Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Just lost my laptop I did all my editing on.  Backed up Lightroom yesterday.  How do I sign in and access those backups?   My other computer is a Mac which I've never edited in lightroom on before.  I do not have the original images with the lost laptop.  Will this matter?  Any help appreciated! 

I'm in doubt because my photos are missing from the lightroom mobile cloud, I use mod apk, I wanted to know if the app cloud is paid or is it an error in my mod apk? 

When I use heal tools, HDR, or the panorama tool, the library panel at the bottom disappear.  Have tried toggling the short cut which only effects the detail panel.  The Photo zooms in a bit and the bottom portion is missing outside the Edge of the computer screen to the bottom.  I the have to press space to move it.  To get the window on the inside of the confines of the screen I need to close the program and reopen it   

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help- I opened up Lightroom this morning and noticed my detail panel is missing tools. (I've attached a picture) but on my mobile Lightroom app they are still available. Everything is updated! Can anyone help?   

Hi everybody, i got a question concerning the photography bundle.Is it correct, that it is possible to activate Lightroom Classic and Photoshop on 2 different desktop devices (only one usage at the same time)? And on how many mobile devices is it possible to install and use the mobile apps of the bundle (Lightroom, Photoshop for iPad) with one account?Thanks a lot best regards, JL

 Hello everyone, I have a big problem. when I go to some photos in my lightroom gallery, a tab appears "waiting for settings" and asks me to download missing files from "iphone". I no longer have access to the retouching modifications and when I download the photo it is raw without my retouching. how can I recover these parameters and my retouched photo? 

   Hi Everyone, I have pictures from an event which were captured Indira in broad daylight. But the photographer used flash and now all pictures look like they were taken at night. I need help/advice to edit the light and make color corrections. I'm attaching the photographer pic and a casual pic friend took in her mobile for the reference. Please help🙏

I currently have 742 Gb of photos in the cloud storage. If I delete these from the cloud storage, will it also delete them from Lightroom?I do export my completed photos to my local drive. I'd hate to lose my completed photos by deleting them from the cloud. Thank you!

I shot a photo in JPG+RAW mode on my Nikon Z6 II. I accidentally edited the JPG photo instead of the RAW photo. I copied all settings of the JPG (CTRL-SHIFT-C) and pasted them on the RAW (CTRL-V) but the end result is not the same, as you can see in the first picture (JPG left, RAW right).  To verify the behaviour I reset both the JPG and the RAW to the original look (JPG left, RAW right). Then I copied all the settings with CTRL-SHIFT-V.  I pasted them onto the JPG first ...  ... and onto the RAW second. As you can see they look vastly different to each other.

I'm having a sync problem. My photos are not showing. I haven't been able to use the app for 1 month. I deleted and reinstalled 3 times.

Hi Guys,I have downloaded the new beta version of PS, when I want to open an image from LR to PS it always opens the beta version, I went to my preferences in LR to select the required version but it only has one version showing which is the Photoshop 2023 and opens the beta, I am running LR 6.3.1 on a windows laptop. My PS is 24.5. Any ideas here please? Best regards

Hello!With the recent update to Lightroom Mobile allowing Presets to be created and synced from Lightroom CC, I've wanted to give it a try. This seems that it'll be especially convenient when editing on the go. However, my Lightroom CC and Mobile have stopped syncing because I'm apparently out of cloud storage. Which in turn, hasn't synced my presets in LR to mobile. I searched various ways to unsync photos from the cloud without deleting them from Lightroom CC itself, and haven't found anything. I looked on the cloud itself, assets.adobe.com, and didn't see any files on there. Are there not any options to stop syncing to the cloud? It seems a bit ridiculous to not have control over what is synced and what isn't. I should be able to control what gets synced to all devices and what photos I don't.Any help regarding to stop syncing photos or unsyncing photos without deleting them from LR is extremely helpful!

How do I export presets from adobe lightroom (not the classic). I cant find anything about it other then for lightroom cc. Thanks

My files are all messed up since the last Lr update. I had to use my backup to put files back on but it did not put on the raw files, just psd. I tried to reupload the raw files that are on my disk, but LR says they are already there from two months ago, however, the folders do not show any raw files (CR3). How do I get my raw files back in LR? This has been very frustrating as I was in the middle of editing them.

So I haven't used Lightroom mobile in pry 9 ish months. I logged in again because I wanted to spice up some photos and didn't remember what email or profile I had used before so I just used my main email and logged in on my phone. It then said I could get the year subscription with a 1 week trial. I have purchased 1 month premium before but this was 9+ months ago. I then purchased the 1 year 1 week trial, it then popped up an error on my screen saying "error please contact support". I then clicked off, it said "you have another account which was my OLD HIGHSCHOOL email which was apparently the account I used 9+ months ago. I logged in using my high school email and now that account got the 1 year purchase. I am inquiring if my account is eligible for the 1 week trial and I don't know why it would buy it say error then throw it onto my other account. It was purchased through the Apple store so adobe support can't help me and I just am frustrated that this happened and any clarification

Hello! I'm using the newest lightroom on my desktop. I have started using the new noise reduction option that creates a new DNG file after completing. I've applied the noise reduction to all my photos and am now applying edits and AI masks. When I try to bulk paste the AI masks, they don't auto compute and I have to go into each individual file to update each mask one by one. Is there a way to bulk paste masks without having to recompute manually? It's quite time consuming!

  how can I remove the black mesh lines

I am very frustrated with LR, all of a sudden when I try to rate my images in the Library like I usually do when I am culling, if I press any number to rate an image, it automatically jumps back to another image that i was not on or rating. PLEASE FIX THIS! YES, I have updated the app and restarted everything. It does not fix it.

I noticed the photo shot by Z8 is not able to show normally in LR mobile. The photo with JPG format is blurry and the raw format is not able to be seen. What is the reason behind? is that could be fixed soon?Many many thanks.

O aplicativo não está salvando mais as fotos com velocidade como antes.  E antes que me digam que é a Internet já troquei de dispositivo ,testei velocidade da Internet, usei diversas redes wi fi diferentes.  E oque antes salvava em 10 min agora levar 3 horas . Preciso que resolvam urgentementTambém já limpei o cache e desinstalei o app como recomendado.  Em outros dispositivos Android está do mesmo jeito muito lento e dando erro.
