Photoshop Elements

I installed PE2023 from PE2018.  I ran the conversion, and the catalog is empty? . Basic Question? is "My Catalog' the converted catalog?  Where would PE2023 save the converted catalog?

Resize doesn't new dimensions.

I have photos onm a CD that are in the Cloud. I never intentionally put them there. I want to be able to work on photos without being connected to the internet. I prefer not having to delete them or send them to the Trash in order to remove them from the Cloud. However, if that's the only way for removal, that's okay. Also, how do I stop photos from being automatically stored in the Cloud?  I'm using Photoshop Elements 2020 on a MacBook Pro. 

I just purchased the Photoshop Elements Upgrade and impossible to install software. I received a payment conformation email from PayPal, but no email with installment link, and no record of the purchase with my Adobe account. What am I to do, this is very frustrating and poor service. Its a joke I guess.

I am unable to launch photo editor in the elements program. I have been using it the last week. Today the progam lauched but nothing happens when I select Photo Editor.Thanks 

As per subject - image attached.PSE Version 21.0 (20230329.Git.master.77124fa)x64 on Windows 11 Pro 22H2Only a casual user so probably messed up a setting somewhere but help appreciated.

I'm using the "Process multiple files" command in PSE to put the titles on my photos for a slideshow. The problem is that it only gives you the option to choose a font, color, and size, but no outlining options. So, for example, if you choose white, the font will disappear over any white parts of the photo. Outlining in another color would solve this, but it's not an option. So I'm looking for a two-color font that will work in PSE if such a thing exists. Or any other solution that would make the titles visible over all parts of the photo.

I just bought a new Windows 11 computer and want to install my Photoshop Elements 11.  Install instructions state to click on setup.exe, but the file does not appear to exist on the install disc.  Inserting the disc into the DVD drive doesn not auto install and the folders don't seem to have the setup file.  What am I missing?

I regularly amuse myself making little cartoon collages by opening a background image then importing GIF or PNG images of various objects which (after clicking the "Move" tool) can be dragged onscreen and automatically become new layers which can then be selected and resized and repositioned as required to create a composite image. Suddely Elements won't let me do this anymore. It will only allow one file to be open on screen. If I drag in a second image from the bin it replaces the first image onscreen and also in the layers palette, which will only show one layer - the current onscreen image - whereas before it would show all imported images as layers. The original background layer is deleted from the palette and replaced by the new image as layer 0.Has Elements corrupted or have I accidentally changed some setting? ! Using Photoshop Elements 2021 running on Mac OS 13.4.1 on Intel iMac.  Recently updated Camera Raw to 15.5 and now get an error message when opening Nikon Z 6ii NEF file that they are not supported.  What is the fix/solution for this error? Thanks!

Hello, I use PSE 15 regularly, but had to reinstall it recently after a hard drive crash.  When I now get into PSE, the user interface is extremely small, including menu items, tools, layers, text, basically everything except the photo.  The UI is normal in all of my other apps.  I found an old topic in this forum (with even earlier versions of PSE, e.g. 13) where many people complained about the same thing.  The "fix" was to go into Preferences and change the UI Scale Factor to 200% which, when I tried it, was ridiculously large.  When using PSE 15 before the hard disk crash, I never had this problem.  I suspect there had been a software update that fixed it.  On my recent re-install of PSE, I did a check for updates, and there were none.  I'm assuming there are updates but just not being provided for older versions of the software. One suggestion was to reduce the monitor resolution in Control Panel > System > Display.  I'm

Hello i am using latest Photoshop Elements 2023 and already installed camera raw everytime when i try to open raw file i got a mes Photoshop Element cannot open this file. My raw file format is RW2. please help

I installed PSE 2023 on my PC but I didn't realise that I only had about one tenth of the photos in the PC. So now I am guessing that it would be best to uninstalle PSE, put the missing photos in, and then reinstall PSE 2023. So that the backup of the catalog will pick all of the files. so will I be able to reinstall using the same key number.

I have used Organizer for 20 years, and use it for my Website amongst other things.  Have just noticed that a category has dissapeared, don't know when.  Is there any way of retrieving it.  Pretty sure there is not, but worth an ask as it was important with over 1,000 pictures on it.  Thanks

Photoshop Elements 2023 , Camera Raw 14.4When I want import photos from camera (Nikon 7200) there is no preview for NEF files in Organizer.

For the umpteenth time!!! I want to import and thus number my photos in the order taken, not reverse. Of the (probably) 10th time, it imports them from the disk in reverse order. How do I bypass this and get the application to import them in order taken. It should not be this difficult

I've been using PSE for about 14 years now, have multiple versions installed:  PSE 10, 14, 18, 20, 21,22,23 (I download them from my Adobe account as needed.I also like to see if weird key shortcut combinations or right mouse clicks make anything happen.A day or two ago I found this out, and I like it.

I have lost the photoes on the media paine.  a note states: No media available. Please clear filter and try again. There are not filters checked in the tags, where else would I find a filter to clear?

So I am going to post this right here right now. I bought Photoshop Elements 7.0 in April of 2009 with the understanding that I'd always be able to use it no matter what. I get a new computer and I go to insert my serial number provided on my account page on Adobe and it says its invalid. I go to the live chat. They tell me its a proper key to reinstall from the website. I had already done that, my husband had even tried from the original install file and it still didn't work. They tell me to get to the forums here that they have experts available to help. I had already looked and saw those who had the same issue had no responses or told that their key had to be a fake when it was coming straight from Adobe themselves. Using PS Elements 2023 on an m1 Mac with OS13.  How can I scan directly into Elements? Right now I have to scan using Image Capture, save to the Desktop, then open the saved scans in Elements.  I remember in version 9 or so, you had to move the TWAIN scanner plug-in to a certain subfolder in the Adobe PS Elements library.  Is there some kind of similar workaround for Elements 2023?Thanks.

I have many thousands of photos in PSE and all are labelled. I want to give a few to another person who does not have PSE but want to include date and keyword info. Can I do this?
