Photoshop

Seit ein paar Updates kann ich kaum noch mit mehreren Zeichenflächen in Photoshop arbeiten.Probleme gibt es beim kopieren und vor allem beim Verschieben von Zeichenenflächen.Der Vorgang friert ein oder wird nicht komplett ausgeführt. Was da los? Früher ging das alles ohne Probleme.Hat jemand dasselbe Problem und oder eine Lösung?

Hi everyone,Maybe someone already had this problem, when you have a selection and you need to create an adjustments layer applying on whole images (without any mask) and keep current selection.The thing is when I have a selection and create adjustment layer, selection automatically converts to a mask for this new adjustment layer. How can I make it not use selection as a mask?Thanks in advance

In the new photoshop (version 26.9.0), I am no longer able to record an action with making a new document using preset "Clipboard". Photoshop now records the exact dimensions instead of the clipboard preset. Now: Used to be: Anyway to make it records "Preset: Clipboard" again? 

This has been an ongoing problem for weeks and it's really butchering my workflow. Whenever I try to save a .gif to any location on my mac, I get a "Save for Web Error" pop up and not sure why. Recently I updated all of my Adobe programs + restarted my computer and I guess it's still bugging. I have the same legacy settings for gif-ing on my personal mac and have no problems exporting but for the current mac I'm using it's being weird Really need a solve for this

I honestly can’t believe this.In Photoshop 2025, the ability to right-click and batch clear layer styles is GONE. What are you thinking, Adobe? This has been a standard feature for YEARS and is essential for fast, efficient workflow — especially for UI/UX, web, and graphic designers who deal with dozens or hundreds of layers at once.Now, the option is just greyed out when multiple layers are selected. Why would you remove something so basic and useful? Do your developers actually use Photoshop, or is this just an abstract experiment in making things harder for professionals?I don’t want a workaround. I don’t want to write a script. I want the functionality that used to be there. This is not an upgrade — it’s a regression.Please bring this feature back. Immediately.Stop removing features we rely on. Hi guys,I work with manuals, and I use Photoshop for editing. I edit a lot of pages, and sometimes a revision comes along. So adding an extra page makes it unbearable to edit sometimes +100 titles within each page.I've Googled and searched here a bit, but haven't found any results that does what I'm asking for.Would any of you maybe have some solution to this? I've worked with Photoshop for many years, but never had to use batch features or scripts until now.Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I am unable to open my photoshop app. I see in task manager it is running but no window. restarted many times. any idea? 

Let's say I've got a red rectangle, 200x300px.I copy the lower half of it (200x150px), paste that as a new layer, and make it black...Now I want to be able to transform that black layer, but keep the exact number of pixels.In other words, I want to literally change the shape, but not scale it up or down.For example: if I tried to make it higher, I'd want the width to automatically decrease.Is this at all possible?

Hi, I shot some mp4's on my sony a7riva and I can't seem to open them in PS.  I don't really get involved with video much but I've never had this problem.   This is the error message I'm getting.   Could not import the clipboard because your computer does not provide the required AVX and AVX2 instruction sets needed to process video. Thanks for any help! Mac Sequioa 15.5PS 

Hi everyone, I designed some promotional banners in Photoshop, but after exporting them for web use, the quality drops significantly — especially the text edges, which look blurry. I’ve tried both “Save for Web” and regular export options, but the result is the same. Could someone check one of the banners here: [weblink removed as per forum guidelines] and tell me if the issue comes from my Photoshop export settings or my website’s image compression? I’m trying to keep the file size small without sacrificing clarity, but I feel I’m missing an important step.

When atempting to run a plug in, I get a set command currently unavailable error message.  How do I correct this?

Hi there I'm new here yet I have been using photoshop for years and now I'm finding myself with something that had never happened to me before. Usually when I resized a image, jpg, to smaller size it went fine. But now I make images smaller and it turns out blurry and tbh Idk what to do to fix this issue...please help  thanks in advance Cristina

I was trying to insert a paragraph of Chinese text vertically in Photoshop, and it contains some Arabic numbers. When I use Standard Vertical Roman Alignment (標準垂直羅馬字對齊方式), two lines of text aligned very well. ("十" is a Chinese character, and line leading was reduced for easier comparsion between two lines.) However, since I don't want a two-digit number taking two full-width character's height, I used tate‑chu‑yoko (直排內橫排) for two-digit numbers.As you can see in the screenshot, the characters after the Arabic number did not align with characters in other lines, meaning extra spacing somehow appeared after the number.  Not all fonts are having this problem, but still quite a number of fonts I use are having this problem. I googled a bit and someone suggest that this was caused by the verticle height parameter of the font used, but I just wonder why the height of the numbers are correct when I use Standard Vertical Roman Alignment, but not tate‑ch

I have edited an image in camera raw after opening it through Bridge. When I try to open it in Photoshop from Camera Raw I am getting an error message saying "ICC Profile invalid" If I press continue, the images are opening in black and white when they should be in colour.I edited some images this morning that were absolutely fine, since then I ran the updates for Photoshop and Camera Raw that were waiting. And now every image i bring into photoshop from camara raw is in black and white after getting that error message.  Photoshop is V26.0Bridge is v15.1.1Camera Raw is V17.4.2 I am running windows 10

Hi I'm trying to write a plugin with UXP developer tools for Photoshop, but I'm getting stuck with the debugging. I've got a lot of debugging info written to console.log() and in UXP developer tools. If I click debug and bring up the console, I can see there are a number of console messages, but I can't read them because they are hidden. I can't figure out how to get them to display. I've tried clicking all inside  the side panel. If i hover over levels it says controlled by sidebar, but when i collapse sidebar still nothing showsIm pulling what's left of my hair out lol

[19.1.6 Release] [macOS 10.13.6]When dragging a tab out it opens a window on the primary workspace as shown in the picture below:But when I drag the Crescent Moon file to the workspace in the middle. The window automatically hides. This is quite annoying because I have use cmd+` to bring back the window.So is there a way to leave the floating tab/window open after dragging or clicking on the the main workspace? I previously used Photoshop on Windows 10 and this wasn't an issue. I believe there must be setting somewhere but I can't seem to find it.Thanks!

Since updating to Photoshop version 26.9.0 after selecting a crop format I have to pull down the crop boundaries on the image each time. Before the update just clicking the image would reveal the selectedcrop boundaries and then you adjust. How do I get it back to the one click crop setup, I am sure I have a setting wrong.

My Creative Cloud says I can download a new version of Ps. But when I check the minimum requirements for the recommended version of Ps, it says macOS v13, v14, and v15. I have macOS v12. What do I do?
