Photoshop

I've been a Creative Cloud member since 2017. At the time, I subscribed to the basic photography plan which included Photoshop, Lightroom and Adobe Portfolio. I'm only getting 250 generative ai credits per month. According to the information I can find via Adobe, I should be getting 500 credits per month. If this is so, who do I contact about getting my proper allotment of credits?

I updated Beta today and this new problem is both on Beta and the original Photoshop. I removed them from my pc, clened it up and did new install but it still remain. As soon as I try to save the picture it freezes and I have to do a ctl,alt, delete to remove it. EDIT: The ptoblem turned out to be the folder I used to save all my pictures in. When I changed that to a new folder the problem was gone. I am very dosapointed with Adibe who responded asking for more info and then never returned to this post! You can see yourselfs further down... 

I am trying to blend photos - I have hte two photos open in Photoshop - I can see the two tabs.   When I drag one of the photos on to the onbe that is already open, the second photo opens as a new file and I cannot drag onto the first photo - I am sure it is something in prefrences or the Window menu - Thanks 

A number of tools have disapeared from my tool bat, like the Saturation tool and others.How do I get them back?

Is Photoshop v 22.2 still available? I have Photoshop v 25.9 downloaded, but when I click to see "Other Versions" there are no options available? I have the Photography Plan - does that limit the versions?

Wie die Überschrift schon sagt, habe ich bei der Wiederherstellung nicht mehr daran gedacht, CS6 zu deaktivieren. Ich hoffe, ich darf diese Frage hier stellen.Usprunglich habe ich CS2 mit Upgrade auf CS3 gekauft und später das Upgrade auf CS6. Ich muß also immer alle Versionen installieren. Bei CS2 & 3 hat das alles reibungslos geklappt, aber bei CS6 kommt immer nachfolgende Meldung. Früher gab es für solche Fälle mal eine Telefonnummer, die man dafür anrufen konnte, wie kann ich das denn heute machen? Ich finde auf der Adobe Hilfeseite nichts oder ich suche falsch.

I’m currently using Photoshop, and even though I adjust sharpness and lighting, the images still look slightly dull or pixelated after uploading them online. Can anyone suggest the best Photoshop settings or export options for making website images look sharp, clear, and fast-loading?Also, should I use “Save for Web” or export in a different way for better quality? Thanks a lot for any advice — I really want to improve my site’s visual quality.

How do I manually delete whatever files are taking up space? Is there another way to resolve this lost hard drive space? Mac Sonoma 14.6.1 

Hi, I have a few QTVR files from the late 1990's I wanted to resuurect. I dont need to pan and zoom in them, just want to stitch together the existing images. I converted them to mp4 and then dropped them into Photoshop, they are play as individual images at the moment. I was not sure what to do next and hoping for guidance here, Thanks

How do i fix this error?i already tired reintalling PS several times, updated the runtimes with All in One Runtimes Downloader, and scanned the system for issues and nothing works.the error is the following.OWLChangeNewDocumentMenuDisabled could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Photoshop.exe.Other 2023 2024 no problemadobe illustrator 2024 2025 no problem There are no Authenticated users in the C slot, and I cannot add special access permissions to the newly added Authenticated users. Is this related to the fact that?

I just updated to 22.1 and among other things I cannot duplicate a layer. CMD J does not work and the Duplicate selection in Layers is greyed out. I cannot unlock the layer that I opened and am trying to duplicate. I opened PS at the image in Finder and then tried Bridge.I am dead in the water.  What gives? 

When I resize a photo wth or without interpolation or using the crop aspect tool, the size I create doesnt style exactly the same all of the time. Say I change the dimensions to 6inch on the long side, hats fine. But then when I check imafe properties it has changed to 5.993 inches. This is annoying as I want exact dimesnsions. Is this to do with some kind of math where the pixel dimensions and selected inches size can't evenly compute? 

Photoshop V26.11 Gave the new update a chance. Hoping I can use it for my use cases in Concept art (Drawing, painting, photobashing...)Still the same issues.Need to use PSUser to add wintab exclusion to get brush sensitivity.Canvas lags when panning and zooming. This has been an issue for YEARS. At least before we could use Disable Native Canvas to get rid of it. But that feature has been gone for a few years... (Before that, rulers would make the canvas lag and they are on by default when you open PS)So I don't have the strength to delve deeper into the new update to see what else doesn't work properly. Instead of new and exciting features I would rather have an optimisation update. So I'll still stick to v23 until the next update I decide to try out. Mulitple times over the last year or so I have had layer masks corrupt and fill with random block patterns. It tends to happen on large files with lots of layers. It can happen to multiple layers at the same time. Only way to get orignal mask back is to make a selction (CMD+Click), invert that selection and fill with black.  Very annoying! My files are generally 16bit and PSB's if that makes any difference. 

HiIs there a way to inject plain text into a XMP namespace via a plugin created in UXP Developer Environment? I have a textarea, and want to have the text in the text area be saves into the documents XMP metadata when it's saved. Can this be done and how?

Unable to generate a fill in photoshop after writing a prompt

I am using timeline in photoshop to create a stop motion animation. I work on this tool frequently without any trouble. Today it started playing the animations very quickly even though I have the steps set to .3 seconds - I have tried saving and rebooting PS and my system. It will export ok. But this is a very bad and new bug. Judy

unfortunatley everytime i want to download my file or save it i am unable and send an error, i am affraid to close the web tab and lose all my progress

This is ridiculous , I hate the clouds stuff. All I want is the old Adobe photoshop
