My Adobe software wont start up. When I start any app I get: Are you connected to the internet?We can't verify your subscription status.We can't reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you're not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you're still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. Error code: 20400.Quit Photoshop Try Again When I click try again I get:An error has occurredSorry, Photoshop has encountered an error.You will not be able to use Photoshop at this time. In PS 2025 (26.9), running under macOS 15.6 when I choose the Selection Brush Tool and then look at the status bar popup for "current tool", it says that my current tool is the "Brush".  If I choose any of the other tools in the same toolset as the Selection Brush Tool (e.g., Lasso Tool, Polygonal Lasso Tool, and Magnetic Lasso Tool), the status bar popup for "current tool" shows that my current tool is the Lasso, Polygonal Lasso, or Magnetic Lasso--the way it should.      When I have the Selection Brush tool active, the status bar popup should say "Selection Brush" (not just "Brush").  

How do I re-install my photoshop/lightroom bundle from 2020 on my pc? 

Hi there,I'm trying to fetch some data I have in a web app that is served in a virtual machine behind my company's internal network. I've whitelisted the url with its host name and ports, but I'm unable to fetch data. The only error I'm seeing "Network request failed", and the strange thing is that when I try to get data from the dev server in localhost, it is working correctly. It's weird because I thought it could be something related to CORS or Nginx, but it also works when I mount all my containers locally. This server is serving data to a CEP app with no more issues.When I inspect the Network tab in the debugger, I see the request with an error, but if I click on the url there, I can see the JSON data that I need. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance

This is what they look like when I try to use any brush (big white pixelated blobs) and what it should look like. I have timeline on, if i go to a new frame and come back, it displays the line normally. Sometimes when I draw it also shjows the transparency grid instead of just pure white pixelated blobs. Anyone else have this issue? I've tried restarting computer and application.

I canot open any of my files. I can scan and work on an image bUT after  have saved it I cannot re open it? Where do I go for help? I have re installed but it makes no difference. 

It's been happening for a very long time and I usually just go back in the history, save and open again, but this time it bugged me a bit so I decided to post it as a bug:It happens at random, sometime I can go without it happening for several months and then it happens again, with completely random files.Basically you can look at the video and you'll see the mask starts to degrade as ifi it was corrupted file or something similar.For the amount of time I have seen it happening, I have had 4 computers, both laptops and desktops, countless different Photoshop versions (I try to always be up to date)Just to state that there will be no point sending a file to someone else to check, as saving it at a state where the mask is correct and open it again solves the issue. If I save at a corrupted state, Photoshop saves the corrupted state and one cannot recover the original state. I never save the corrupted state as it's client's work, and it didn't happen today so I couldn't share a .psd here,

My Creative Cloud Mobile App recently stopped working. It doesn't sync anymore so all photos I uploaded/saved in cloud through Photoshop desktop app can no longer be accessed or downloaded using my phone. When I contacted Adobe support, that was when I learned the CC mobile app has been discontinued and the only way to download photos from CC using a phone is through the web. I hope Adobe understands how inconvenient and unprofessional, not Adobe-like that is. CC Mobile App allows users to view and download cload photos easily in one app... now that it's discontinued, we have to open a BROWSER, login, view then download? If CC Mobile app will no longer brought back and if there's no plan to launch a replacement app, why not improve Adobe Express? There seems to be a focus on marketing Adobe Express anyways (at least that's how it felt during my conversation with Adobe support) so adding helpful features would make it a realiable one-stop app. It would be great if users are gi

I am looking for a good Photoshop denoise plugin that will run on my laptop (Lenovo E16 Gen 2).  I am aware of Topaz and others but the system requirements are higher than what I have.  I have 16GB of RAM and an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU but my graphics card is not highly spec'd I used Noiseware with CS6 ages ago and I was very happy with its features - it is really all I am after.  Has anyone any recommendation for such an addon?  Thanks in advance.

Wondering if this is a big that Adobe needs to fix. The ability to generate files using "Image assets" is now missing. It should just be file> generate > Image assets, but that is now gone. I confirmed it with one other coworker. Anyone else have this experience and want it back?

Estou com um problema ao usar a ferramenta ''exportar para web''. Está apresentando um erro no limite de porcentagem, diminuindo o tamanho final da imagem. Quero exportar 10 imagens 1080x1350 para o feed do instagram, porém o tamanho de saída é muito menor do que quero (apenas 75%). 

Hi,  The latest Photoshop update has removed all the Kyle brushes without warning, and even loading Legacy brushes back in only brings back a few, and different ones that the ones I was using. Really need to solve this as I was mid-job and I need to match the rest of the work, please help! If I go to Get More Brushes in the Brush menu in Photoshop, it first redirects me from the US page (I'm in the UK) then wants me to purchase Photoshop, but I already subscribe to CC (subscription is in date). I really have no idea why it would just do this right now. Thanks!

I’m using Adobe version 26.9, but I’m experiencing severe lag and long loading times when working. Additionally, some PSD files display an error message saying “Could not open because of a program error”, causing the original files to become corrupted. While working on layers, I often get a warning that says “Could not complete your request because of a program error” and the operation fails. Even after downgrading to version 29.8, the same issue occurs. Other programs that can edit PSDs also refuse to open the files, showing an “Invalid file” message. Disabling the GPU does not help, and my scratch disk has more than 600 GB of free space. Memory usage is at 93%, and I’m using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. Please help — I can’t continue my design work under these conditions.

Has anyone else been unable to use Generative AI after the update?It keeps saying: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”  It worked fine before the update, so I’m not sure if it’s a regional issue or a bug.Any suggestions or similar experiences would be really appreciated!

When crop tool is selected, no crop box appears. When i draw a box and press enter, Suddenly it crops to just one pixel. All other pixels are cropped out. Tried in Photoshop 26.9 and 26.8.1. Issue is there in both versions.

I just spent over $5,000 on a new Macbook pro with maxed out processor and memory. Yet when I use the gradient tool in the latest version of Photoshop (26.8.1) it take forevever just to hand move a gradient. It is just about impossible to use. Sometime I think you guys could [removed by moderator] a one car funeral. Does NOONE bug check this stuff?

Hola tengo un problema con Photoshop, a mi imagen ya le apliqué tres filtros desde la galería de filtros y hay uno en particular que me deja el lienzo el blanco, y me sucede lo mismo con todos los filtros de esta carpeta que se llama "Bosquejar", la imagen cumple con los 8 bits y se encuentra en modo rgb, es esa carpeta de filtros específicamente que no me funciona y no se aplica de manera correcta en mi imagen. ya intenté reiniciando, e incluso desactivando el "usar procesador gráfico". Tengo todo actualizado, no sé que sucede.

One of our users has the following experience in PhotoShop:When using some of the tools under the menu  Image -> Adjustments, the tool does not display the slider and/or histogram. See the screenshot below for some examples with and withouthistogram/slider.  Second example: Third example: Other users on the same machine do not have this issue.Resetting the Windows personal profile for this person did not help.  We use PhotoShop version 2025, build 26.4.1 20250225.r.194 4c5f14b x64 on Azure Virtual Desktop: NV12ads_A10_v5 with Windows 11 64 bits

Mission Control is laggy when Photoshop is Open. This is especially true when it is the "active window" but it is still present even with it isn't the active window. This is actually true with Indesign and Illustrator as well. Here is a video comparing the lag when Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign is open versus when it is not.  I'm using the most recent version of Photoshop (v. 25) but It happened in the previous version as well which is why I updated because I hoped it would fix it.

I don’t think that has any thing to do with the problem as I didn't attempt to try it more that once. I decided to manullay remove the dust.  The attached screen captures show how this operation brought the app to a stand still . After the last update, if you want to import a image sequence, Photoshop shows a red icon with an question mark. Even,  it is not possible to reproduce it inside of PS. The error only is for mac. Somebody knows how to solve it? Thanks!

Manual and creative cloud reinstalls have occured and proven unfruitful. Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner has proven unfruitful.The application shows up in task manager, however does not start.
