Photoshop Elements

Hi, I currently have PSE 2021 installe in "english" on my machine but for some reason the PSE 2023 installation sticks to french even if I clearly choose "english (north america". I re-installed 3 times already without success. Ideas/suggestions? Merci Mario

I use photoshop element 2019 and it will not open my Canon CR3 files from a R6 model. Any solutions?

Is it possible to use one Catalog file for both Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 ?I have an older version of Premiere elements but want to use the organizer / catalog that I use for Photoshop Elements 2023.

Hi, I keep getting the "Mac Os There was a problem connecting to the server "127.0.0.1". This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. Try to connect again later." error on PSE 2022. It had stopped for a while but started again after I upgraded to Monterey. For the record I have a clean hosts file. From what I see this is quite a common issue. Any suggestions for a permanent fix? Thanks

I am still having major problems with PSE 2023 upgrade  installation and setup.  Fortunately I still have PSE 2020 working and can use that for the moment.1. After some support from Adobe due to the upgrade failing to download, I then received some MS C++ Runtime Library errors. That is still not sorted and I contiunue to get the error, this sometimes causes PSE Organiser to close down, but not the Editor.2. However, I found, converted (to PSE 2023), my catalog for the old PSE 2020. That new catalog was stored in the default location in App Data. I was then offered to import my images from my Data drive and then to import all of the Keyword and Smart tags. However, none of my tags appear on the right hand side of the Organiser screen only the default (and empty) PSE 2023 ones. 3. Clicking on a thumbnail and the 'Info' shows all my metadata, etc.  But if I highlight a thumbnail then click the Editor, nothing happens - Editor doesn't open the file. I also then get the

First time posting here so go easy on me....Macboook Pro M1 -Elements 2019 (at first)I have 2 x samsung m7 series 32" external monitors, and the macbook display. I was making some quick edits to some photos and the fact that the color of the 2 externals didn't match by a tiny bit bothered me. I ended up in the color profile of the external monitors on the macbook display settings. I noticed there were 2 different color profiles listed as "Samsung". I switched them to see what would happen. Nothing happend to the colors of the displays, but man did it break the Quick editor. After hours of troubleshooting, uninstall/reinstall, i finally bought the 2023 version. It was still broke! Description of problem - Lets say I pick any adjustment, like exposure, color, lighting, anything.... I pick an adjustment there, and then it immediately snaps back to the original and closes the sub menu. After a few hours I realized if i used the internal display it works. I'm baffled. I delet

I am trying to install PS Elements onto a new Citrix environment (2019 Windows).  It was previously installed on a 2016 set of Citrix servers by someone who is no longer with the company.  The installation seems to work fine but when the executable is launched the users are being asked to Sign in.    This does not happen on the older set of servers.  As I understand it there are a set of licences associated with user profiles somehow. A colleaugue suggested that there might be command line switches that let it use Roaming Licensing (Setup.exe /sALL /msi ROAMIDENTITY=1 ROAMLICENSING=1).  However, the instsllation executable is called:  PhotoshopElements_2021_LS30_win64.exe and it does not seem to have any command line switches that I can use to install in a different way.  Does anyone know of a way to install PS Elements into Citrix so that it will use roaming licences?

Why isn't it possible to contact a human being. Adobe have all this links to HELP but none of them direct you to an e-mail address or a web link. Adobe you have failed completely in providing support for your customers. 

Mein Photoshop Elements 2019 finktionierte nicht mehr, dann habe ich es deinstalliert, neu geladen und versucht zu installieren.. Nach dem Abschluss erscheint beim Versuch, die App zu öffnen, Fehler 1. Ich kann leider nicht herausfinden, warum das so ist und was ich dagegen machen kann. Danke für Hilfe  

Hi, I am getting the following error message in PE2020. Can someone help me?  Note I cannot close Photo Editor when this message is showing. I have to use Task Manager to end task. Thanks

I'm using Photoshop Elements 2023 on a silicon Mac Mini running Ventura. When trying to use the transform perspective tool the image judders violently making it very difficult to see when the right point has been reached. Anyone else having this problem and know of a solution?

Multiple Problems Upgraded to new computer - HP Spectre 360. After installing, the User Interface is Super Small in view - Saw something somewhere that this is a problem. How do I fix it? Today, downloaded some pix from camera.Due to small UI view, I hit browse to see where they were going. Then a diaog box came up asking me to log in to Adobe.Attempted Log in, the erred out saying password was wrong... Not. Hit the problems logging in, then erred out again?Went to troubleshoot & says      Problem found - DNS Server might not be available. Upgraded to Windows 11 somewhere in there, but I can't get in & I can't see it as UI is way to small to view. Can anyone help? Lfryklu Now wont accept Password? I recently created a TIF image to use in an old Topaz program that I can not access through the 2023 Editor of PS Elements.  Then I tried converting the TIF to a JPeg and the Organizer crashed.  I got the following error message Assertion FailedProgram: Elements 2023 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exeExpression: sp->cinfo.comm.is_decompressorI did a chat with Adobe and they said this was a known problem which they are working on.  They recommended making a new catalog until the issue is fixed and not importing any TIFF files. However, that is a really time consuming and wouldn't perserve my file structure, keywords etc.I did read several posts here and located the offending TIFF in the vitual pictures folder and deleted it. The Elements Organizer opened......upon scrolling through the images.......I found one file with the hour glass still spinning ...the offending TIFF file again.  I deleted it.  I have closed and opened the Catalog several

 I'm a little confused on which option to take when resizing a photo.  For example:  The original photo size is 14.4 inches wide, 21.16 inches high, 180 resolutionand I change it to4 inches wide, 6 inches high, 300 resolutionWhich of the following is the best option?Bicubic, Bicubic Smoother, Bicubic SharperI've assumed the setting I made is reducing the size of the photo and have been selecting Bicubic Sharper. thank you in advance;Mike

Why can I no longer remove a photo from a specific album <No Albums> or delete a photo ! Error Deleting Media in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020?

I have been using Photoshop Elements for quite a few years.  Have never had a problem.  Then, just a weel or so ago, I would double click on my Photoshop Elements 2019 to open it.  It would open to the screen that shows the different applications to open.  I mainly use the editor, so I clicked on that.  As usual, the small narrow black message would appear with the spinning gear. It would stay on this for several minutes and then would never open the editor.  Tried opening as administrator, but that also failed.  Really need some help on this as soon as you are able to.Thanks,Yok33

I've tried changing the picture mode of the black and white picture that I am trying to colorize, but to no effect. I have uninstalled PS Elements 2019 and re-installed PS Elements 2023. 

When I upgraded to 2023 it migrated the catalog. When i open organizer in Folder view it is slow in opening. When it does open if I select a folder the application hangs. It will on occasion open the folder but it takes a long time. I have a powerful Dell Alienware box and its not using hardly anyMem/CPU/Disk/Network.the App seems to be having a hard time reading the catalog. Once in the folder I can move from pic to pic without long delays. Any ideas. I am running Win 11.

I am using a Mac with the current operating system. Today I downloaded the new version of PSE and when it converted my catalogue, it didn't keep any of the folders in tact, I had no tags or keywords.... With close to 40,000 digital elements, the task of painstaking tagging and applying new keywords made the decison to restore my computer to a few hours prior to downloading PSE2021 easy. I'm going to try this again, but I need to know how I import my catalogue from the 2019 version to the current verson.

Als dan weer op editor klik zegt die weer  eerst aanloggen. I want to batch convert thousands of TIF files to JPG on a network drive in a directory with over 100 subdirectories to a different network drive.  Will the batch convert process create the same directory/subdirectory steructure on the new drive? 

Hi peopleLast week I bought Adobe Photoshop 2023 for Mac on line - I got only half way through installin and got called away.  I tried to go through installation today but the Verifacation code from Adobe does not work - can anyone tell me what to do or who to contact?

Equipment： PC desktop / Windows 10 Home.Memory: 8 GB, Free space: 200 GB+Installation： clean installation，without any plug-ins (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2022\Plug-Ins only has an ini and in ico).Reproducablility: medium. Copy rectangule (with Rectangular Marquee Tool) then paste/move (with Move Tool) it from the same or another file causes the program freeze. Copied rectangules are all limitted within 1K ~100K pixes. The files are smaller than 100MB. After the procedure repeated about 20 or 30 times, Photoshop hangs forever (at lease hours) and has to be terminated by Task Manager. This bug re-occurs after remove and re-install Photoshop.
