Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I have never been able to use "subtract" mask feature. Even when I click subtract, it gives me option to add instead. Is there any setting I might be missing?OS: MacOSVideo attached

Migrated successfully my LrC catalog to Lr (Cloud). All my collections appear now properly as albums. So far so good.On top of the new structure there is a folder "...catalog_xy_2-12_migrated".1. How can I get rid of this top folder. I want to have all albums on one level.2. On the bottom of my content structure there is an album " Catalog..xy..2-12" with all my migrated photos in one album. Do I need this or can I delete it since it is not useful for me? For better understanding I added a screenshot to the attachments.Any advice would be welcome!

I have Lightroom for iPad.  I am unable to email images .  I get a  message "email sent" but the email never arrives to recipient help

Hello After recent Lightroom updates my edits disappearing randomly. It doesn't matter if I'm using Lightroom classic or Lightroom on iPad. Only rating is kept, but for some reason I'm just loosing edits.

I wasn't paying attention when I paid for another subscription, and chose and downloaded the 'Lightroom Creative Cloud' software. I hate it! I wanted the 'Lightroom CLASSIC' software instead. Is there any way I can swap plans? Stop the Cloud version and start the Classic version? Thanks! 

How do I delete photos in Lr Mobile on my iPhone without them also being deleted from Lr Classic on my desktop (Mac)? If I delete from Lr Mobile app they are gone from my desktop. If I delete the app from my phone and then re-install, all the photos are still there. Can someone walk me through this?

I've just updated the app on my iphone and it was the biggest regret of my life 😭 i got this on my screen stuck 2days already!!! Any solution how to fix this, I'm so afraid ending up uninstalling and reinstalling since I have saved so much photos and presets, and losing them was not an option 😭

I recently subscribed to lightroom premium, but its not allowing me to access the features. When I tried to resubscribe thinking it didn't go through, it says "already subscribed" with an error code.  Any guidance? 

they both load up! when I go to add photos it just says not responding! all i did was re format my hdd. Help please 

Hallo, der Fotoimport von der GoPro Hero 8 Kamera in Lightroom funktioniert nicht mehr.Die Hero 8 wird noch erkannt, aber findet plötzlich keine Fotos mehr auf der Kamera.Import mit anderen Kamera funktioniert einwandfrei.Ich nutzte Lightroom auf MacOs Ventura.Ist dieses Problem bekannt und gibt es eine Lösung? Danke!

If I have all my photos on a hard drive and create a backup of all my photos on a different hard drive, will I be able to just connect any of the two hard drives to my computer and have the same edits on the photos? Or: If I lose my original hard drive and connect my backup hard drive (with the same photos) to the same computer, are all my edits gonna be there?  This should be the case because edits are stored locally on my computer, right? Thanks,Philip

Voici le message que je reçois une fois arrivé sur Photoshop : Impossible d'ouvrir “IMG_6512.CR2” en raison d'une erreur de disque. Je dispose bien d'assez de place sur mon disque dur, ça ne semble pas venir d'un problème de disque saturé. Est-ce que vous savez d'où cela pourrait venir ? Merci beaucoup, Marina

Guten Abend alle zusammen,    ich habe mal eine Frage. Ich nutze Lightroom Mobile am Tablet und am PC Lightroom Classic. Ich habe Sammlungen die synchronisiert werden und eigentlich läuft bei Änderungen an Bildern die Synchronisation meist einwandfrei. Nun zu meinem Problem:  Ich sortiere meine Bilder oft am Tablet und Lehne sie dort ab, um sie dann mit den Sammlungen in Lightroom Classic auf dem PC zu synchronisieren und von der Festplatte in den eigentlichen Ordnern zu löschen. Nun passiert es mir im Moment jedoch ständig, das ein abgelehnte Bilder nicht synchronisiert ankommen. Beim löschen werden diese Bilder entsprechend nicht erfasst und bleiben wie vorher in den Ordnern (was ja ärgerlich ist, wenn man sie vorher ausgewählt hat). Sie sind auch in kleinster Weise dann am Desktop markiert. Wenn ich dann wieder in die Lightroom Mobile App gehe, sind sie (als abgelehnt markiert) nach wie vor da. Danach kann ich an dem Bild machen was ich will, die Synchronisation haut

Hi,I recently started the free trial with LightRoom and each time I open a photo to edit it it appears with these diagonal lines and parts missing from the photos. The thumbnails and versions I open in the home screen appear normal. This happens with both my own photos and the ones that came with the software. I'm new to photo editing so any help apprciated.Thanks!

Unfortunately following a recent software update to Lr CC which I completed via the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my Macbook (OS 12.5 Monterey), the eyedropper tool does not work. When I select the eyedropper tool, it does not allow me to select anything on the image and adjust the white balance/colour, it just reverts to the selection tool. Has anyone else encountered this problem and been able to fix it? It works OK in Lr Classic so it's definitely a specific problem in the Lr CC app.

When I connect a card reader via USB-C and try to import into LR, the card and photos won't display in the import dialog. I can see photos stored on the tablet's main storage. The external card/photos are visible in OS File Manager, so the problem seems to relate to LR. Expected result is to be able to view/import files into LR from a connected card reader. This works on my other Android devices e.g. OnePlus Nord2 running the same versions of LR and OS, and on a dated Lenovo Table running Android 8.    App version: 8.0.1 for AndroidPlattform/version: Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 running Android v12 and One UI v 4.1.1

I am using the Lightroom CC app on my Iphone.  In reading several posts, I get the impression that if I create an album, and then select the camera and capture an image, it should go into the album I selected.   That is not happening though, the only place my images turn up are in the LR Camera Photos folder.   Any way to shoot directly into an album I create?

Lightroom CC V6.0 on Windows 11   Hello,   I have my pictured ordered on my computer in a folder structure. For example indisde of one folder year XXXX i many subfolder with different names. I would like to import does folder with their names into lightroom. But When i'm doing this it says that folders cannot contain pictures. I found a workaround which is to create an ablum rename it and then move the picture into it. It very time consuming and i would like to find a way to automate that. Can someone please help me    Thank you

Dear all, I would like you to implement the "Luma" noise reduction or Luminance noise reduction option in the raw development module since I tried it in the Raw Power program for iOS and it's amazing, I think you can implement that option in a future update ?
