After using 'Reduce Noise, in the program Lightroom , version 8.4 crashes. I have to close and restart it to continue. 'Reduce Noise' stops working after a few tries. It's not possible to improve the photo anymore.I'm now back to using the previous version of Lightroom. I didn't have these problems in that version. Kind regards,Andre Buimer

I had a lot of presets when i had linked my student account to my original account but after I was signed out of my student account I lost all my presets. Is there a way to restore my presets

Payment was taken 2 days ago for Premium Lightroom. App still asks me to pay for Premium. anyone have any ideas why? It has 1,000% been taken from my bank, but I haven't been given the content that I've paid for. 

I have installed Lightroom (NOT LR Classic) on my computer.  I am organizing my photos and created smart albums in Lightroom. On my iPad, the smart albums are not appearing.  I tried clearing cache as well. There is not stuck or paused sync status on either devices. Photos are saved in the Cloud.  All photos exist, but the organizational folders and albums are not syncing at all.   I am new to Lightroom non-classic. Thanks for your help.

Hallo!  Ich habe folgendes Problem:  Wenn ich auf dem Laptop ein Bild entrausche (Mobile Version) und anschließend auf dem Handy weiterbearbeite springt die KI wieder auf die Ursprungsbearbeitung zurück und alles ist wieder verrauscht. Hat irgendwer noch das Problem?  

Lightroom (app android) blijft vastlopen op het moment dat de pop up verschijnt waarin gevraagd wordt de nieuwe gebruiksvoorwaarden goed te keuren... Van zodra ik op doorgaan klik blijft hij vaststeken op een laadscherm.   De enige optie dat ik heb om de app te blijven gebruiken is de app te deïnstalleren en opnieuw te installeren. Dit heb ik nu al zo'n 10 keer gedaan... Maar kan geen blijvende optie zijn...   Wanneer ik Lightroom gebruik op de pc vraagt hij niet achter de goedkeuring van deze nieuwe voorwaarden. Noch bij inloggen op account via pc.   Iemand die weet hoe ik dit kan verhelpen?   Bedankt!

Lors de l'utilisation sur mon iPhone 13 mini j'ai eu des freezes de tactile, l'application ne répondait plus pendant plusieurs secondes, il fallait parfois la redémarrer.Bugs également lors de l'export et le partage, particulièrement avec AirDrop. C'était très long (ou alors freeze de l'app) et ça ne fonctionnait finalement pas... Les photos étaient des jpg de l'iPhone et de mon APN (12MPX)

I have some short videos (under 10 minutes) that I added to lightroom and added filters via the mobile app.  These have synced to my desktop lightroom, but from there I cannot reliably export them as mp4 files onto my hard drive.  Sometimes it works, but often it just says 'exporting' but never moves (even after hours--see image).I have paused syncing, my computer far exceeds bandwith requirements.  Is there something else I can do?  Is there a way to export the mp4s to creative cloud and download from there?

Cuando quiero tratar de entrar a Lightroom desde mi celular, desde acá no puedo ver mi galería de fotos ya subidas. Y cuando quiero subir una nueva foto para editarla, el programa se cierra o se pone en la pantalla un circulo dando vueltas de cargando. Espacio en mi dispositivo tengo (pensando que podría ser eso)¿Alguna ayuda a este problema?

I have both Lightroom Classic and Adobe Lightroom. In the past, I only used Adobe Lightroom, so all of my edits were in the cloud and did not take up space on my computer's hard drive. I just started to try and work with Lightroom Classic, but it somehow filled my hard drive with all the pictures I have in Adobe Lightroom. My question is, how do I get the pictures out of my hard drive and not lose them in the cloud? And stop it from importing into Lightroom Classic in the future if I download them into the online Lightroom.

I'm running LR Mobile on a Lenovo Idea Tab Pro under Android 15 and I can't drag the sliders with either the pen or my finger. I can tap on the bar just to the right or left of the button, and it will move, but that's a real PITA! A Google search leads me to believe this same issue has been around since 2020! Surely, it should have been fixed by now, right? Anybody on Android have any ideas I might try to get this working? Thanks!

Hello, Since the new updated verison came out Im having some difficulties. I basically edit one picture and delete the noise with AI, then I copy all the configuration including "Detail", and when I paste it in the other pictures, it damages them and then I have to click one by one to "update the AI" again. This takes me so much time on editing. Please advice how to fix the issue. I already unistalled and installed the app. I also tried turning oof and on the GPU and nothing works Adobe Lightroom Version 8.4 Edition Windows 11 HomeVersion 24H2Installed on ‎12/‎24/‎2024OS build 26100.3624 

Datos introducidos manualmente en los campos de "location" (ciudad, provincia, país), despues de añadir fotos de la camera en lightroom no sincronizan ni en iPhone ni iPad. (v. 10.4.1.)En iPhone, dentro de "i", hay pestañas para "Info", "Metadata", "Activity" y "Location".  La sincronización funciona con Metadata e Info, pero no con Location. (indica "unkknown").Activity no lo estoy usando, no puedo comprobar si funciona.En iPad no existen estas pestañas. Tanto en iPhone como en iPad, sin embargo, funciona el filtro de Ubicación. La lista contiene todas las ubicaciones introducidas en lightroom.Cuál es el problema? Necesito poder ver la ubicación de las fotos. Solo veo la información de fotos tomadas con el iPhone.

My Nikon Z7 II took a fall, so I'm back to using my Z5. After a few days I began noticing that my photos looked awful upon opening Lightroom for iPad. I then noticed that the import color profile has changed from Temp 5350 and Tint 10 to Temp 5100 and Tint 11.  Is there a specific reason why this was done? If so, can I change it back somehow? My RAW import is (and has been) set to Adobe Default.

je n'arrive pas à installer des presets prédefinis. Bloque sur "2 activités en cours"je ne sais pas si mon Lr est bien installé car je ne trouve pas "développements"je regarde pliens de tutos mais n'arrive pas à trouver le moyen d'importer des presets.Certains vont me dire que je pourrais peut-être commencer par autre chose mais c'est ce que je souhaite faire pour le moment.comme vous vous en doutez, je suis complètement novice sur Lr ; première installation. J'ai pris le pack "photo"merci de votre mansuétudeBernard

After importing a number of photos, I enter the detail view and try to use the cursor keys to move backwards and forewards through the recently improted images in order to "cull" the ones I don't want.  Increasingly there is a pause of a second or two before the last (or sometimes the second to last) image is selected, I then have to either click back through every photo of the recent import or come out to grid view and then select the next image I want to view.  It's very frustrating and makes what should be a quick scan through images selecting the rejects, into a very tedious unpleasant experiance.  I don't think it's an issue with my laptop, it's running an i7 with 32gb of RAM.

new AI update for photos seems to be overthinking because my fan turns on and doesn't stop. After several minutes will updating its still at 0% updated. i have to end app and reopen.

PC editor, Windows 10 x64 professional.  RTX 3090 Ti, 32GB (very) fast RAM, SSD, plenty of free space, all software/firmware/hardware up to date (LR v8.4).  130 Mbps internet @PC89_2.  Other apps running or not has no effect.  Anywhere from 500-2000 photos loaded (All Photos), makes no difference.For the first couple of months since starting to use Lightroom, it was very fast and practically never glitched or crashed.  For the past few months now, it VERY often slows absurdly and/or suddenly the image turns extremely pixelated (like 400x267 on an image that is and was just showing at 7826x5217) when performing various functions.  Sometimes while using AI remove, or while zoomed in doing healing brush, or just color correcting.  Sometimes waiting it out 30 seconds to a few minutes sees it return to normal, sometimes not.  And even when it does revert, it just happens again a few moments later.This makes editing nearly impossible, and absolutely im
