Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

All,   I would like to use lightroom when mobile to review and manage photos but the software is way too either sensitive or needs another mode  because it seems to automatically want to edit or change ratings etc as there is no just view mode.  If I am wrong please can someone teach me what mode to be in so I can just view my photos without affecting the image or rating etc.?   We need a simple viewer mode to be able to share images and not risk changing something about the image.

I just canceled my Adobe account for a while.    I have over 4,000 images saved to my Lightroom app on my iPhone. However, I can't see those photos from my Lightroom app on my Mac! Are these images just synced to Lightroom from my iPhone images? In other words, they are not in Lightroom, and that is what is meant by non-destructible images?   I did choose the Lighroom Download app, but I only downloaded a little over 400 images. Were these the only images that are really saved to the Adobe cloud?   I want to make sure i undersand this correctly and don't lose the images.   Thanks for your help.    [Moved from Lightroom Classic discussions to Lightroom ecosystem discussions by moderator]

If I select several photos and apply Ai-Denoise to them simultaneously (batch), the process hangs after a few images. It is not clear to me when this happens, sometimes at 2/60, sometimes at 7/10, ... It also does not always happen with the same photo, but can happen with different images.   My setting: Windows 11, HP Fury 16 G10, Nvidia RTX 3500 Ada Mobile (driver 5.52) Lightroom (Cloud) 7.5

Tested on the mobile app. And no, it's nothing fancy that is missing, a lot of standard EF and RF lenses are not showing in the list, the whole EF-M system is skipped entirely. 

I just started using Lightroom 8 online and really enjoying it, however, not familiar with all the features.I cropped and rotated, a photo in Lightroom and I would like to use generative expand to fill out the and corners a bit. <see attached>I can do this in Photoshop but is there a feature where you can use generative expand in light room? If so, where is the feature?Thanks 

Help, my Lightroom CC workspace looks dull and washed out compared to my dowloaded jpeg.  It's not my monitor because everything else looks as it should, it's literally just the workspace in Lightroom and nothing I'm doing makes any difference. I've tried calibrating the monitor, checked my graphics drivers settings and no difference.  The image is of my photo with the edits in Lightroom (on the left) with the downloaded jpeg next to it (on the right)!  I'm really stuck as to why it's so dreadfully dull looking. I applied the most recent lightroom updates and am using windows 11 home (also updated).

Mon lightroom est en 8.3.1Parfois lorsque je lance sur l'application, impossible d'acceder à mes dossiers et photos dans la bar de gauche quand je suis sur "local". En cloud pas de soucis. Cela fais plusieurs fois que ça me fais ce bug et je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de contourner ça. Le redemarrage ne marche à priori pas, et ça revient tout seul sans raison apparente. Même le petit icone en haut à gauche du menu est grisé ! Quelqu'un a t-il eu un problème similaire ? Je vous joins une capture d'écran pour vous montrer. merci 🙏

The mask feature is no longer working.  I am using the latest version of Lightroom.  I dont know why this is happening.

I just upgraded my ram from 16gb to 64gb in hopes of optimizing Lightroom performance on my pc. However, it seems to be just as laggy, just without the crashing. It's so laggy that it makes it extremely unenjoyable to use, and I feel like just giving up on trying to fix it. Is there a way to get this issue addressed, or will I need to look elsewhere for a more optimal user experience?

AI Denoise fails on my .orf raw files. I'm using an OM-D E-M5 iii. I do not want to use 3rd party like Topaze or import into Classic to accomplish that.

I have had the error "Lightroom failed to initialize due to an internal error login server error "connection_error" : Error with registration PUT : Failed to connect to photos.adobe.io Port 443 Timed Out"  for many months and have been unable to use Lighroom.   I have turned off virus scanners, Windows firewall, and does not fix.   Any ideas?

 I recently bought a new phone and transferred my SIM card to it digitally. The physical SIM on my old phone no longer works, and the new phone now has the SIM provisioned as an eSIM.However, I've noticed that Lightroom does not seem to recognize that a SIM is available, even though cellular service is working correctly on the phone with the eSIM. It appears that Lightroom may be checking for the presence of a physical SIM card rather than detecting that any valid SIM (physical or eSIM) is available.Could someone from the Lightroom development team please look into this potential bug? I would appreciate any guidance or a fix to resolve the issue and get Lightroom working properly with my eSIM. 

Hi there,I'm using Lightroom CC (not Lightroom Classic) but use it locally on my computer and not cloudbased.My problem is that Lightroom AI edits are not being retained/need to be updated all the time and I constantly get the "Update Ai Settings" Popup. For example- I edit a few pictues in a row, using AI masks, lens blur etc.- After going back to a picture I've already edited and used AI masks on, I get the message "Update Ai Settings"- I allow it to update and the AI settings are successfully updated but after going back to the image again after having proceeded, the same thing happens again- ... and so on - very annoying and time-consuming... I tried updating a whole bunch of pictures in one go using that option from the Lightroom Menu before exporting in order to at least save some time with the AI updating, but here the AI settings also don't seem to "stick".So far I found solutions for similar problems in Lightroom Classic but not in Lightroom (without Classic). U

I have multiple photos.I want to edit the same thing.  My daughter had a baby shower and the friend of mind that put it on accidentally bought Pink Word balloons that say oh baby, Is there a way to change Them from pink to blue ? Particularly without having to edit individually 

This may be obvious, but I'm new to editing RAW files. On occasion I like to use presets. I assume one cna use present when eidint RAW file? Thank you, everyone, for your patience.    

Existe uma limitação no tamanho da imagem quando geramos o link , isso prejudica o trabalho na fotografia, as fotos ficam em baixa qualidade , sendo que se a gente exportar, a imagem fica no seu tamanho normal! Seria interessante o Lightroom permitir baixar o arquivo em tamanho real pelo link que disponibilizamos.

Ich benützte LR Version 8.2 am MAC mit Sonoma 14.7.4. Beim Editieren eines Fotos war schon das kleine Versionbildchen in anderen Farben als die große Bildschirmansicht , die ich bearbeitet habe und es wird auch genau mit diesen falschen Farben exportiert.Kennt Jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problrm?

When the new Landscape AI Masks were introduced, I immediately created a set of presets with the various elements (sky, architecture, vegetation, artifical ground, etc...) exited to use them on mobile. I figured these would work similarly to the portrait masks, in that you can create the masks on desktop, save those as a preset, and then apply them on mobile where they are recalculated for the new image (even though mobile doesn't have those specific mask tools). For more info, here's Brian Matiash's video on doing just that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGZy89HES6Y Unfortunately, the Landscape AI masks do *not* work on mobile the same way. I verified that the presets do work on desktop as well as on Web, so my hope is that this will be updated in a later release for mobile. Currenty my workaround when on my iPad is to use Lightroom Web.

It won/t create a new mask. Starts a new brush under last mask.

I have been editing photos in my lightroom account for quite sometime now. The last couple of days, when I try to load the edit features to edit photos, the features just load. I have 2 clients waiting on albulms, please help! 

So I just received my new Surface Laptop, Copilot+ PC - 15 inch, Snapdragon® X Elite (12 Core), Black, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD top of the line device and I installed Lightroom CC for arm all works well except the AI Denoise feature runs extremely slow... Any ideas on what to check?
