Já desinstalei tudo e instalei de novo, já atualizei o driver da GPU, já fiz alterações no Preferências : Desempenho… nada resolveu!

Photoshop freezes up and will not open as normal.

Make it easier to use for people. I now need to learn this because it is hard to use. Please make it easier to use by not making it impossible to scroll around and throw off people using easier tools.   

The new 27.6 update for Photoshop is now producing a thin white line border around my layouts when increasing the viewing size above 100% in navigator. It does not appear below 100%. My graphic accelerator has never produced this problem before.I need to be able to know if that is from my layout sizing or simply a bug in the system.

The generative AI in Photoshop is still the worst in the industry at the highest price.  Is Adobe doing anything with all the generative credit money to actually make a product that is good for photo editing?I am at the point where I would be OK with the generative credit thing if it actually generated what I needed, but paying credits, and then money for more credits, to get unusable slop is not acceptable from any angle, financial, moral, customer satisfaction…. take your pick.Is there anything in the works to prevent credits from being used when the AI generates something that goes completely against the prompt and/or is completely unusable for the picture in question?In the span of about 5 minutes I used 120 of my 250 credits making things that I just deleted immediately because they were unusable. The elliptical marquee tool, the object selection tool, the remove tool, the eraser tool and the stamp tool don't get rid of paint. I have read about all the correct settings for each on the internet and nothing helps. I read about caps lock. I read about looking back through history only my history doesn't go back that far. I have tried removal and generative stuff. Nothing gets rid of the accidental paint. Nothing.

Evening everyone,When I select a colour with the colour picker, rather than the colour going into the primary slot, it goes into the secondary slot, and for the life of me I can't find out how to change it back.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Sam

Yesterday I was still using my Photoshop just fine. But without knowing the cause, today I can't generate images from AI Gemini or Flux. I can generate images from Firefly, but it's very slow and I have to try several times to get it working. Are you experiencing the same thing? Is there maintenance going on? Or is this purely an error in the application and my device itself? Please help me.

As mention in a post yesterday I have an issue with Photoshop not opening files from Lightroom, I get a Disk Error message every time. I’ve run First Aid on all my disks and all appear fine. None of the things I’ve tried, or have been suggested to me, have fixed this. The final option suggested is to uninstall and reinstall, however there lies another problem.As instructed I opened Adobe Desktop and went to my apps. The step is to click More Options with the three dots … but the only item in the list, as you’ll see from the screenshot, is to add the mobile app. No ‘uninstall’. The same is true for Lightroom.Is there another way around this or do I have to uninstall through my Finder - Applications? 

I am trying to add the latest version (27) to my Explorer context menu.  Right now it only shows older versions and I have to go the Creative Cloud to startup V27.   I tried to “Add a New Program” but I can’t find the executable in the normal places (C:\Program Files) -- just the older ones.  I am googling and finding only out-of-date info.I think all I need is the file location of the V27 executable unless there is an easier way.  My end goal is to make it so double clicking on the .jpg file puts me into the latest version rather an old one.  

Can anyone running Photoshop 2026 v27.8 (Release) on macOS please test the following?Create a new Action. Click Record. Choose File → Export → Export As... Stop recording.Does Photoshop record an "Export As" step in the Action, or is no step recorded?On my system, the recorder is active (red Record button is on), but no Action step is created for Export As.Other actions (for example, creating a new layer or placing an embedded file) record correctly, so the Actions recorder itself appears to be working.I'm simply trying to determine whether this is:expected behaviour, a limitation of Export As, a Photoshop 2026 v27.8 issue, or something specific to my installation.I'd appreciate it if anyone running the same version could try this quick test and report the result.

This is ridiculous why is there no email to contact. I am trying to cancel a free trial but they have already tried to take money from an empty bank account so it won’t let me and they keep on trying so I can’t add more money into it otherwise they’ll take it.

Photoshop 26.10Windows 10 Pro 22H2I used this last night to remove objects from about 20 pictures, the "open" function was working great, also with the exporting process. No problems. A bit later, I was starting another task, and all I was trying was to drag and drop a picture, remove the background, and collage it with another picture when this stubborn error kept appearing. I was expecting the picture to open on the canvas as a Layer and just do my thing from there. I restarted PS, I restarted computer, I did everything from the guides, I updated the drivers. I also used an older version, same problem. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestion is helpful

I just used the web application of Photoshop for the first time and played around a little bit with the facial expression changer of Nano Banana Pro. Which is honestly quite fun, I have to admit.However, the issue I had was that after generating a couple of different variations of my prompt and subsequently selecting one of them as my favorite, the web app simply deleted all my other variants—even though I used my credits for them. And since this was my first time with the web app's UI, I didn't even notice immediately. I only realized it after a few more prompts and throwing a couple hundred credits down the drain, only to keep three different Photoshop layers in the end…After consulting the web app's integrated AI assistant, it told me that all generated variants would be available in my document through the contextual taskbar. Which, of course, they are not. So I would really like to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem?And for everyone who wants to use the Nano Bana

When I edit a session for a client, I usually do it from my computer. I wanted to store the files to cloud documents as well just until I finish that session. Then I would remove from cloud and back up with my usual 3,2,1. However when I choose "Save As" and back it up to my computer, the option to save to cloud is greyed out. Is it possible to save my work to my computer and cloud documents as well? These are JPEG files. Working on PS latest version on a MAC

A friend has it dull down for both Adobe RGB and also ‘Dont colour manage’, double trouble

It is a watchmaker’s jewelling tool, used to fit and adjust the jewels which act as bearings in a watch movement. Whilst that is it’s real purpose, I’m sure you can come up with some great alternatives. HI, only in the last few days I find I am unable to open files from Lightroom in photoshop. I just keep getting the error message as seen in attached image. I’ve never has a problem before over many years use. I’ve tried everything I found suggested with an internet search and I can’t find mention of any known issues with this. LR and PS are completely up to date, 15.4.1 & 27.8 respectively and my Mac OS is up to date with Tahoe 26.5.2 I have the catalog on my Mac mini M4 and images on two external hard drives, neither are overly full. I am at a loss how to proceed other than trying an uninstall and reinstall with PS….. 

I was cropping my photo in camera raw using Bridge. I clicked on a return arrow with dots on the right side panel. The whole screen went black. Unable to turn off the laptop. Unable to see anything to restart or shutdown either. Thank you.

Photoshop est devenu extrêmement lent : dès son lancement, une énorme latence apparaît, puis toute l'interface rame. Malgré une réinitialisation complète et toutes les vérifications possibles, je suis totalement bloqué et ne sais plus quoi faire.

As I recall, when recording a photoshop action, there is a capability of stopping the action, allowing a pause to peform a manual adjustment and then resuming the action. I can find no tutorial on how to do this -- can someone send me in the right direction please?Thanks to those who know more than me,Joe

I scanned a stuffed animal from my childhood. It has this early 1970s pattern on a velvet-type fabric. Can anyone come up with a technique in Photoshop that will make it look like a clean cartoon without the velvet-like texture? I’ve tried blurring it but I can’t figure out how to get then crips black outlines over it. I appreciate your help.

I submit photos to stock agencies and they do not want the copyright marked with the photographer’s name.  I’ve noticed for several versions of Photoshop that if I delete my copyright name from the File Info and Save, then close, it reappears when I reopen the file. It usually takes three tries of deleting, saving, closing and reopening for this to stick. Is there an easier way to remove the copyright the first time on Saving. I do not want to remove it from ALL my photos, just the ones I want. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
