A7s). The bug only appears with the A7s (12 MP) using two different lenses. The lenses are correctly recognized by LR. LR version v 8.4.0. With other Kameras the lens correction profile is applied. The only difference between the cameras is that the 7As images are relatively small by size (12 MP), probably the reason for this misbehavior/bug? GreatingsInge

I will export again and it will then change the error message to other images? Help am I exporting too many images at once? Usually 500-1000 when it happens. Any ideas?

  Hey!I can't seem to find the healing box in the preset creation menu. I have a camera that has fixed spots on its sensor that can be easily removed with the healing tool. I wanted to make a preset for the spots to find out there is no option for that on the iphone and ipad version?

Hello, I have tried the provided solution by adobe,  "locate the MCAT file, and rename it from Managed Catalog.mcat to Managed Catalog.old." and even deleting the previews database but i still get the same error. @Sameer K posted a solution on @Howard Bck s post but even that didn't worked for me 

Hi All,   I've had a problem with lightroom mobile for about a year where im completely unable to get in - i get the following message. I've been using Lightroom CC on my laptop and transferring to phone via the online gallery access - however it would be SO useful to have mobile up and running again.   Ive tried downloading this app on my previous phone, and i get the same message there too... is there anyone that knows how to get this fixed?

HiCloud storage is showing full but I have only 248 photos in lightroom and none anywhere else None in other foldersNone in deletedNone in CacheAt my wits end here about this. Has anyone come across tis beofre and how to fix? Thanks

I have about 55k photos in my LrC folders and I also transitioned the catalog to Lr some many years ago. I use both depending on where I am and what I need to do, as rthey have some different features. I have gone on adding photos in both places depending or not whether I was at my Mac or not. I have a  creative cloud subscription, and am nowhere near out of space.My problem/concern is that when I load a photo in LrC, it seems that only a smart preview is loaded to the cloud. If I want to abandon LrC altogther and just use Lr going forward, how do I make sure all my LrC originals are loaded into the cloud and are not duplicated if there are files already there.

Brand new to Lightroom so starting with the new version and added a few photos to test.Trying the Lightroom Mobile/iOS app and web access from a computer.On iOS an the web, it says I have 100GB of storage.  I thought the new version now includes 1TB of storage.  Do I have to do something to upgrade the web and iOS to recognize the increased storage?

 I wrote a commentary at the Google Play Store about the support for cameras of Xiaomi (and others , I guess). There aren't many options of recent mobile phones. I use Xiaomi Poco M4 5G.

Hi, I am using LR mobile on iOS and have a mac and windows desktop client installed. It used to work great with sync over the different platforms. Since some weeks the desktop apps refuses to show any of my photos. Even the web app show an empty library, but informs me that 385 GB out of my 1000 GB Storage is used. Is there any way to get my both desktop clients back to syncing?

Hi! I was editing an image on my Macbook Pro in Lightroom CC, opened it in Photoshop CC, then accidentally quit before it saved back to Lightroom. Now every time I try to open an image in Lightroom to edit in Photoshop I get an error message (see below). I tried running Creative Cloud cleanup but it didn't help. Any advice. 

I synced a Lightroom Classic Collection so that i could access the photos from cloud enabled apps. I open the Lightroom progtram (non-classic version) on  my PC and I see the synced photos. I then right click on one of them and select "Edit in Photoshop" and I get an error message saying:" Unable to download original file.Original file was not found. Only a smart priview can be used at this time."It then gives me the option to edit the smart preview or cancel. How do I access the original file?

On the new update where you click device and then I click on my album recents, the photo of the album shows the last photo in that album but when I click on the album to upload my latest photo it takes me back to the 1st ever photo I have taken on my phone. I have over 200,000 photos so I can't keep scrolling to get to the image I want.there is arrows on the right hand side which makes it seems you can change the order you can view the photos but it just changes whether I scroll up or down. Is there something in my setting I can do to change this? I've searched online and YouTube to help but haven't been able to come up with anything. Thank you. 

Hi everyone today I have a problem with Lightroom Cloud... I am trying to upload some photos (it's around 700 photos equal to 400 MB but my Lightroom shows me out of storage. full storage over 20GB. Do you know what is happening?  Thank you  

I recently updated my Windows version of Lightroom to 6.4. Since then I have been unable to crop images because the crop windows repositions itself seemingly randomly when I attempt to position the window. Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround? The application is basically useless to me now since this began occuring.

With the newest update, the compare function which allows you to view two photos side-by-side no longer allows you to use the bottom bar to set a star rating or flag for both photos at once. Instead it only selects one to rate/flag. Please fix, otherwise that bottom bar is completely useless

Where is the option to remove all edits? Even if I hold ctrl and individually reset each edit panel (time consuming) there is still a differnce between the image on screen and the image when I choose 'show original'. In classic lightroom I could reset the image from right click menu but I can't find it anywhere in the cloud version.
